We recently purchased a new house and had WC&T re-carpet the living room, re-work two dated tile-fronted fireplaces in stacked stone, and re-floor the family room, back bedroom, and downstairs bath in LVP. We also purchased several sets of cellular blackout shades for the bedrooms (yes, they do window coverings too!). We could not be happier with the materials, craftsmanship, and service! Mark and his team do great work that is rock solid and you can tell will last. Every person who worked on the project was professional, courteous, happy to explain what was being done, and focused on getting the job done right. I wish I’d taken some “before” photos, because the difference is night and day. We will be coming back to WC&T for some work on our kitchen and bathrooms in the future!

After visiting several companies we chose Wilsonville Carpet and Tile to install new floors in our kitchen, living room, dining room and bathrooms, as well as quartz countertops and backsplash in the kitchen and bathroom. We also chose new sinks and faucets for bathroom and kitchen. Kind of scary to spend so much money and hope you choose right! Well, it could not have been better. What a great business. Mark Williams, the owner, was so helpful, did just what he said he would when he said he would, answered all our questions, was always available, and we are more than happy with the result. I guess theres a reason he has been in business as long as he has! Great prices, great service, the best workmanship. Gets an A+ from us.

I really love my new carpet! It was important to me to support a local business and to have a respectful install crew. Owner Mark was very helpful in helping me make a color decision, also very nice and patient with my children. I really appreciated the install team and felt very comfortable having them in my home as well. They wiped their feet on the way in, no cussing, no smoking sessions on my front porch. The attention to detail was fantastic! They even dusted my baseboards and vacuumed up any little bits of carpet. I would 100% use this business again.

Matt, Corey, and Mark provide exceptional and responsive service. We had all of our floors replaced and are so pleased with the result. Mark’s team of professional craftsmen have installed tile in three bathrooms for me over the last two years. The work of master tiler Rob is exceptional a primary factor in going to Wilsonville Carpet and tile three different times. Most recently they installed engineered hardwood throughout my 70’s ranch main floor. Matt and team are as skilled in flooring as Rob is in tile. They previously installed LVT in the lower level. Their work and service is truly exceptional and are my go to for tile and flooring.

We just had a new hall carpet installed. I purchased a remnant to save some money as the labor was most of the cost. There are 7 doorways and several different carpet heights to deal with and they made everything flow together perfectly. The two guys did a GREAT job!! I love Wilsonville Carpet & Tile! Mark Williams team helped us with a huge house addition 17 yrs ago - installing all our carpet and slate on 2 floors. Just had his team back for a kitchen remodel. Very pleased with the service and the pricing! I have a condo that had the original carpet from when it was built in 2002. I bought it in 2012 and unfortunately we had a dog who wasnt properly trained when we adopted her and caused a huge problem with the carpet throughout the years. I had gotten a highly rated carpet cleaning company to come in and give me a quote to clean my carpet. They were thankfully very honest and explained that their services wouldnt be able to fix the problem without a lot of money and even then, no promises that I would be happy and suggested I look into getting brand new carpet installed.My family and I went to so many different places over 2-3 days, including the home depot/Lowes type of stores to the other ones, like Paulsons and Empire. It pretty much felt like shopping for a car... I was very surprised about the prices! A lot of them didnt include the install costs... so when I saw a 3.99 a square foot cost and realized that was for just the carpet and didnt include the mat or installation, I was a bit surprised. But I am also a single mom on a strict budget and have never had to buy or shop for carpet before so I quickly learned what price range I was looking at.When my parents and I walked into Wilsonville carpet and tile we were relieved to be directed to the 3 different quality carpet samples whose price included an above quality moisture barrier mat and installation, we were pleasantly surprised.They answered my moms many questions and were extremely helpful and patient with all of us. The quality of the carpet I got for the price is outstanding. They fit my installation in very quickly and I was able to surprise my 12 year old daughter by the time she returned from her summer vacation.Thank you Mark and your team for your help and quick installation! Wilsonville Carpet did a phenomenal job on our carpets. We had just moved into a new house and unfortunate found out we needed all new carpets. We went to check out carpet and were met with great service and good prices. Mark even came out to our house to do a measurement that same day! The following day they were tearing up our old carpet and we had all new carpets installed by a great professional crew by the end of that same week. The carpet is very nice and was priced competitively. I’ll be recommending no one but Wilsonville Carpet from here on out.

Wilsonville Carpet & Tile has met and exceeded our expectations. We wanted to renovate our master bedroom and bathroom. We needed somewhere to pick out quality products, and a contractor to coordinate the entire project and get it done to our satisfaction. We found Wilsonville Carpet & Tile online, and decided to go shop there for counter top material, and floor and wall tile. We found out that they are a fully licensed contractor specializing in bathroom and kitchen remodels. They also have a large showroom, displaying a large quantity of quality materials to choose from.When you contract with Wilsonville Carpet & Tile, Mark Williams acts as General Contractor. Mark does an excellent job of managing the job. We had some specific needs with the scheduling, and Mark scheduled things to work out perfectly. The job stayed on track, and was completed on-time and on budget.Debra is their in-house designer. Debra’s help with the design was invaluable. We were told that she would help us with the design, as much as we wanted, or little as we wanted. We had a vision of how we wanted our master bathroom to look. Debra helped us decide what materials and colors worked together to best attain the luxurious look we wanted.They have great employees and sub contractors that we totally trusted and felt comfortable with. They provide great customer service. If anything was the slightest bit wrong, they went out of their way to correct the situation. They bent over backwards to correct quality control issues and they stand completely behind excellent customer service.The resulting remodel was exactly what we had envisioned. We would not hesitate to use this company again.

We had carpet installed in our upstairs and LVP installed on our bottom floor and bathroom. Service at the showroom was courteous and professional. The contractors who did the work were amazing. Even my crabby dog, that doesn’t like anyone, liked them. Then the work was absolutely beautiful. The awesome experience I had (as awesome and exciting as flooring purchase can be) makes me wonder if there’s more to the story of the one star reviews than what the reviewers are saying.

Kitchen remodel was great from the selection, the price, and especially the service. On time and thorough as needed some plumbing and electrical not seen before tear out, but was done quickly. Counter got measured promptly and install the day it was ready and no waiting on hold to talk to Mark personally!

Had several jobs done by WCT!! Bathroom, Kitchen, family room! They are were very helpful in the process of our remodel! Can’t wait to do the rest of our house!

My parents recently got all new carpet installed by Wilsonville carpet and they are sure happy with it! The installers were professional, polite, and arrived on time. Would definitely recommend them to family and friends!

If I could give no stars I would. The man who approchaed us when we came in was rude and aggressive. After interrogating us about our project we were quickly dismissed without any guidence. I heard him treat another couple same way immediately after. I felt so unwelcome and shocked by his behavior it honestly ruined the rest of my day- a woman sales person noticed and tried to help us and redeem the terrible service- but overall I would NEVER recommend anyone to visit here. There are PLENTY of other wonderful showrooms you can visit where sales people are happy and helpful!
