Very small dealership. They dont wash your car after service and couldnt find the parts department. I wont go back because I feel if you spend that kind money you should get better facilities.

Got a general maintenance check on my car. Norma was so kind & helpful. She went above & beyond to make sure I knew what was going on & gave me paperwork of everything once it was done. Glad I got my car here, made me feel really confident about picking a Toyota.

First time visit to the service department and will be relying on the service team for my future car service needs.The service area is very clean, well organized, and efficiently run.The service reps kept me updated by text and phone calls about the problem, repairs to be done, and their progress. Everyone I met there was very friendly and helpful.Great job on my car. Great job, everyone.

Lazy and unprofessional. Brand new 2021 4Runner and of course we take it to the dealer to get serviced. Wife gets home and immediately I notice the access cover for the engine oil drain plug dangling in the wind, I get it things happen, I tightened the one bolt but the other is missing. I look inside and they couldn’t be bothered to take the extra second to peel the old service sticker off so they just threw the second sticker right on top of it. Crooked. And the 1st sticker shows through the second making it difficult to read so that’s awesome. This is a matter of principle considering I’m supposed to get “top tier” service. Next service rolls around and I call to make the appointment. I tell them to not touch the tires because Les Schwab put wheels and tires on it. They just went ahead and rotated them anyways and didn’t bother to balance them, the tires were also brand new with 100 miles(didn’t need rotated) I tell them to replace the bolt on the access door they left loose the first time. I guess they didn’t feel like doing that either. Wife gets home and I check, still missing. I’m not asking a lot, just want a quality oil change

*Disclaimer*: My opinionay be biased or tainted.I really like this location. I have gotten 5 vehicles from them and the process has been consistent and straightforward each time. Another local company (Findlay Jeep) was a terrible experience by comparison. Perhaps my opinion is based more on how bad my previous experience was with Findlay rather than strictly based on Toyota. However, I bought from Toyota before and after Findlay and as I said above, consistent and straightforward. Also got screwed by Nissan and Hyundai (Tonkin). Based on my experience, Toyota is the way to go. Just one mans opinion though.

I came in and agreed to some expensive service, which included rotating tires. I drove away with a car with tires out of balance (steering wheel shaking at 60 mph). I drove back to ask about this and the service department said they would not correct the problem. I was so disappointed. I expected Wilsonville Toyota Service to be better.

Service department was great. The only inconvenience was that they didnt have any loaner cars. Even walked to enterprise down the road and they didnt have any cars either. Talk about being stranded. Service department was very knowledgeable. I would recommend this Toyota dealership just ensure you have a ride back home.

Shady business practice, wont give me prices on a simple repair. Wants me to pay a $125 diagnostics fee before they can give me ANY quotes on price of repair.Not paying $125 to find out theyre gonna charge me $600 there after

Service department sends some mixed messages with service.... They seemed friendly and tailored the service to what my vehicle really needed, including doing some research into what had been done at another Toyota service location (apparently this does take some effort on their part and isnt stored in Toyota service profile). They even have a nice enclosed, carpeted area to drive into to drop off your vehicle.BUT... There were some negative points to the visit:1) The waiting room was freezing! Everyone was wearing their coats and I wish I had worn warmer pants! They have the doors all open for airflow (as a Covid precaution), but they dont warn of it ahead of time...just a sign on the door going into the waiting room so I didnt know to plan for it...and I spent over 4 hours there with the services my car needed this time around.2) The waiting room was very full! They had pretty much exactly the number of chairs for the number of people waiting for their cars to be serviced. They dont have anything within walking distance nor do they offer a shuttle service at this point, so youre pretty much stuck there unless you arrange for a ride.3) While they have a nice area for you to drop off your vehicle in, they park the vehicle on the side of the building without any protection from the rain as you walk out to it. And the guy who drove my car up there left a lot of water on the seat so I had to stand in the rain to wipe it off so I wouldnt end up with soaked pants and back.4) I booked the mileage-based package online where the exact price was quoted, but that information wasnt included in the confirmation email (except the package name) and none of the information was passed forward to the service advisor. Nor was all my contact information sent from the website (my last name and address has changed since the last time I interacted with Wilsonville Toyota). Seems really counter-productive to have me provide all the information twice.They also didnt go over everything that was done and the multi-point inspection results at the end. It felt like I got really good service at first and then poor service from there forward.Not sure if I will go back for future services or not at this point.

