The service department was very helpful. Ive had a Dodge pickup for 8 months now and Ive been back to the dealership six times. This is the first time Ive been to Wilsonville and so far theyve treated me the best!Its a shame power ford of Newport service department was not as help full

Good staff and service as always if you get there early for a oil changeAnd a comfortable waiting room with coffee and tea. The Wifi is excellent speed, not much fun for children so make other arrangements ahead of time.

I lost power on the freeway, and had to pull into Wilsonville. When I came into this dealership, Adam, in the service department, and his crew, helped me out when I drove my Dodge 1500 Ram in. I came in for a transmission check up. Although I only got a diagnostics, which cost $151, the information that Adam gave me proved true, and saved me a couple hundred dollars. I give the 5 star review for that precise purpose.

Had recall work done, they handled it quickly and professionally. When they made an error and performed work that wasnt requested, they owned it and I was not charged. Integrity is always appreciated and professionalism is far to rare these days.

This service department is a top notch; its clean, professional, and the staff is amazing at keeping you informed during the repair process - the text message based updates and response time really is great at keeping anxiety levels down during a repair and keeping customers very well informed. Thank you for working through long wait times my extended warranty company put you though (my warranty was not purchased at this dealership). Jonah made my experience great; I will be returning for service in the future and would recommend this service department to friends and family.

Had to bring my Ram 1500 in because the water pump blew out and there was no way I could get it home. I parked next to the sales area and the sales person was trying to sell me a new truck and telling me how reliable Dodge is even though mine was smoking outside. I finally get him to stop selling me a vehicle long enough to take me back to the service department and when I got there none of the reps wanted to give me the time of day. One of them finally decided to help and said that it was going to get checking in about 2 hours. 6 hours later I called them just to be told that they didnt even look at it yet. They took at look at 10am the next day and told me that it water the water pump and it would be $560! A new water pump at autozone is $80 and can be changed in less than an hour!!! My guess its because they knew that I had no choice, well I guess they were nice enough to wash it out for me....... Even though I had stuff in the bed. If you need service please go somewhere else, trust me its not worth it, poor service and way too expensive!
