Absolute chaos this place needs someone to help them get their act together. Start with the fact that you cant even come in when your only 40 min early to your appointment and guards tell you to go park on a street that clearly says no trucks. Then you come in and are put into staging instead of being put on a dock. Two hours to load if you are lucky then wait for paperwork. I guess I got lucky with three hours in and out because when I was leaving 12 trucks were just sitting waiting to check in. Very disorganized. See the picture of the employees outside rechecking the trucks on the docks because they forgot who was in what door. What a mess I will never pick up from here again.

I can’t believe I’m actually giving a coke distributor 5 stars but I am. They were pleasant and attentive when I checked in. It wasn’t long before I had a door and was loaded and out of there in no time. Plenty of parking to check in. Easy docks and nice people.

Did a couple pick up here with in a month. Both times wasnt bad. Got there early & they loaded me before my appt time. Thks & keep up the good work.

Consistently horrible load times. There is a lethargy amongst the loaders like koalas on Eucalyptus leaves.Not counting the 30 minute early arrival time, it still takes 90 minutes, on average, to load.And when I finally pulled off the dock, there were drivers ahead of me that had been there for 30 minutes prior.Poorly run IMHO

This place is reliably slow. Expect to wait three plus hours if your getting a full truck load here. I dont know why it takes them so long. It seems like they take twenty minutes in between pallets. Every time I’ve been here, over the past two years. It’s been this way. Hopefully they do something to fix it.

Receiving almost immediately to the left, as you enter the yard, you will be quickly unloaded and will not be asked to leave until you do it yourself. Friendly stuff, bring your BOL in your hands. Before you leave, show the empty trailer guard.

Coca Cola in Wilsonville, OR was a great place to deliver to as a truck driver. The employees dont seem disgruntled and they sell soda on-site for $0.25. Thanks Coca Cola.

Great place to pickup or deliver. Night crew rocks!!. Especially, Denny. Hes very professional at what he does for coca cola. He deserves promotion. Never saw Del moment on Denny and his team at night. I was treated with great respect. Overall, Id give them 10 stars only bcz of night crew. God bless them all.

Truck entrance is on Kinsman.Coca Cola bottler and distribution center.Very organized get you in and out quick enough.Have your license ready. Shipping is in a container along side the building past the loading docks. Two vending machines with .10 cent Coca Cola products for sale Plastic bottles. Very good price is you drink soda. Today I purchased a pineapple Fanta snd a citrus Fresca.

Getting unloaded is a nightmare, unloader puts stock away as he unloads. Every time I come here it takes hours to get empty.

By appointment only once got door 4to 6 hours for just loading I don’t understand why they make appointment very very poor service specially for outside carriers

The place is clean people are very good lumber well unloaded you very fast and professionally you really don’t here lot of sound like boom bam in side the trailer.... whin the lumber doing them job at the most one hour and a half to finish you

Security and shipping personnel were very courteous. Entrance is a little tight. Lot is alright. Holding area was full so I was told to go hang out in a local vacant warehouse lot. Checked in on time for my appointment, got a door about 60-90 minutes later. I understand from other comments loading will take a while lol

Checked in with security 30 minutes before appointment. Then shipping and was put in dock... Im hoping it takes 3 hours so I can finish a 7/3 split. LoL. Everyone one so far is actin professional.

Extremely disappointed! Last time I picked up from here, they turned me away because I was too early for my appointment. I was early this time also so I parked at Pilot Truck Stop for 6 hours. I arrived at Swire at 4:35 PM for a 5:30 PM appointment. I was notified they stop taking trucks 15 mins ago. Then notified my appointment had been rescheduled the day before for 2:30 PM. I was never notified by TQL, the broker. This load has cost me in excess of $4000.00 and I live in my truck with my two boys. Trucking must change. Its really causing serious damage to us independent guys!

