The staff was so friendly and helpful. I went with my daughter, but when I get a car Ill be a regular. The gentleman told her what she needed to repair, but he wasnt pushy. He understood she couldnt afford it right them. 💯💯💯He didnt use scare tactics either.

These guys are amazing! I took my Audi because it was leaking coolant. Turned out the radiator was messed up. They said they had to replace it with the two hoses, it was going to be over $1,300. I get a call from the mechanic telling me they changed the radiator but the hoses were still good so the price dropped to $800. If he wouldnt have told, me i wouldve never known. They are very honest, professional, nice, and good workers. They explain everything in detail and keep you updated. I highly recommend this place.

Very bad experience, after taking my car to this place it turns out that I always had a problem. They only scam people in this place they make you go many times and buy unnecessary things so that you spend your money, after changing the workshop the car did not give me any problem they told me it was in very good condition, I do not recommend this place at all .

I noticed allot of great reviews, if you are going to pay money for service then you will be greeted with politeness, but BEWARE the moment that you have an issue or a concern you will be treated in an unpleasant manner by a female that works there.I went back with a concern/complaint that the incorrect oil was used for my vehicle. I even told her that we can step outside because I didn’t want to badly influenced the customers that were in the store. We step out. instead of her hearing me completely out, she started telling me that she has been in the business for 20 years and that was the correct oil. As I was trying to continue to have a conversation about my concern, immediately she started getting loud.She told me to call the dealership and look in my manual. I told her I will do both.I check the manual and it confirms that the oil that they used was not the correct oil for my car. I called the dealership in another state as well as the dealership here in Florida and both consistently said that the oil that was used was terrible for my car.I went back in the store to tell her the findings AGAIN and she became verbally aggressive! Not giving me the opportunity to speak. She started getting loud which made me get loud and upset. When I noticed this, I stepped away from the counter a couple of times and said I will let you talk so that you could give me the opportunity to talk without her getting loud, but that did not happen. The crazy thing... I was not seeking confrontation, I was just looking for answers and discuss what was in my manual etc.. I don’t know what made her feel as though she had the right to be so disrespectful and aggressive towards me!It became worse and she maintained her unprofessional behavior. Then she start bringing up God doesn’t like ugly or something to that nature, I NEVER used profanity towards her NEVER called her out her name or was disrespectful at any point. I came to the conclusion that I was dealing with someone who is ignorant, didn’t care, on top of being unprofessional.Bottom line ...it didn’t matter to her what the dealership says, the manual, other similar business or even google(which I verified through all sources).... her word was the only truth in her mind.When I was leaving the owner was outside. He start talking to me and would you believe he was so professional and kind. We actually had an adult civil conversation. He could tell that I was very upset. He said that if I come back he will give me a free oil change. I respect him for that!!Thanks owner for at least listening.My bottom line... as long as she work there, I will never step foot in this establishment again.

Great service, great prices! These guys know their stuff! They explained in detail everything that needed to be done and everything that could wait. Without them knowing, I sent their estimates to my brother in NC who is a Master Mechanic. He agreed with them and said the prices were very fair and honest. I have now made Star Quick Lube & Auto Care my go to place for the maintenance and repairs on my Mercedes. I have saved so much money here compared to the dealership. Plus, these guys really care! Look at the difference in my headlight covers! I can actually see when I drive at night now! This is only 1 thing they fixed. Not ever go to this place because you will definitely get the runaround and end up ultimately getting ripped off I took my car in for a oil change and one of the workers there was a lady she was extremely nice very professional but there were two other guys that were working their meals and they told me that my car needed a part that it did not need so I went in for a oil change and I ended up leaving with a bunch of other problems that I never had a problem with before with my car ever and all of a sudden I needed these parts so I got to their shop to pick up my carI was presented with a bill for $500 when I ask them what was the problem they told me they were going to give me $20 off I literally wanted to throw my hot cup of coffee in their face but I chose just to walk away just buyer beware do not ever go there because your money will not be well spent

This mechanic is an old school mechanic but let me tell you something about him this man is good very hard to find like another one like him I really recommend I had an issue with my SUV 99 Expedition and he found a problem you never give up he always find a problem if you want to go to a good old mechanic hes the real deal I usually do mechanic I do my own work but he has the electronic scanners and all that I dont have it so I recommend it

I just visited quick star for the first time on a recommendation from a random uber driver. Boy was I in for a pleasant surprise. I took a quote in for some Ac work that I had received from the dealership, within like 10 minutes, Sam had an estimate in front of me with a much better price. They even offer financing. I just picked the car up and the work is perfect, ac never felt better. Even better than the work though is the customer service. This is now the only place I’ll ever take my car.

