Worst distributors in the state of Oregon. Can’t make a delivery for weeks and they don’t care about it at all . Can’t understand what all the wine companies were thinking to associate with Southern. Hopefully they can drop them as quickly as possible

Terrible customer service wish they didn’t carry so much of the wines we sold. Maletis and others have way better service. I been trying to get a delivery for 2 weeks and this is terrible management and sales people

I delivered wine load here about 2 months ago. This place is the best. All of the employees are very fast at their job, quick in unloading, quick in paperwork. I would like to give them 100 stars, they deserve it. Best attitude and always smile on faces of every employee that works here. If every shipper and receiver becomes like them, life of truckers be soooooo easy and worry free. Thank you so much for your great service.

Ive been delivering to this place occasionally for a few years now and they are one of the fastest ones I have. Im generally in and out within 45 minutes

This isn’t a good review. When southern decided to self distribute in Oregon they didn’t think it all the way through. We are always out of Rockstar. They don’t have a consistent schedule. They pop in whenever it works for them. It’s just been difficult for us to with with Them. Just wish the company could get it together.

As a customer I am extremely displeased with the services I have been receiving from this company since they took over for Maletis in distributing Rockstars and other products. I can’t reach my rep doesn’t reply back. I’ve called the number on here and it takes you to a different state I’ve been reconnected to Oregon and nobody answers!

As a commercial driver I can say on my review they received me with courtesy and I was unlounloaded quickly although when we arrived at 8:15 a.m. three trucks were exiting the facility I can only guess the three trucks were unloaded at the same time. Porta potty for restroom at the receiving door

Spent an hour in phone tree hell. Your phone tree is programed wrong when it asks you if you want to hear insructions in english, you push one and it takes you back to the same question. I looked up other numbers online and finally press three, as though I were a salesman and got a human to answer. She did not email the form needed so back to the phone.Nice receptionist apologized but explained there were no supervisors to talk to because Southern Wine is so big...I just want to buy some very expensive champagne. It should not hurt so bad.PS: The phone number you have on line is wrong and only directs you to hang up and dial a different number. Somwhere there is a system that will forward a call automatically. If your press one it will show you.