Great place to unload got a door within 10 minutes had me unloaded in 1hr 15 minutes easy docks to back into look forward to hauling more loads into them

Appointment time at 20:30. Showed up on time. Been sitting in the door for 90 minutes now waiting to get unloaded. light is still green. It is now 22:00. This is the longest I’ve waited at a receiver for someone to start unloading me.Gate guard was friendly and polite. Entrance wasn’t clearly marked.UPDATE as of 23:00- still waiting to get unloadedSECOND UPDATE as of 23:28- unloading started at 23:10 and finished at 23:28. Now waiting for them to finish their count and get my paperwork back

Delivery was late but they got me in and unloaded quickly.

Entrance is a lil tight so make sure to swing em good. Check in for receiving is the same as shipping. Try to arrive 30 mins max early . Honestly I was late by an hour and half. I got a door maybe 1 hour after waiting and then 1 hour to get empty. Cool people. Treatment is given the way you give it.

This is a bottling location for Coca Cola. They have one speed and thats SLOW. But, the .25 cent pops are nice.

Yeah the truck drivers here are considered less than their own workers.I told him Ive been here over an hour now that I have other places to go to pick up stuff oh they started 15 minutes ago Im thinking no they didnt I just came from my truck 5 minutes ago so if your dispatcher gives you a load coming here tell him youd rather not

4.5 hours to load, showed up an hour early and they said come back 30 minutes before your appointment. So I come back, they put me aside for 2 hours to wait for a dock. Once I got a dock 4.5 hours to load. So there goes half of my work day. Avoid this place.

Horrible place to get a load. Expect at least a 4-6 hour load time. Compared to a Pepsi 30-45 minute load time. Do not show up more than 30 minutes early. You will be turned away. No place to park on property. Its like breaking into prison then breaking out. Horrible.

PCC has a vending machine on campus. It didn’t show prices, but the machine with Rockstar was $3, so I assumed it was around there. I used my credit card. $6! What a joke and a complete ripoff! You can’t hit the button to reveal prices, and maybe they abuse that. Seems like they’re taking advantage of tired college students. Very skummy.

I was there to load. It did take several hours to load. Some employees were a little distant but to the others were very nice and polite. My experience with this company wasnt to awfully bad so Ill give them 3 stars. Good luck.

No dock lights makes this an unsafe facility to back into the docks at night. For loading, plan on being there 2 hours. May or may not happen, but thats what they schedule for.

Hit or miss on if you are going to be here all day or just a few hours. Decent most the time but has potential to be horrible.

For shipping only, they will not take you before 1/2 hrs thats their policy, they will take their sweet 2 hrs (hint -ve 1 star), no overnight parking around here theres TA and flying j near by around 6 miles. Check in with guard with the 82 pick up no. park near the grey mobile check in booth on your left, slide, unhook gladhands, once done paper would be given to you, min 2 load bars or straps otherwise its going to be cancelled, the guard will check to make sure that load locks are placed and will seal you on your way out.

Super slow by apoitment only, 4 people siting in shiping office doing noting, same on the loading docks, avoid if you can

With respect to security reasons. Outside truck drivers are permitted to come in and either pickup or deliver their products. So why is it,if we are trusted,that the restrooms are off limits. They direct us to a portable...segregation?

There is nothing showing where the truck entrance is. (Not on the same street as the address) and when you do pull in there is nothing saying to stop and check in right there. Until they point out the extremely faded paint on the pavement. And of course when you say something about it. They could care less. Makes me want to quit buying there products even more

Our restaurant has had many years of unpleasant dealing with their delivery services. For unknown reason, they will not pick up co2 empties but will glady deliver new one and charge you deposit. Now l have a total of 6 empties co2 accumulated over 3 ordering period where each time they overlook the empties co2. Very bad representation for such a big name company such as Coca cola..

Stay away from this place take forever to unload

Nuisance, this is too far in town. There are constant trucks pulling in and out one having a blow out right in front on me (semi with a blow out can be quite loud and jarring) There is also some sort of horn that goes off every 5-10 minutes late into the night which can be heard from my home half a mile away.
