The meat here is awful. Today is 11/7… two days before the sell by date of this steak and it’s already gone bad. It’s even worse for ground beef. I’ve seen that go bad less than 24hrs after buying it. This grocery store is the worst I’ve ever seen for meat shelf life.

Very very disappointed with this locations service and overall process..We originally started using Fred Meyer grocery pickup in Beaverton. Their commercials brag about fresh produce so I thought I’d give it a shot. It was the middle of the pandemic and I was pregnant so I didn’t feel comfortable going in and shopping. The Beaverton location is amazing.This Wilsonville location has failed to make their customer happy multiple times. Two pickup orders in a row now have been pushed back to the latest time (after 5:30pm) due to being *short staffed*. This is super inconvenient since I have a schedule to follow with my baby and I picked a time slot that would work best for me when I ordered. I thought the whole point of picking your slot was to make it more convenient for the CUSTOMER!The man was rude and didn’t want to make any exceptions on the phone. Being short staffed is a internal issue and shouldn’t burden the customer.Also when you order a pickup order from Fred Meyer, it gives you the option to opt out of substitutions for your food in case something is out of stock. I make sure to click this everytime because I don’t want random items I didn’t originally pick.When My husband finally picked up my late order yesterday, they had substituted six items due to what I wanted being out of stock. Someone in that department obviously didn’t care enough to check my order for the substitution preference or even call me to discuss this! They just gave my husband the order and never asked permission for these substitutions.Lastly I was putting away the order and I noticed a few different produce items had moldy/bad spots on them. This is totally unacceptable and odd since they brag so hard about having the best produce.After two weeks of this terrible service I will be seeking grocery pick up elsewhere such as Safeway.Update a week later. After further investigation and also trying to prepare meals I had planned for. I found that some of the items they substituted in and charged me for weren’t actually given to me. SO DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED.

The butcher shop here has the most flavorful cuts of beef in the area. Buy a London Broil here its amazing. The rest of the store is well kept, fully stocked, clean and has more than adequate staffing. Go back to what I just said... clean. You can literally look in the corners, around the edges and see that people that care about cleanliness work here.

Wasted money on produce items. Many of the items spoil within a day or two of purchase. Bland flavor nowhere near fresh. Going to Whole Foods where I spend a lot more but the produce is always fresher and tastier.

Love this store. The garden dept is the best of all FMs stores. Go see it for yourself!

Clean, organized and great produce. Prices fair and easy in out

Commercials say fresh produce is a top priority, hhhmmm. I had a list of produce I needed and bought nothing because it was horrible. Bell peppers were soft and wrinkled. I saw mold on the hananeros, tomatoes were old and mushy. And there wasnt a fresh corn on the cob in the entire store! I left without spending a dime. Bought what I needed at whole foods. They spend a ton of $ on commercials promoting fresher than fresh produce but should actually spend it on buying the freshest produce!

I come here pretty regularly. Today, a new bagger walks up to bag our items.... says I hate people! Then mentions her co worker by name... then calls him a midget. Im in shock of what I just witnessed & heard.

I am very disappointed with the customer service/employees at this location. Every time I am here I am followed around the store. It makes me and my children very uncomfortable. The security man from the front door left his station in order to follow us around the grocery side for several aisles and then stood and watched us check out at self checkout. I have never stolen a thing in my entire life and I am a nursing student at a nearby university. I am not sure how they select certain people to discriminate against but I will not be returning.

I come to the Wilsonville FM frequently in the evening. There’s a checker who is often there who is AMAZING! Her name is Ashley Hunter, and she’s so efficient, helpful and friendly! She never is flustered even when there’s a huge line, she just solves whatever the problem might be as calm and competent as can be, and she’s super nice as well. Ive loved shopping at Fred Meyers for years because they have such a wide variety of products. This year, we were introduced to pick up and delivery after ordering online. While I miss the opportunity to browse household items and other things outside of groceries, few things can beat taking your time adding things to your online shopping cart and having them ready to be loaded into your car or delivered to your doorstep.

Easy parking, clean and well stocked.Love this seafood counter, and the produce department never fails to provide the best out of the box produce.

ONE star....computers are down this morning and have been down for the last hour. At least have the decency to inform your customers, when they walk through the door, that theyre not able to purchase anything because the computers are down. What a waste of time.

