I called 3 months ago, estimator came to my home and was to get me a quote. I called and spoke to many others in the office. No one ever called me back, nor was the estimate ever finished. If you really want your flooring done, I would suggest going else where they dont want to actually do flooring. I had Modern Flooring come to me and got a better customer service and I didnt have to call them repeatedly.
