Unbelievable but true. Purchased an iPhone from this store and the salesperson simply handed me a phone... not in a cellophane wrapped box but the phone out of the box. Set up the phone and it was defective... wouldnt reset and wouldnt connect correctly. I returned it within the warranty period and WAS CHARGED $55.00 for returning a defective product. They gave me a replacement phone. The replacement phone WAS NOT NEW but had been used and recent as recently as September 14, 2021 (analytics and reset data are never lost when you completely clear a phone). So I went back to return the phone because I was supposed to get a new phone. When I returned the second phone because it again was not what I had originally bargained for, I was CHARGED ANOTHER $55.00 for returning a second non-conforming phone. ATT&T corporate told me that this was against their policy. The store said that it didnt matter what AT&T said, they would charge a restocking fee. Funny how they gave me two faulty phones and I paid $110.00 for their actions AND STILL HAVE NO PHONE. Avoid this store at all costs.

I’d been using Verizon for years, but after a horrific experience with their customer service I came into the at&t store to see my options. The manager (Jose) helped me and was super friendly and explained everything in a way that left no confusion! A MUCH better experience than what I was used to! My service works great and would recommend 10/10.

Terrible customer service. I was patiently waiting for 15 minutes. Both associates were busy. An old couple comes in, a 3rd associate comes out andImmediately helps them. The first two dont say a word i was there to pay my bill.. I hope they all get fired.

My experience with doing an upgrade at this store was quick and easy, and I think it has to do with the fact it is a whole NEW staff. The Manager at the moment (I think his name is Jose) was amazing and very knowledgeable in sharing all my options. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

We came into the store to add my son to my plan and everything was not explained well. They sent us home to do the phone transfer and my son lost all his contacts and was unable to transfer pics to his new phone. It took longer than a month talking to Apple and AT&T to get it resolved and when we turn his phone in for credit it was past the time for the $700 trade in, so I was unable to get my $700 trade in credit. I currently go to the Salem AT&T store and they are awesome, its worth going to Salem.

Went to this store a year ago and it was in rough shape. Employees were rude, but I needed new phones and this is my closest store so I gave it a shot.What a turnaround. My son shattered his phone so I needed a new one ASAP because he uses it for his work. I went to the wilsonville location. Ive been a AT&T/Cingular customer since the late 80s.Deanna had the best customer service, was prompt and got me out the door in record time. Although first clerk (woman) did not know how to apply payment to prepaid and asked me to come back, second clerk (man) rushed over and handled it splendidly. Otherwise response would have been very dissatisfied. Should not have to come back to pay bill. (Wallet/debit card stolen so could not do autopay)

I dont typically review stores or food or anything along the line. If I have a bad experience I like to think that the person was having an off day etc.. however after 5 consecutive visits of some of the worst customer service Ive experienced, I feel it is only fair that I share. From misleading sales tactics to poor customer interaction please do yourself a favor and go to a different nearby Att.

We walked into store with one other customer being helped. We waited 45 minutes to be helped. The manager was in the back most of the time and only came out to assist the employee already helping a customer. After 40 minutes of waiting I asked the manager if he could help us and we only needed a new SIM card because ATT store yesterday deactivated the SIM card after we left the previous day. The manager declined to help us and went back to the back room. He said he could help customers at the moment and we had to wait for someone to come back from lunch. Ive previously gotten good service at this location. I have never seen this manager before but he was not helpful or kind. We were ignored and then he declined to help us. So frustrating. But unfortunately we need the store for assistance at times with our phones. So begrudgingly we have to be back at some point. Once the employee returned from lunch he was great and helped us, too bad the manager wasnt as kind and helpful as his employee.