We order online, we get about 6-12 items on our weekly list that they are out of.They substitute a store brand substitution, this would be ok for some items, but not all.You can either take ALL sub, or none, no chance to alter these is given. When we called to see if there was another way to do it they say we get an e-mail as they complete the order. However because it is so close to your pickup time you can not change anything about your order.During pick up no one was willing if asked nor did they offer to go get a replacement for some items.Safeway, Roths, and even much to my surprise Wal-Mart has better options and a better setup than this by far.I will not be shopping here anymore. Fred Meyers use to have amazing service.I have a few friends who have worked for this company for many many years. They are not treating their employees as good as they once did either. I imagine the treatment of employees and service are closely linked.

Less expensive than Safeway, on par with Target, more expensive than Walmart (and obviously WinCo). Good selection of products, though not enough vegan options. Unlike WinCo, and like the others, it is esthetic and the atmosphere is pleasant, there is WiFi, and credit cards are accepted.

Employees rude, no managers to complain to. People and employees walking around without masks. When I called to complain, I was hung up on 3 times. Not worth my hard earned money anymore. Shopping elsewhere from now on.

Coming from shopping at the Gateway store this place is like heaven. My new favorite FM!

This is a very nice and very large Fred Meyer. The store the best produce of any store I have ever seen. Thus place was 100% clean and well stocked.Now then, the down side. First, the Fred Meyer gas station is not with the store, but a few blocks to the west. Even though you can see the store from I-5, finding it us not as easy. Once you do find it, make the turns and get into their parking lot, you still have to navigate the miniature spaces and rows. Whoever designed this place built it for Smart cars. If you drive anything larger than a VW beetle, have patience, and if you drive a quad cab diesel pickup, maybe move on. If you are in an RV, just laugh and drive.

This store would be five stars if it were not for the yellow shirt greeters aka security that say hello to you when you walk in. The yellow shirt just throws me off and I dont always want to say hi so someone when I walk in the door of a grocery store.Otherwise this place has great produce and the standard one stop shopping variety. The pharmacy staff is very helpful and friendly so are almost all of the other employees.

Most employees are very helpful.. HOWEVER, I will NEVER buy meat from the meat counter. The employee that is always there ( large man ) is down right rude to customers.. ( I spend over $200 on QUALITY beef each time I am there.. but the man ( employee ) makes me not buy or pay for the nice cuts of ribeye steak or fish products,, behind the counter. It also makes me just go to other stores.. I am the costumer. And should not have to have a asdhole to deal with,, to get products.. I would rather drive 50 miles away to get good service..

Heres the thing. The employees here have always been great to me. Wonderful selection of groceries with good organic choosing s. If we werent currently in a global pandemic, this would be a 4-5 star review.That said, its extraordinarily disappointing that this Fred Meyer will not enforce the states mask mandate for the health and safety of their employees, customers and community at large. Front of house employees are not empowered to restrict maskless customers from entering the store, give them a warning, or otherwise have them removed from the property. Only the manager on duty can make any of these decisions and they appear to go out of their way to avoid confrontation. I understand that its not easy to lead and handle a confrontation, especially considering the multiple, highly inappropriate and aggressive responses displayed by many anti-maskers. But the failure to find a solution to keep everyone safe is just as unacceptable. Until enforcement is taken seriously, I encourage you not to enter this business and to limit your support overall if youre able. I would also encourage you in filing an OSHA complaint as I have just done.

Although I do like this store, it’s super annoying that they move things around regularly. I like to be able to go in, do a normal route and be done. There isn’t another store like this in the area and I really like the variety. The choice to expand food is poor.With that being said. The staff is amazing, I have yet to have a bad customer service experience there. I highly recommend their meat and seafood sections.

I dont know if anyone else has noticed but our Wilsonville Fred Meyer has really gone down hill. 1st the bottle return outside is either broken or so full you cant get anything in it. If you push the button to call someone, good luck. Ive stood there and waited and if your lucky enough to have someone come out they will let you know what an inconvenience it is and they move at a snails pace. Then if you do click list if they dont have the item you end up with whatever so we quit doing that. When you go inside I dont think management has told them basically who is paying their paychecks. If your in someones way and they have a cart with product ya better move. They dont say excuse me or stop and let you go they just keep coming. Then several times they forgot to put item that I purchased in my bag. Then when I went to get my money refunded the kid at the counter made me go get the product before he we rend ne and then tried to short me. So I started doing my own scanning and about 60% of the vegtables have no sticker on them. Then I needed help and I looked for the gal to help me and she was talking about TV shows with another employee and when I said excuse me she said just a minute and FINISHED her conversation before helping me. They dont wipe down the carts anymore, they have people in the store without a mask and not one person says anything. Im extremely disappointed.

