Nice store ADA complaint, clean and well organized, delivery aviable as well as installation services, great selection of goods, and a killer garden section! My only complaint is that it is so hard to find associates to help! Covid perhaps!#!#
Fantastic Home Depot. Its clean and gigantic and has almost anything you need at a home improvement store. Lighting, paint, construction stuff, fixtures, cleaning products. I love coming here for the plants. The nursery has high quality plants. Not the cheapest, but the quality is the best. I love the indoor and outdoor plants. Theres a ton of things inside for anything you need to fix your home - it can be a bit overwhelming so its helpful to come with an intention of what you need. Theres the Order Pickup lockers and Curbside Pickup. Theres always parking out front and big orange carts to use while strolling around the store. One thing I was shocked to see was the fun Halloween stuff. I guess I havent been to Home Depot during seasonal items being on displayed because I was surprised to see what an array of creative items they have for sale. How fun!
Just bought a Bosch rangeI couldnt get at my normal appliance dealer. It was about the same price bottom line but it had free delivery and it was on time and efficient. Im a happy camper.
Cant go wrong with home Depot Thursday for a home and yard and theyre always busy because theyre that fantastic.
Always enjoy when I go for plants and such. But .. When I go for other things I get sent all over the store looking for what I came for. I wish the employees knew where the products where.
One of my favorite places to go for home improvement and remodeling the only thing I dont like is the lack of personnel, its hard to get help from the staff in case you have questions regarding the items you want to buy other than that a great place.
Horrible, unprofessional service, they do not have their act together. I purchased a large order on June 9, 2021 at the store. I was told the delivery date would be 6/19/21. On June 10 I received an email that the delivery date would be 6/14/21 and I would be notified when ready for p/u. I patiently waited to be notified. On June 17 I went to store and the person who assisted me said the deliver date would be between 6/21 and 6/23....on June 23 I phoned and the automated voice said it was delivered and I would receive a notification when ready for p/u. I went to store to see when it would be ready. The first person said it was not even delivered. I asked for the manager and she said that she would look into it and give me a call back that day. I did not receive a call so today 6/24/21 at 1:12 I phoned the store. An automated voice transferred me to customer service....it rand for 14 minutes with no answer so I hung up.
I go in to get paint. The one person working in the paint area acts like hes doing me a favor when I asked him to mix some paint for me. I picked up some other stuff, I come back to the paint counter and I notice there is a shopping cart there. I mentioned to him that the entrance I came has all lumber carts and he points to the other side of the store (opposite of where I came in) and proceeds to tell me about all the carts there because I came in the wrong side? PUT SOME SHOPPING CARTS BY ALL YHE ENTRANCES !
Courteous/helpful employees w/ each & every encounter, without exception...good management causes employees to make happy customers ! ! !
Well stocked location. They keep up on the pricing. Lumber costs going down and they drop their prices quickly.

Oreserved a small table. I called to tell them I couldnt make it on date to pick up. Then again to change pick up date. When I got there they told me they put it back when I td them I called twice and have kids name they said they had no notes. They called manager and whole story was repeated. He told me same thing. I showed him the phone calls in my phone made no diff. Very rude. Then he sent someone in back to see if they had another one. 4th ey did and I paid for it. Manager td me they would clear my home depot card since I paid with debit. Still had not been done. I called and was hung up on and now no one answers phone. Terrible terrible store they need she new management.

Went to the nursery section with my wife. The sales associate (Kathleen) was very friendly and knowledgeable about plants. We would recommend this business without any reservations.
The cheapo depot is the place. Always have prebent lumber in stock and high quality white redwood.

Absolutely horrible 😞... No one could direct me correctly to what I needed...I finally found it myself. THEN THERE WERE NO CASHIERS AT ALL and I was directed to the SELF checkout...I was paying cash...and only 1 of the self check outs would take cash...and had a long line...I FIRMLY BELIEVE THERE SHOULD BE CASHIERS...AND THAT I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO CHECK MYSELF OUT.same situation last month at Santa Rosa Home Depot...CUSTOMER CARE AND SERVICE SUCKS.I AM DONE WITH YOUR STORES !!!

Anyone that gives this place over one star is a liar plain and simple. Theres nothing good about the store or its employees.Wheres the manager? Never to be found when hes needed. Ordered over $4k worth of cabinets. Received ready for pick up alert. Received and signed by a Brittany from Windsor Home depot. Drove 2 hours to pick them up. Customer service desk said they were not there and that he wouldnt even go check. Changed his story to they have 2 of the cabinets. Ended up 3 of the 8 products where there not 2. All were damaged and one beyond use. All this took 45 mins and the manager never showed up 👎👎

I went was directed where to buy a counter mount instant water heater for the kitchen and found nothing. When I tracked down an employee who was relaxing in a chair gossiping, for additional directions the employee answered with great indifference that they had not stocked that item for years. Then I tried to purchase rebar. Found many lengths poorly sorted according to length and size in a dangerous horizontal set of bins. Took one of 10 or 15 a bundles of 10 one foot lengths taped together to check out and was informed that the price was individual not by the bundle, though the tag on the bin did not indicate that, I checked it. I returned to exchange the expensive bundle for a reasonably priced longer length, couldnt find a rebar stake that was straight and suffered a great gash for my efforts. I talked with the manager who left me bleeding all over the store never offering so much as a paper towel or bandaid and never returned with rebar, though she kept me bleeding out all down my arm, off my elbow and all over the floor for more than 15 minutes. Customer service SUCKS.
Open during covid. Clean, easy to navigate. Save time and download the Home Depot app. Itll show you which aisle your item(s) can be found. Not a very fun parking lot to smoke a joint in, though.