Brandy should not be working there. Right when my husband, I and son went inside the store today, she acted like she didn’t want to help us and asked Selene if she wanted to assist us since she was the one that spoke with my husband earlier today. I was switching to AT&T and was eligible for an upgrade. It was a DISASTER. She screwed up, asked her coworker for help and eventually had their manager come to the store to fix her mistake. She didn’t even explain to us what was happening and we just knew she made a mistake based on her questions to her coworkers. She left us I’m sure more than 12 times as she went in and out to their office. We waited for TWO hours of them trying to fix it. She was almost unapologetic and cranky the whole time. It was already past 6:30 pm and I didn’t want to wait any longer while my stuff are being transferred to the new phone. She clearly didnt know what she was doing so I offered to delete all my data to make the transfer faster. But she gave us an option to mail my old phone so that I can make the transfer at home. Right before we left, her coworker who helped her try to fix her mistake, (Brandy ‘forgot’ to mention this to us) told us that we will not see the ‘credit’ in our account until three months since we will mail my old phone from home. So basically we will pay MORE for the next three months due to your own mistake?! We went home hungry and very frustrated. If this issue will not get fixed we will never think twice and we’re definitely going to switch to a different phone service.

Bought a phone. Discovered 4 days later I was enrolled in the protection plan. There was no conversation in the store regarding this protection plan. I was not given the opportunity to decline this insurance. Every other time I purchased a phone with other retailers, it is very clear in the process that a conversation is had about the insurance and I initial something to decline or accept it. Representative did not even mention the protection plan. Representative just signed me up for the extra charge without my authorization or knowledge. I am concerned about how many other people have been signed up without authorization.

I just have to say, this store continues to provide myself and my family amazing customer service. From my cellphone needs to helping me with my Directv account. I recently visited and realized upon arrival that they were short staffed, though you could tell their was some pressure being put on them by other Restless customers (who couldn’t have been anymore inpatient), they did an amazing job managing and checking in with people periodically and updating us on wait times.I just felt the need to say something a little positive about this team, as a local here in Wilsonville I appreciate the fact that these employees have worked hard to keep myself and my community connected. Shoutout to Tommy, Dave & Lily for getting my family taken care of and keeping a light and positive attitude during these unpredictable times.

My husband and I signed up at an AT&T store in Canby with kids named Cesar. He needed to go to Wilsonville to get the phone he needed. When we arrived Dave and Lillian had to be the one to share that Cesar had done everything wrong for us which resulted in $60 more a month. My husband had driven from Idaho and was hungry and tiredness Needless to say he was not happy. These two people did an AMAZING job turning it and is around. We left with smiles and please give them big kudos. They deserve it.

Nice enough people but definitely under staffed. Service is super slow. I have been in there 4 different times recently and each time I have had to wait at least 10 minutes. Three times I ended up leaving because I had other appointments and couldnt wait any longer.

Went in last weekend to try to get a phone and change from my provider which is Verizon and waited for nearly 2 hrs for service the role play manager at this location and was from another store who seemed to be friendly and some what cared about me trying to give them my business I just was dumbfounded and was ready to go off on any employee for their lack of caring to customer service which is by far the most horrible Ive ever seen and have had coming from a person thats been in the retail and customer service industry for years and giving customers the best services possible as a automotive technician the primary focus is to meet greet and acknowledge the customer even if you like them or not they are a customer and the purpose of what makes your business what it is unlike here where none of that was acknowledged which at the end helped me make a decide to not provided any of my business to them and carry on and provide some else the opportunity even though I have that of giving the manager my business in the location he works out of in salem which is about 20 miles away just to seek better customer service now all said and done this place is a joke and I refuse to go back and recommend any one to this location and fire everyone and rebuild for scratch if I was in charged of this place

Worst customer service I experienced at AT&T store. Walked in at 3:00pm, there were 2 people ahead of me. There were 3 employees + manager walking around. One only was helping the customers. I got checked in and waited until 4:30. At that time all of the employees had disappeared at the back room. The only one that was working at that time told me the wait time was another 30 min. I left.