On 3/10/17 @8:16pm Told the cashier Jackie that the lemons where $0.39 a pound. She insisted they where $0.39 a piece. Paid for my items then had to go out of my way to go take a picture and get refunded the correct amount.Ive never paid attention to the prices of objects, but they messed up on my last trip and now I caught an error on this one too. Starting to notice a going trend here.

Have been odering online lately. I keep getting told things are sold out when i give almost a week notice. Why wont you restock the items in my order if you know it will be sold? I have never missed a pick up. But what i have experienced is them being out of a gallon of their milk(about $2 to $3) and them replacing it will with 2 half galons (4.99ish each) of milk without ever telling the people the price difference. If this happend to you let me know i am ready for a class action lawsuit. They can order what i agreed to om my list their is np reason for them to give me something that is 3 or 4 times the price. Is lt because i use ebt that u think you cam cheat me?

A older gentleman whos a security guard followed me the entire time and accused me of stealing even though he watched me pay at the self check out with my EBT and then followed me outside to my car and took pictures for no reason he had silver hair wearing the yellow security uniform, I should be able to walk around the electronic section without someone standing within arms reach asking me every 2 minutes let me know if you need help or if you see anything you like let me know so I can take it to the front for you like bruh Im trying to Christmas shop for my family, its very uncomfortable to try to shop when I touch something to read info about it and some dude is trying to grab it from me and take it to the front... IDK Im sick of being profiled everytime I walk into a store.

Pharmacy is slow and not trustworthy

While I was in checkout today I payed for my food, and food for my baby girl but I still owed $1 and some odd change that I realized I would be unable to pay. Things have been hard with the Virus going on and I thought I would have to put something back, but my cashier was so kind. She called the manager at the time over, and she payed for the rest of my order. I am so thankful for this store. Somehow the staff knows time and time again when their customers are in need, and also are so helpful to everyone who shops here. Thank you Wilsonville Freddie’s for keeping us all together during these hard times, you have no idea how much you mean to us.

This was the first time in this Freds. Wow, it is huge. The bakery department alone was very nice and the items actually looked really good. You could be in this store for hours just shopping away. We have always loved the selections of items that they carry and stuff that no other stores carry. The produce aisles always look very nice. The deli section was very nice and well kept. Even better when they have Cajun Turkey Deli meat. This store was very neat and well laid out.

This is the best Fred Meyer EVER!!! Probably the best out of any stores! I never seen any store so clean and very well organized. Started of with produce isle everything is neatly put in place and then walked every isle all neat and clean. Wonderful cheese selection and sandwiches we bought were very fresh. I never buy store made sandwiches but these ones caught my wife’s and my attention and when bought satisfaction was 100% and I never rate anything that I use on GPS or apps but this store was just that good I couldn’t help but to give it all the stars. There was a really kind gentlemen in the candle section that helped us last night. He was so kind and made us laugh and smile. The world needs more people like him. I wish I got his name... he made our night. Customer service is hard to find but he was the Absolute best!

Absolute WORST experience on this 4th of July. The customer service was horrific, not one friendly human on staff. Angry they have to work today, especially the floor manager in the grocery section. Perhaps customer service is not youre calling. Fred Meyer just lost a very good customer.

A huge store with a wonderful selection of all different things. You literally can go here to pick up anything. Groceries, clothing, pet items, cleaning products, WHATEVER. Fred Meyer will have it. The employees that I have run into there (not just one store, but the three stores I go to) have all been totally awesome. They are helpful, respectful, energetic and pleasant to be around. Its really a breath of fresh air to shop at a big store with awesome people and great prices. It is one of my favorite places to go for shopping.

I tried to shop here but the music is so over the top loud I couldnt even think about what I needed. This location should really consider the type of environment they are creating for their customers. It looks like my several hundred dollar shopping trip will have to happen elsewhere.