I almost didnt give the stores in the Santa Rosa area that second star. I am from out of state, remodeling my brothers home in the area. Spent over 5000$ in a matter of a few days. During that time, associates seem to be nowhere in sight when you need them. Half of them dont have adequate knowledge of their departments. And to boot, we have been fallowed around by employees like we are not paying for merchandise. One clerk had the audacity to ask if we checked ourselves out, when told no, we had the clerk at the prodesk do it, insulted us by claiming to say I want to make sure you paid for everything, yet didnt ask to look at our reciet. So he wasnt even doing a proper job. We still have a lot to do, and a lot to buy. Not sure I even feel like spending another cent within their doors.
Didnt have anything we needed in stock, and the gentleman that helped us, seemed like he didnt want to be there, and definitely didnt want to help.
Went to get a key copied, their self serve key station was blocked off and I was told to go back to the key cutting desk at the end of aisle 16 and they would send someone. I waited, watched 5 employees walk by and look at me without saying a word, I asked an employee to call someone again and heard him call. No one ever came, I was waiting for 20 minutes.
Our salesperson in appliances, Heinz, was excellent. Made the whole experience easy.

Funny thing while waiting in return customer service. Their posting showed a 96 percent positive rating from customers but their goal was only 85 percent.Seemed odd.Returning 2nd trip broken kitchen cabinets from an online order, took 2 trips in my car.

The staff is absolutely great! But they are working with reduced inventory due to shipping delays. Most shipments are half of what they usually are. Recommend going on line to verify product availability before making the drive.

As an almost daily customer of Home Depot, I am extremely disappointed in how bad the Windsor store has declined over the past 2 years. Its absolutely ridiculous trying to get any customer service assistance from the employees. If you manage to find someone to ask (I swear the employees hide...lol), its usually a 90% chance that they are horribly rude or unwilling to bother attempt to answer the most basic questions. You can literally give them a skew number, item number, even show them on their own website and they still act like youre asking them to give you their first born.

Windsor Home Depot has been going downhill, poor attitudes from department workers, garden still pretty good, cashiers good, not much help anywhere else. Started going to Santa Rosa Home Depot much better attitude and the shelves are actually stocked!

Customer service was lacking. I was treated pretty rudely by the first employee I requested help from. He was condescending and made me feel dumb. Maybe he had a bad day but it was uncalled for. I hope the rest of the staff is better.
Two days in a row I had poor experiences receiving professional customer service. On day 1a guy was trying to direct me to the right aisle but 2 other employees were loudly horsing around right next to us. I found what I was looking for but the store was messy. The second day, in a different department, I waited and waited but got zero assistance so I handed my merchandise to the Pro guy and walked out.
Oh Home Depot when are you ever going to learn service service service service when are you ever going to learn The service here is horrible you be better off going on Ace or true value for sure

Ladders, pallettes always blocking aisles and the area I need to access, impossible to get help (even when item needed to be brought down from overhead), employees that give off an air of cant be bothered.Great prices and good stock on hand generally.Messy and cluttered.

Since nobody picks up the phone at home depot, i checked for product availability online, but the store had nothing, not even similar products(4x4 simpson stand off base). Employee said its because people obviously steal them, yet even when quantity was low, nothing came in on latest order. Frustrating trip having to come from another town and leave empty handed except for excuses.

Well I think everyone knows that The Home Depot has pretty much anything you want. The Windsor home depot is about 15 years old and is large and well stocked. Very busy and popular with the contractors and builders. And do-it-yourselfers as well.
The customer service is atrocious. If you can find someone, their attitude is I dont know and I dont care. The guys on forklifts are always in your way, and they dont seem to know how to drive them. They never have what Im looking for in stock, and what they do have is cheap junk that breaks easily. Please shop a locally owned business, like Garretts or Friedmans, instead.

Its Home Depot. It is a big store with all the stuff you might expect from a Home Depot. Like many big box retail stores, it lacks staff to answer questions or assist. If you have a question, go into the store, dont call. They do not answer phones regularly. If the phone is answered, its gets transferred, put into a hold position and often hung up on.I dont know who the manager is, but his / her cost savings on staff means you will not a significant level of customer service.
The store on 4/15/19 is a pig sty.. could not get through at least three or four of the isles garden shop the first couple hours into the store from garden shop. Absolutely no bark, even though their system said there was bark. Only 6 pallets of mulch. The week prior to Easter ..makes no sense.

I do like theyre extremely good prices good selection if you take your time but its far as customer service goes there are some really grumpy worker give him raise, you just imagine walking in their shoes all talking and labeling thats a lot of work getting that so Home Depot tiresome people pay more stop having so many chains and youll see that you will have a lot more customer satisfaction in the future

Youve seen one Home Depot youve seen them all. This one is just what you expect and even though I cant say Home Depot customer service is impeccable I can at least say its consistently average and thats honestly fine with me 95% of the time. They always have what I need, in stock and ready for me to go pick it up and the added luxury of online ordering. The parking lot is spacious and its just off the highway and easy to access.
Went in for a replacement hand held shower hose. They had one available for $24. But they had several new shower heads that comes with the hose for $14, I could buy. WTF?
