Mike was super helpful and accommodating as I was heading out of town and needed to drop my car off after hours. He had it fixed the next business day. I have an “up north” car that has some rust the other shops don’t want to deal with. Mike said well it has to be fixed and he fixed it!

I literally just called to ask a question about my fuel filter. My check engine light came on so I took it to advanced auto they checked it out and told me to replace the filter. I researched and found that the whole unit has to be replaced for my car. I called your store to see about having someone look at it and the person who answered not only belittled me but also Advance Auto. He told me that “I just spoke to someone flipping burgers who wants to sell me something”. He continued to tell me to take it to a real mechanic -which I was on the phone with- and have them look at it. I said that’s why I am on the phone with you now. He continued to go in circles and speak down to me after I told him I was looking to have it checked. It was almost as if the guy wanted to serve his ego more than service my car. I was prepared to support local business that wasn’t a chain but your mechanic ruined it. I thanked him for his day and hung up. I am in retail service just like you are. If you want to stay open invite people in instead of recommending that I go to another mechanic when I am on the phone with your mechanic.

Mike and Phil are excellent with the older Mazda cars (1996 & 2003) that my husband and I drive. Its 2018 and these cars are still going strong thanks to these honest, experienced mechanics!

This shop was trying to charge way too much to replace a starter and a clutch with after market parts. I dont expect them to work for free but i expect a fair deal. They think they can over charge because people dont know about cars.

Not the place to go if you have a newer car, or if the job is tough.. they turned me away after wasting a week of my time saying he didnt want to do the job because it was difficult. The job was replacing headers on my infiniti.. they also couldnt do real diagnostics on my car,just a scan tool.. 330 bucks to replace a knock sensor.... wasted money and time.. the next mechanic fixed the problem in two hours...

Brought my car in to fix air conditioning, Mike the owner had the car for 7 days and did nothing to it.He pumped the Freon gas and told me was done. One month later air is hot. Brought it back, he told me was a small part he changed (LIE). Another month air is hot again! Please do not trust this business!