What decade are these people from? Its like I teleported out of Fort Lauderdale and landed in small town America in the 1950s. One of the staff members was going through my truck with a fine tooth comb finding every little every little problem that he could, fixing everything he could at no extra charge, and then showing me a detailed account of the few things that he needed to charge a few extra bucks for. He found a short in my taillights, saving me a future traffic stop. First oil change Ive had in three years that didnt leave oil smoking away in my oil pan cover for months. Just absolutely meticulous about everything he touched. The other one handled the payment with a smile on his face, and chatted with me for a bit while I waited. He shared some knowledge about my favorite bands, having picked up from my shirt I guess who I liked. He was a teenager, but did his job with professionalism and diligence that I havent witnessed in quite a while. I cant believe that a ten minute oil change that I BARELY even showed up for before they closed turned out to brighten my day so much, but honestly they were just awesome people who clearly cared about doing their job with excellence. Hope they read this and know that their work ethic and the pride they take in their job says a whole lot about their character. Cheers.

Went in to get prices from them on having an oil change and rotation and balance done on my car and the price was completely outrageous No wonder they didnt have anyone there in line. In fact, another business in the same parking lot gave me a quote for almost $100 less than what they quoted.

I can’t say enough great things about this place! This was my second visit and I thought the first visit was a pleasant experience well this one was even more. I recently had surgery and was in pain. Someone flagged me down to tell me I had no right tail light. As if I needed one more problem. From treatments to another surgery coming up and my income really impacted by all of it, I was pretty emotional. The manager/owner listened to me vent while changing my light. One of the other staff talked to me as well. It felt so good to just get it all out, I forgot I had this light issue. The human connection and overall amazing service was my sunshine on this cloudy day. He made a difference in my life today. I won’t go anywhere else to service my car and you shouldn’t either. This was one of the best finds I ever found thru Groupon. I took my car here a while back for a oil change and was absolutely impressed with their honest and efficient work. I recently needed quite a bit of automotive work done and Mike and his staff once again treated me like family. Mike will take the time to explain in great detail what exactly needs to be fixed and why. They will not try to upcharge or be pushy in trying to get you to buy anything that is unnecessary.I cant say enough about the customer service here and will continue to bring any vehicles here for years to come.

Mike, Todd, David, and Sean were all very professional. I called to see if they were available and David said they were. When I arrived, David addressed me by my name as soon as I got out of the vehicle. Very thorough, fast, and knowledgeable about vehicles. Mike did point out a number of things I needed to address with my vehicle but never once did he pressure me into buying anything additional more from what I came in to buy. Their service is top notch. For only having been open 90 days, they are setting the right tone for a customer services business. Todd informed me that they had other services to offer such as tires and full service vehicle maintenance. My experience with these guys was very good. I will be back to see them again.

I went here for an oil change that I bought through Groupon. I picked it based on it being under new ownership and the large number of positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was not so positive. When I brought my car in around noon, I asked that they look at an exhaust leak and give me an estimate. I was told I would get a call when its ready. Not hearing anything by 5:30, and knowing they close at 6:00, I returned and was provided a list of at least a half dozen additional items needing service or repair. When asked about the exhaust, there was a long pause and then I was told it needed ... a whole new system and it wouldnt be worth it because it would cost around $300 or $400). WTF? First of all, I dont think anyone looked at the exhaust and secondly, this is what I waited a half of a day for? Quick Lube? Really? Anyway I paid the extra fee that wasnt included in the Groupon price (nor mentioned on the voucher) because I heard enough and just wanted to leave. At this point, I was ready to be done with this place once and for all. So imagine my reaction when Im heading home and the car starts sputtering and hesitating like its going to stall. Fortunately, it was only a bad engine coil which I was able to replace myself for a very reasonable cost, thanks to Google, YouTube & Amazon. Coincidence? Hopefully! Once again, I tried to patronize the small mom & pop business but it just didnt work out.

The service here was great from the oils changes to the fuel injection service and the brake and rotors replacement. What I paid here for quality was a fraction on the price at the Cadillac dealership. I highly recommend this service to any and all.

He rudely responded now and I asked about how long it would take and he said the the sooner you bring your car in the sooner it will be out. Like really? What kind of answer is that?
