Had a deer hit my car this summer. Crash Campions did a great job working with my insurance to get the repairs done. Rick is a great asset to the company, was persistent with insurance and kept in touch with me.

Got my truck done quick and it looks better then the day I bought it. Hope I dont need them anytime soon, but if I do need body work Ill be back!

I recently had my car hit by another driver. Their insurance recommended ACE and since I didnt know anyone else, I went with it. I could not be happier!! Rick was awesome!! Friendly, professional, kept me up to date on what was going on with my car. It was fantastic! If I ever need work done again, ACE will be where I go!

They were very timely and called me every 2-3 days with the update. They stayed on track with time and I appreciated that. There was a little mishap but they took care of it no problem and in one day! It was great. Not the best with detailing, but it was still better than what it went in. I would definitely go back to them in the future! Bryce and Brian were who we did business with and they were respectable and helpful!

I was looking for a new body shop for our fleet of vehicles and was not happy with our current shop. Thought I would give ACE a try, and boy, am I glad I did. The Windsor team went above and beyond getting our vehicle back on the road. Workmanship was top quality and the time frame couldnt be beat. Amazing customer service!! Not satisfied AT ALL!!! These are the issues Ive had with this shop:1) Time to get the car fixed: they initially told me one week or so, it took 16 days@2) Quality of the service: terrible. My car was there to replace a damaged door and:- the paint job is unacceptable. I can cleary see the difference on the paint, and I pick the car up at late afternoon, no sunshine, I could see the difference;- they forgot to tighten the screws of the door lock, pretty easy to find it out:- they wrapped the hood to paint the door and there is a clear stain where they taped, once again easy to check and get it corrected.It is clear that they dont care about details neither have any quality check.I DO NOT recommend this shop. Go elsewhere.Positive note: they kept me post on their delay to get the job done, they called me many times to update me. I really appreciate that.

Followed the ETA provided with initial quote, and updated me with any changes. Had a few concerns with the work and they went above and beyond making it right.

Had a great experience working with ACE to get my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe fixed. Not only did they keep me informed almost on a daily basis, the repairs done looked amazing. Like it never happened. And as a bonus they helped me deal with Enterprise who tried to say there was hail damage on the rental when it was returned. We never had a hail storm in Greeley the whole time I had the rental. But ACE contacted Enterprise on my behalf and made things right. Now that’s customer service.

They are very professional and friendly. They fixed my car and detailed it so well that I felt like I was driving a new car again. I will be using them and recommend all my friends go to them.

My Toyota Tacoma tailgate was damaged in a back up accident with the tailgate down. As a result the tailgate was unable to reattach to the bed. The Windsor staff fixed it in 10 minutes at no charge! Thats great customer service. I will definitely recommend Ace to my friends and neighbors.

I would like to submit an amendment to my previous review. I would like to point out first that the quality of body work to my vehicle was not in question. They shop did a great job. I did have an issue (no longer worth mentioning) with a dispute on responsibility of action. Another representative has reached out to me and they are taking on the responsibility to take make this right. Not many businesses are willing to re-visit a decision once a solid stance has been taken. I will say I am impressed by this action! I chose a local shop in Windsor with the expectation of customer-centric philosophy. I applaud Auto Collision Experts for their willingness to re-visit my concerns.

I went to ACE to get an estimate on some body work for my recently purchased branded title car. They were honest in telling me it was unsafe to drive, even going as far as to offer to go down to the dealership to help me out if I ran into trouble returning the vehicle. They were honest, looking out for me and not just a sale.

Tempy and Brian took such good care of me and my vehicle. I could not have asked for any better service! I would very highly recommend them to anyone who needs auto body work done.

These guys were pretty good, my car looks good, and the job they did is lasting about 10 months later. one Star off because they kept telling me items were aftermarket on my car that I happened to know were not. If they didnt have access to the parts, thats just fine by me, I dont hold them responsible for what Dodge decides to sell and not sell after the fact, but why try to spin it weirdly. They were extremely helpful other than that. I would go back if they had an issue, but if you have any trim options that are even slightly out of the ordinary, I might look for a slightly different shop.

