I came here this morning Sept 5 to pick up a breakfast sandwich that I know can be heated in the microwave or in the oven that every 7-Eleven has. I bought the sandwich and I asked the store associate currently working there if she could heat this up for me. She told me we have a microwave you can heat it up there. I went to the first microwave I saw and realized that there’s something wrong with the microwave. I went and found another working microwave and heated it up. I told the store associate it would help if you have a sign on the microwave that is not working that it’s out of order. She rudely answered me saying that there is a microwave working. I said as a store associate it is your job to at least put up a sign to say that it is not working because that is what I do and not to argue with the customer when I point this out. I’m training now as a Store Hwy Associate at 7eleven and that is what I’m learning to do. She said why would you freak out because the microwave is not working. So I said yes part of customer service is not to argue with people and to help them understand and have agency to heat up food they get. I told her the truth that I’m also a store associate and Customer Service according to corporate is not to argue with people but to say thank you for letting me know that is a good idea to have a sign up that says that the microwave is not working she then told me that I have a big problem this woman is not customer friendly nor was she trained properly this is very sad.

The 7-Eleven is in a good location. It has a gas station and convenience store. The store was organized and well stocked. I did not buy any of the fresh food that was available so I can’t comment on that. There were two cashiers keeping the line moving. They were friendly, helpful and professional. There’s plenty of parking and easy access to the store.

It was clean enough and stocked as expected. I thought the selection of items was fair. It was what I would expect if a 7/11. The man behind the counter was friendly. The parking lot was well lit.

Unlike other 7-Eleven staff in the area, this store is always clean and has nice cashiers

I have been going to this 7-11 for over 33 years. Always friendly and fast service. In the last 2 yrs the disrespect and service here is in the skids. The clerks are rude and slow and unfriendly. I will take my business elsewhere. It’s very disappointing.

Have used this station for years but the last two days are the worst, had stopped after work on 8/4 to get gas, go to one pump put my card in and unable to enter my code cause the pad wouldn’t let me so it canceled out, pulled up to the next pump figuring it was an issue with that pump, same issue at the next, didn’t have time to go inside so I just left figuring I’d get gas this morning 8/5, nope same issue yet at a different pump, so same issue at three different pumps, I knew I had money on the card so I look at my account and there were three transactions 2 from 8/4 and 1 from 8/5 all for $100 each, i did not pump any gas and yet I was charged $300, and trying to get ahold of anyone here is ridiculous, I need a call from the owner so we can get this handled if I don’t hear back by the end of day I will stop in and try to speak to someone

Absolutely the WORST employee working the register EVER!!!I just came from your store where I tried to get air for my car tires. Upon using my CC twice to no avail, but it did charge my card, I decided to go inside as MOST stations can control the air machines from inside. I nicely asked if they can turn on air machine, the small girl at register YELLED at me WHAT CHU SAY? Upon which I repeated my concern that the air machine didnt work and if she can turn it on. In front of everyone, she AGAIN yelled IT AINT MY MACHINE!!! Of which I mentioned it had 7-11 posted all over the machine, and she just continued yelling, CALL THE NUMBER ON THE SIDE, IT AINT MY MACHINE. Um, WTH is this? I have NEVER been treated so rudely for such a small request. When I call the 7-11 to get the owners information, the employees let the phone ring 20 rings before hanging up, 3 times. Upon the 4th call, someone answered, gave me NO information as to the owner, said to look it up online. I asked her for the name of the girl at register, and after hesitating, she said her name was Dré. When I asked for her name from phone call, she said it was Princess. With the amount of unemployed people in America, THIS is the best 7-11 can do? This 7-11 is in a tiny community, it is a shame that this is the service we can expect in this day and age.

When asked for her name none was given!! & Elsy I believe trash should be her name (From what her co worker stated her name was ) does not like her job didnt not want to follow the advertisement (she has no culture probably only speaks English and looks busted & body is all shot at a young age mind you I asked the trash nicely) when trying to buy the 2 for $2 pizza she stated angrily I have 2 meat pizzas there and Im not making anymore until there sold the pizzas they look 5 hours old!!!!when I got tired of working for 711 I quit and started my business elsy your a bum for doing what u did go find another job if you dont like your job disgusting woman!!!! ok Folks dont spend not $1 here go somewhere where this trash worker isnt !!! Thank God shes at a gas station and not making actual MONEY!!!