We love Fred Meyer, they have everything you could ever need and the staff are very friendly!They have a little stand in the fruit section that allows you to take one free piece of fruit per kid, so they can eat while you shop (usually just a banana or an orange, sometimes apples). This is the greatest thing as a parent, our little one loves coming here and gets so excited to eat a banana while we shop. Not to mention, the prices are super cheap and competitive, which make it a no brainer over Safeway.I wish they had a Fred Meyer like this one everywhere we go.

NO LONGER WILL SHOP AT FRED MEYER/KROGERS.Fred meyer DOES NOT follow the guidelines for NO SOCIAL DISTANCING, NO MASKS. Lots of other stores manage to do it. Like Trader Joes and Costco so those stores draw in safe customers. This location was great until they moved everything! I mean who puts baby diapers by the dog and cat food?? I think this a way to confuse everyone and make them impulse buy. Watch out for fellow shoppers wondering the store and looking to the sky for their canned tomatoes they cant seem to find anywhere! Thats probably my only complaint about this store, You get some good deals and the produce seems fresh enough.

Hate going in. Loud music in grocery section. Annoying and loud staff communications over intercom. Ridiculous announcements over intercom that no one can understand. An hourly loud noise letting everyone know its theparticular hour.Too many of the check out staff look mad about something.Just dread going in but my elderly mother feels comfortable shopping there once a week because shes familiar with the products...and is deaf.

Lol. Decent store. Kind of a weird layout and I dont know what it is about the parking lot.....but I always seem to forget where I park. But I give the overall rating of the store 3 stars mostly just because I like other Fred Meyer locations better.

We ordered several items for my grandsons birthday today: 3 giant sub sandwiches, a vegetable tray, a fruit tray and also a quarter sheet cake. Everything was fantastic! The fruit and vegetables were fresh and very tasty. The sandwiches were packed with meats and cheese and were delicious. Absolute best thing was the cake. We asked for an edible picture of my grandson to be placed on the top. It was so perfect, I was amazed. The cake tasted so good...everyone complimented the hostess. Even with all of this, the prices were exceptionally reasonable. Thank you Freds for making this party the best ever.

This place is another world where you can go in on a mission and leave an hour later with organic, cruelty free lotion and a basket full of everything else you felt you needed. On top of that theres a Starbucks built in so if your shopping trip needs some fuel theyve got you covered. The kind staff only sweeten the deal to make Freddys a beloved store.

Very helpful staff! Today while shopping for refrigerated unsweetened coconut milk and I could not find it, an associate by the name of Jennifer overheard me and told me that there could be some in the back. She had immediately went to go look in the back and but wasnt able to find it, however, she expressed her concern for diabetics and directed me to the unrefrigerated selection and was able to resolve all my questions on the spot! This was the first Fred Meyer I had ever been to in my life and I will continue to shop here as long as they keep employing such helpful employees!

I always have such a hard time finding things in this store. I usually walk out with only half the things on my list. For many items they are twice as expensive as Safeway. I tend to avoid going here except for the small handful of items they carry that Safeway, Target, and Costco dont have. Mainly Thai peanut sauce and celestial seasonings espresso chai tea. There was also a Filipino sauce but for the life of me I couldnt find it this last trip because they moved things around, again.

I like that Fred Meyers catered to Wilsonvilles strong Satanic heritage when building this particular Fred Meyers.Some notable Satanic touches include being laidout backwards (left handed) from typical Fred Meyers, playing satanic background music at an appropriate volume, and having EV changing stations. Also, they have Halloween candy available year round!So if you need Halloween candy in August, or just want to grocery shop in a Satanism friendly atmosphere, this is the place.

Excellent, friendly service in electronics, home, bakery. Good prices. High-quality products.My go-to place for flowers so fresh they last for weeks. You can even get expert help and advice arranging the flowers early morning and just after work.And — if you have children with you, stop by the produce department. As you walk in the doors, theres a selection of fruit and each child can choose one for free to eat while you shop. ❤

The employees are quite helpful and friendly, and Im glad the store turned things around. Im leaving my original review intact below for posterity, but this is definitely a solid Fred Meyer to visit as of November 2019.Original Review:This Fred Meyer has the worst layout of any grocery store Ive ever seen, by far. Ive never seen such a confusing mess before. Nothing makes sense and everything is impossible to find. Most things have no alternatives, only one (usually expensive) brand.They also tend to charge you full price for things that are marked as on sale. That led to a grocery bill $100 more than expected one time. Literally none of the items that were on sale were sold to us for the sale price, even though we used our rewards card (which the receipt confirms).