I walk into this AT&T store a little over two months ago to talk to them about my plan and see about upgrading it to the unlimited data plan. I sat down with the customer service agent and he walked me through the benefits and told me that my cost would be within $5 of my old plan. I am ex military so I get that discount and auto pay gives me a discount also. I have gotten two bills since then one was $30 more and the last one was $45 more. I went in to talk to them about my bill and the some agent was there. I told him about my bill and his response was it can take up to three billing cycles before the discounts kick in. I said that you never told me that and I had the same discounts before and why would it take so long and bigger question is why did you not tell me that you told me that it would stay the same. He said well thats the way it is and I could call customer service if I wanted to talk to someone about it. I was so mad I had to just walk out before I got my self in trouble. Keep in mind I have been with AT&T for about 20 years now and have bought lots of phones from this store. I will never go back and I recommend everyone else find a different store to go to also. very disappointed long time customer...

Both of my experiences in this store have been disheartening. The two men I encountered each time were not completely honest and didnt tell me about upgrade fees & activation fees, to say the least. An extreme lack of communication. He just let me figure it out on my next bill. He told me the least amount of information possible and neither of them were very personable. You can tell they were annoyed. Spend your $$$$ else where. Also as I read past complaints it looks like you guys have not fixed this issue. Wilsonville AT&T manager you need to have a serious conversation with your employees about their customer service and being honest! Thanks AT&T 👍🏻

What’s the point of having a store if your only answer is “Well you’ll have to call 611 (the customer sevice number) I cant do it.” Might as well just make everything online. Attempted to set up an account here 3 times now, but no one ever seems to be able to help. I’ll be making a trip to a different AT&T next time.

The selection was nice, but please be weary of the sales folks trying to up sell you by bundling features in the prices they quote you. Example: asked for insurance and the sales guy quoted me $11... Which I found odd since I use to work for AT&T and found the price higher then usual. Asked to see paperwork regarding the insurance, thats when the sales guy then changed his price and said well if you just want insurance its $7. Just double check the prices your quoted.

Was helped by one of the associates that kept pushing a plan change saying that no costs, saying that he was not just trying to push this on us, and that it would not would go up, but the change caused the monthly rates to increase. Felt lied to and almost hurassed to changing from the original plan.

Asked if some one could put the glass sheild on my phone and the sales lady said she didnt do that and I needed to wait for the other sales person. So there I was stuck in the parking lot at Plaid Pantry accross the street from this AT&T store when my phone suddenly popped up an error saying invalid SIM card. Bear in mind Im not from this state, Im completely lost without my phone. I ask the clerk at Plaid Pantry if she has a small paper clip I can use to re-seat the SIM card in my phone. She says she doesnt and asks who my cell phone provider is. I tell her T-Mobile. She thinks about it and says, you know, theres an AT&T store accross the street. They come in here all the time. Theyre good people at that store, you may want to try there.I take the clerks advice and go accross the street to the AT&T store and ask if they have a tool I can use to get the SIM card out of my phone. The employee at AT&T walked into the back room and came back with a SIM card removal tool, hands it to me and says, Here you go. Its yours, take it.If it werent for the nice staff at this store, I may still be wandering the streets of Wilsonville Oregon forever lost without Internet on my phone. ;)

Worst ever seen### I was upgrading I phone at Wilsonville, Oregon AT&T sale person offered Ipad for $99 and did not tell its actually comes with monthly service, $49.0 activation fee, $10.0 monthly service charge, and fees, fees. Its even not unwrapped box yet, never used and AT&T not take that back, and they say I have signed agreement for 2 years, and its has to be used, and all because it litterly passed 14days from the guy pushed me to get that 3rd Ipad I have know... How is a good service for a customer with AT&T for 19years?

Very, very lacking in customer service. I tried to return an item, and was told I could by the empoyee assiting me. This person also expressly indicated hes NOT in customer service, hes in sales (what kind of person says that in ANY retail shop?). He then disappears after saying its fine for me to remove the expensive Skinomi warchface protector I bought and cant put back on. Hes gone for a few minutes without saying why and comes back to pronounce the return impossible. This, of course, without explaining why, ot trying to offer any guidance. Awful experience.
