I really appreciate the customer reps that assisted me because I never had negative results when sending through this store before.UPSstore4108. To update review customer service called left a message about a claim being filed which is great! I just was not given a claim number and it would be nice to know what is happening. Thank you I apologize for any negative publicity.

Great customer service. I have to deal with this store frequently when I have to return items. They are always fast and go beyond expectations. The young lady behind the counter always has a smile and goes above and beyond to make this process easier for the customer. I just pay a small $2 printing fee and then I’m out the door. So nice! Thanks UPS!

I honestly have never been to an UPS store before I never had a need to until on this particular day I needed something faxed, but I needed it printed off my phone anxious to get it done and forgot how to do it, the manager Ms B.J not only took her time to print it out for me but took care of her other customers as well.I thought to myself her custom service was excellent and on point.I cant thank her enough for how she took care of me and everyone else, thank you Ms BJ for a job well done.

Like many modern families we seem to rely on mail order for the bulk of our products. Needless to say there are a lot of returns. Unsure if we are their best customer but I find it appalling after we’ve sent several hundred packages over the past 4-5 years back through them that they were going to charge me $1.87 to print off the label as they couldn’t scan it. Had they scanned it they would have had to print off a label anyways. They simply chose to profit off me and penalize me because I didn’t print it off at home. Disappointing due to the fact I am sure they have literally made thousands of dollars off of our returns.

This is BEST UPS store around. The Customer Service is outstanding and the staff is so friendly. They really go above and beyond to help. Also, the store is very clean and is sanitized after every transaction. Great place, and GREAT people!

Been doing a lot of shipping here and Debbie has always been great and helpful with any questions. I hardly ever have a wait and I love the fact that I can have my items shipped here and they hold them for you.Debbie alerted me this morning that she no longer owns the business and Im sure that the new owners will keep the same service as she. Parking is free but the number of spaces are at a premium as there is a sandwich shop next door and they also do a great job so lots of cars.

Debbie helped me today and she was soooo awesome. I was for one, on my lunch break so time was an issue. She was kind, friendly, very helpful and efficient! Will definitely use them in the future and hope she is there to help me again. Everyone there was very nice 😄