I too am really disappointed by the remodel. Went there today to have lunch at their deli followed by grocery shopping. Found out they took out the soft drink machine next to the deli counter. I asked the deli server what happened to the soft drink dispenser because I like ice in my drinks. She told me to buy a can or a bottle of whatever I wanted and then I could go get in line at the Starbucks and ask them for a glass of ice. Really? Not to mention since the remodel, the offerings for hot food on site is now limited to boxed chicken similar to the KFC format. I cant just get two chicken wings and a dinner roll or whatever like I used to. I think they really messed this thing up when they remodeled. We skipped lunch and entered the grocery area to shop anyway but left empty-handed. The aisles are so narrow you have to wait your turn to get through them. Too bad. We were frequent shoppers here but Im not planning on going back now.

A quick trip to get a few things. You can find it all at Fred Meyer. If you are a rewards member your points get you discounts on gas. Before 9:00 am it is very quiet if you prefer less crowds and faster service.

I called in a prescription when I was an hour away, but didnt hear the automated system say it would be filled the next day. I got there to pick it up and they filled it before I could park the car and walk in. I was also looking for an inexpensive holiday sweater and not only did the sales associate help me figure out it was not 50% off but 60% off and she gave me another 15% off coupon. Today was actually the best shopping day I have ever had at freddies.

Their Clicklist shoppers are TERRIBLE. They dont honor special instructions and then dont tell you. All the meat you get from them expired the next 1-2 days (even if you ask specifically for later). The produce is always the worst-bruised and scratched. Too bad-it could be such a great service!

I LOVE shopping here. I have a one year old and two year old. My two year old can be very difficult, the option to drop him off at Playland makes shopping a breeze. Patty in Playland is amazing. I do not live in Wilsonville and there are other Fred Meyers closer to my home, but we shop here because of Patty. My one year old enjoys a banana while we shop. The produce is always fresh and reasonably priced. The family bathroom and kids carts make shopping with two young children more comfortable. Fred Meyer deserves a round of applause for making their store family friendly.

A little bit lacking in the customer service area but not horrible and not pushy which was nice.Went to 5 different stores looking to buy a new desk chair and they had by far the best selection and pricing in Wilsonville, although I wish they had more tall people friendly options, but at 64 I guess I can only ask so much without spending a grand or more.This was my first visit to this store but Ill probably be back next time I need something that requires a try before you buy approach.

Freddy needs to ditch the self-check and put more cashiers on the payroll. Maybe if the reduced service was met with a reduced grocery cost Id consider it, but since that defeats the purpose of padding Krogers profits, Ill just continue to prefer giving my money to actual humans. Maybe get some robot executives. Im sure that would help the bottom line quite a bit.

Large store with tons of selection choices and we were approached for assistance within minutes after entering the store. The employee made certain we knew where to go for all of our items. Great experience.

Youll find it at Fred Meyers... But not without a struggle. Things are so mixed up here. I find myself walking back and forth to grab stuff because the lay out is bad. Where is the bread? I dont know because its not near the baked goods. This is stratigic and it forces you to look around. Corporate loves it $$$. Has anyone else noticed how much product is crushed there? 😂

A good store for most things

Like most all FM stores, they have nearly every thing you are looking for. The people are friendly and helpful. And theres a fueling station nearby that discounts your price with your spending points.

The main reason im giving 1 star is their use of single use plastics. Fred meyer should be concered about lowering their carbon footprint, as most plastics end up in our oceans killing sea life. The worst part is the alternitives to single plastic are availible, fred meyer just chooses to try and save quick buck with no regaurds for wildlife

Prices are best in town. Great selection. A few cashiers are great, the rest mediocre. Rarely a wait in line because they have so many lines open. Its crowded, especially on the weekends!

This place has the best prices in town! (Dont get too carried away, before it got here, target had the best prices in town) Theres WAY WAY WAY too many people here. Parking is a nightmare, and the employees for the most part have been snobs.
