This T-Mobile store was great. The employees were about helping you get the best service possible for the money you have to work with. Jose and Vanessa are very nice, knowledgeable, and they will help you make the best choice for you phone needs. And they follow Covid 19 rules.
I was in the store on Friday the 20th to have my replacement phone turn on. The three people that work there did the best job on my problem phone. I want to thank them. It was the best experience at a phone store Ive ever had.
Nobody knows how to do their job and took 2 hrs just to pick up a new phone and transfer data because the employees wanted to continue their conversations instead of making this quick and easy. I had to take the phone from the manager and do it myself because I just couldnt be there any longer

Edwin knocked on my doors 3 months ago and got me on T-mobile he had a bright smile and great personality and because Edwin is no longer here am removing my 5 stars and moving to 1. nothing personal T-mobile your service cell reception is fantastic, keep in mind how you treat someone goes along way i remain loyal to Edwin not only for hes selling ability but how he treated my family and made us feel like we where people not a dollar sign. we welcomed Edwin to the family i just cant agree how you treated him as a manager as a person.PSyours trulyKevin Jones
I can’t even begin to explain how freaking awesome Edwin is. I’ve been a Verizon customer for over 11 years and I was being overcharged for everything and I always had limited data. Edwin totally hooked my mom and me up with a great deal and now I have a cheaper bill with waaaay more perks! Verizon never worked in my work building, I officially have service now!!! Loving my new iPhone X and my mom is loving her S9+! Hands down it was the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Thank you so much Edwin for saving us so much money and getting us more bang for our buck!! My suggestion is ask for Edwin when you come to this awesome store!!
Read a few of the other postings, specially the negative ones.I have to say, I had an excellent experience at this store. Edwin and Eddie were the bomb. I came in to submit a claim and ended up leaving with two new phones and kept my warranty phone because of the great deal. If you have an issue, take the time to explain it to them and they will do everything they can to help. Rudeness as a customer gets you no where. I recomend this store! Great job guys.

Not the greatest service start out. The gal (Andrea?) when I walked in was playing around on her phone from what I could tell. Then set down her phone asking How may I help you?. Needless to say, she never helped me. A gentleman came from the back and did what he could to help me, while she resumed playing on her phone... I mean I get it, its Monday, your store is not busy, but at least look the part!!! The gentleman was great help, gave me a number where I could call to make my claim for my phone. The only reason Im giving 4 stars, is because of him. If it were based off her, Id give a 3.
1. I was not greeted when I walked in, it was about 1 min before the girl put her phone down and acknowledge me.2. Conversation did not flow as smooth there where no connection between my self and rep all they wanted me to do it buy a stupid tablet Hispanic girl did not LISTEN.3i was a victim of fraud and no one veried my I.D to ensure my account was protected. I secret shopped this store 3 months ago and couple of the others around the area not impressed.4. TMobile service is great customer service needs A LOT of improvement.
Had a phone issue. The guys stayed after hours. To make sure the phone was working and transferred all data. They did great thanks Randy and Eddie.
Honestly I was recommended here by a friend of mine and Edwin was professional and explained everything how it should. I drove all the way from Vancouver Washington to be helped and served by a great person.

Went in to get a micro sim for a replacement phone not purchased from T-Mobile. Both Ali and Andrea were very helpful and Ali made sure my new phone worked correctly before i left. (Ali also had to give me a brief lesson on Nougat as my old phone had a very different interface.)
I came in not expecting much as I have dealt with multiple stores and call centre representatives, and each one has been a miserable experience.I will only ever deal with Wilsonville T-Mobile from now on. Ali and Andrea were incredibly helpful and put our priorités first. Nothing was an issue, and they did everything they could do make my transaction as easy as possible. I can not recommend this T-Mobile store enough, and thank Ali and Andrea for all their help. Thank you!!
I do not appreciate the sales rep could not understand what she is SAYING where the heck is my guy at Edwin I hate this about TMobile they get someone good and make them disappear. Please get more reps that actually care. Waste of my time

I am native Icelander and Edwin and his team helped me out, I know its hard to get good honest sales people. I drove to the nyberg store I stood there for 40 mins before I was acknowledge. When I when to Edwins store I was greeted before opening the door with a big happy smile.
I am loyal to the old Manager that was there and there for i am changing my 5 star to a one star sorry T-mobile.
Only reason they don’t get a 1 was that they acknowledged my presence. It took a while, but that was the only positive. I won’t be returning to this store.
Edwin was kind enough to help with my process of getting a new phone i am making this my home store i will recommend everyone.

Hello there my name is Adrian i have been a Tmobile customer for 15years and i honestly was going to cancel and Edwin gave me reasons why i should stick around. so today i drove down from Vancouver to visit the wilsonville tmobile store and i had to find out from the comments that he no longer works here i am so sad. we are living in a age where cellphones mean alot to me and i need to have a direct line with my rep person who took care of me Edwin. i kept scrolling through the comments as i was not the only one who is frustrated but one customer was nice enought to tell all of us where he is working. i am going to have to switch carriers because i dont get the help that i used to with Edwin. Loyalty goes along way might not make sense to you but for me and my family we love being respected and treated like a customer i am switching where ever Edwin is at or carrier, thank you Tmobile for all the years of service but having a loyal rep means so much more then just the brand.

I went into the store and the people didn tseem to know what they were doing. The trainer quoted me 48$ a phone for 2 lines I wanted to open. When I said ok and they started to enter the information. I was informed that he made a mistake and I had to pay 192$ per phone and when I asked them to honor their quote they said they couldnt. So of course I walked out because they dont seem to care about customer service. I had T mobile before and never had any problems like this. I thought they might have been as good as they were back then. But I was sadly mistaken. I regret going to the Wilsonville T Mobile store.