I bought my truck in August 2019. First truck with No cosigner.I love this truck. Very dependable, I put over 5000 miles plus the first 3 months.We went to Reno, NV in the 1st month twice (2 round trips), before headiing to Desert Center which is Chuckwalla Motorcycle/Car Racways. Toyota wanted to do the 1st service so taking it in they checked everything out.They did a tire rotate, Multi- point check, done a oil filter & oil change, checked tire pressure all 4 tires, inspect the brakes and sanitize in the cab also.Today was almost 15,000 checkup everything is all good.They love dogs they have 3 different size doggy beds and a blanket for them to use, plus a area for them to go potty....The staff are awesome people to work with too.My son in law, and my grandson suggest me to go to Toyota to purchase my new vehicle last year. Im glad I did they are super people...

Not impressed! Austin. Not the one, could sold us a new Sienna!!! Didnt... he absolutely needs training. Yeah they might be #1 in PNW as sales manager told me, but when ya have # 7 sales staff tough moving cars. I could say more but is what it isnt. Good luck going to need it.

By far the best experience I have had at a service department. Came in with my son because my AUX wasnt working and I work from my truck so charging my phone, tablet, drone, etc. is critical. We get help from Michael G, Should be called Kenny G because the guy expedited our issue with the care and skill of the smooth jazz saxophone. Michael got our part ordered and Wilsonville Toyota called us a few days later and we came in the next day and they installed the new part and replaced the fuzes for good measure. Ladys and gentlemen prepare to use them for all your service needs because once your seduced by their quality of care, you will find your self asking how did you get so lucky. Thank you to Michael G and crew!

First of all, I drive a Toyota, so it doesn’t need much service! I drive several miles out of my way to go to this particular dealership because of their service. Always friendly, efficient, and not pushy. I appreciate the free all-points inspection, the way they present their findings in an easy to comprehend report, and the fact that they respect my decision about what I choose to service.

I got my transmission fluid changed here, supposedly flushed too. But when I check the fluid it was black. For around 285 dollars and they didnt even change my fluid. Never going here again.

They went above and beyond to make my routine service interval a home run. Alex, she was tops. I had a minor acccessory to install and they did it for free! The service took fifty percent longer than they originally anticipated. For that reason, Alex took money off my final bill, a nice gesture for the extra wait time. A great experience for my newer Toyota. Highly recommended.

I could not be happy on their service this time. I received a call from their agent to say if I come over their store, I could get 20$ off on the oil change. I thought that was good deal so I decided to come. But when I was there, I found I was totally wrong. They priced their conventional oli change at $69.99 and even after $20 off, it’s still $49.99. This sounds really a rip off my money since I went here for a few time before and I remembered I never had such expensive price (it was may be $29.99 something). For comparison, I just went to Honda dealer to have oil change for my 2017 Honda Odyssey. The price was about $55 but that service used the full synthetic oil! Not conventional oil. This lesson just teaches me when you receive any call from your dealer to promote anything, just make sure its real final price before you go there.

Service repairs are way over priced. We have decided to take our Toyota to a non-dealer mechanic which saves about 30-35% for most services. We dont need the posh wait room and monthly BBQ which all seems to just drive up their prices.

I have gone here many times with no issues but this time was different. They spilled oil all over the engine and put the wrong size wipers on. I live far away so no way I could get it fixed same day. Had to take time off work for them to make it right the following day.