Cant trust the gas pumps. Had issues with being hacked . Employees can sometimes be rude. We go to Valero across the steet.

The air machine is a rip off. They never maintain it. It is only $1.50 but it takes your money and then does not work. You cannot increase the air pressure on it. How much effort does it take to repair this and keep it running. This is a service that you Are providing for a fee and it should be working.

I stopped by to get something to drink. The counter was filled with lids but none that would fit the size I wanted to buy. I asked the attendant and she YELLED at me. 😳 Guess whos never stopping there again?

Danger! Stay clear of this place...While attempting to get gas. Pump stopped at .60 cents. Had to restart. Then pump indicated debit card. Security. Search. Hell no.went inside asked clerk what was going on she told me a lot of scammers in area. The bank disabled the card. 400 miles from home and no way to get cash or gas. Bank had to re-boot my card. Thanks chase bank for having eyes on this place! Dont do business here to risky. A lot of sketchy looking folks hanging around also.

711 Wilton Manors: Where the coffee is hot and the smiles are warm!This is probably the best 711 in the Fort Lauderdale area. There is always 4-5 hit, fresh pots or coffee made, and you get greeted with a warm and friendly smile every time. Most of the ladies that work here have a real nice southern charm to them.

I live in the neighborhood but this location has gone downhill significantly in the last year. Now I go out of my way to avoid going there. Workers are just increasingly rude and it’s worth the extra few minute drive to go somewhere else to avoid their attitudes!

Horrible Customer Service and the staff needs training.They always advertise false prices at this location and then charge you extra when you get to the register.The two women working there are very disrespectful.

I could sit here and be all detailed about my visit....and to be quite honest I dont have the energy for that right now cuz it was exhausting. Two women working and one was nice and one was disrespectful. I will never return to the 7-Eleven and I go to that bowling alley frequently thats across the street. I never use derogatory terms and I got called names while I was there. Never ever ever ever again... So rude!!! If I could give it no stars I would. End of story.

The cashiers have noble patience! Was just there and a cashier opened up just to help this lady with her lotto tickets! She was so rude to the cashier it was unbelievable! She had nothing but snide comments and innuendo! He was doing her a favor! And SHE was rude? Talk about nerve! She threatened the cashier that she would call corperate office and what? Tell them she was rude, demeaning and classles? This cashier a nice Hispanic man has patience of a saint! Keep up the good work!!!

This is one of my favorite 7-11 store.. The location is just soo carefree.. Three enterances.. Spacious gas pumps.. Fresh good eats and the staff will make your day.. They probably have everything you need.. Sooo take a ride and meet some great friends. Enjoy..😁😁

I went to this store last Tuesday around 6.30 pm, an African american chick, was charging me more of what i am used to pay for an Arizona Ice tea, when i asked her why, she rudely just told me (do you want it or not?)i asked again only to get the same answer, i told her the hot dog station was messy and missing everything, not even napkins, she rolled her eyes and said ok. I said that not ok. i had a kikkat bar on my hand ans she interrupted me asking if i wanted that? i was outraged by her insensitive, ghetto attitud and told her no i dont want it, and she asked me to put it back, i said you put it back you are the employee, and she pushed it away the desk. What a disrespectful awful attitude, i have been calling for 3 day s leaving messages fro the owner (supposedly named Lisa, and nobody has bothered. Considering that i called again this morning, and even worse, rudest person on the phone called Juliana (claiming to be the Owners daughter) would not want to take my message and forced me to come by after 9Am to get a hold of her, when i strongly ask her to give her the message she hung up on me with no respect at all for me as a customer, I outraged again I showed up to see who this person was, she was the rudest cuban woman waiving her hands good bye to me in front of every other customer, when i asked her why did she hang up on me Complaint was filed at corporate #81170616060428

Filthy, reeking parking lot...Roaches rampant...Sewage frequently backed up, with no facilities available...always at the whim of management.Trash and litter everywhere...Belligerent, occasionally hostile help. Backed up by local police (who get free food there)--and shrewd, intelligent, falsely friendly, and thoroughly manipulative manager, Lisa.Lisa does great lip service, talks a good game, plays victim often--but never actually remedies a problem, or does a thing for anyone, without a profit.Son is a cop.