My wife had the misfortune of being rear ended and so I needed a body shop. I came to ACE as Id recently been hit during an accident as well and it was recommended to me. My repairs were done at ACE in Fort Collins (recommended by a friend) because they had a shorter wait time but my wifes car was done here in Windsor.I honestly dont have a single bad thing to say about my experience. The manager, Alan, couldnt have been nicer and its hard to imagine someone genuinely caring about the experience of his customers more than he does. He explains the whole process to you, outlines the options that you have and then was in constant contact via email and phone to let me know where they were in the process, any adjustments that needed to be made and kept to the date and time hed provided when it came to completion.The estimate provided was fast and very clear with every item broken down showing parts and labor costs.The final product looks as good as new, which is the point. Its their job to see every little flaw and fix it so its no surprise that I couldnt find any flaws on the car.To me thats secondary though. I would expect that any body shop that youre trusting to fix your car will provide the best finished product. I cant think of a single thing that Id have asked Alan to do better when it came to the customer service experience that he provided and thats why I would immediately point anyone who asked to ACE in Windsor if they need a body shop.

I took my car to Windsor Colorado location and I highly recommend A.C.EMy car got hit while parked at work. And they did a phenomenal job fixing it. I really hope I dont need them again anytime soon. But would use them again in a heartbeat. They even detailed it, and I didnt expect that. I was very happy.

I had gotten this number just straight from google. I had read some other reviews from this place and decided to try. I asked how long they were booked out for and they told me about 2 week, which was a lot shorter than others. I explained my situation and had the car looked at and left it that day. Alan, the manager and i talked about expectations and Insurance, and when the jeep would be started. They were able to start it sooner than expected and i got text alerts about my jeep. So i didnt have to be bothered to call. And I got updates at least twice a week! I will take any other vehicles i have back to Alan and Jesse. I am appreciative to my have my jeep back. And its driving better than it did before my accident. They even washed it and detailed it before it was returned, all i had to do was go get gas! I highly recommend going to this shop. With clear communication and proper expectations. They will deliver the best care.

I do not do this often, but I wanted to give Tyler and ACE auto of Windsor a big shout out and 5 star rating. I was referred to ACE by my insurance company for an estimate for a small parking lot accident. I needed a new minivan sliding door. Tyler was so friendly, nice and professional. I got the quote in 15 minutes. He submitted to my insurance. I had the choice to take it anywhere but I decided to give them a try. Not a good experience from Abba in Loveland for hail damage in 2018. They had my car over six weeks and I had to take it back for paint repair. NOT my experience here at all. They got me on the schedule within 10 days. I dropped it off on a Wednesday and got it back the next Wednesday. One week, very fast. Can’t tell that it’s a new door and the paint is a perfect match. BUT seriously, the best part is when I picked up my car it was so clean!!! Like detailed clean. It hasn’t been that nice or smell so good in years. As I was driving way, I rolled down the window to thank Tyler again. I was more excited about how clean my car was than the damage they fixed. I can assure you Abba in Loveland did not anywhere near give that kind of service. I hope not to ever need them again, but if I do I will certainly make ACE my new go to auto shop for repairs.

My experience with most body shops is that you, the customer, are a necessary inconvenience in their primary mission of squeezing as much money as possible out of the insurance companies. That has never happened to me at ACE, and (unfortunately?) I have used them three times in the last year for body repair. Rather I found that ACE’s primary goal was quality work, followed by getting your car back to you as quickly as possible. Although those may seem like the obvious priorities to any successful business, I have found that it is the exception in the auto-body business.Therefore, I highly recommend you make ACE your first choice for your auto-body repair needs. You can shop around if you wish, but you too will learn through your own experience what I just tried to save you from with this review.

ACE expertly repaired the rocker panel on my car that was damaged from a curb. They had it finished in 2 days. They were very easy to work with.When I picked it up, the car looked brand new! Great job! Thanks ACE!

Your best bet would be to do the repair work on your own. YES, regardless of damage. Finally on the third attempt our vehicle was repaired properly or so we thought. Our paint started chipping & flaking after 6 months. ***BEWARE **

Originally gave ACE a two star review based on my negative experience with my vehicle. Upon submitting my review I was immediately contacted by Tempy Bowman who reached out to hear my comments, suggestions, and concerns. The customer service he demonstrated was excellent. Granted he could not fix the issues I experienced in the past, he did attempt to make things right and he personally apologized for the issues and inconveniences I went through.

These guys are the best I would not go anywhere else and I would totally recommend them to all of my friends and anyone else.
