Got right in with no wait. Mechanics were personable and provided honest service. I appreciated the clear communication of what was needed and not needed-I.e shown air filter didn’t need to be replaced yet. A+ Service!

I called grease monkey in a hurry with a short window to get my oil changed. They were super friendly and helpful on the phone as told me to bring my car in. The check in process was quick and easy (just a few questions to answer from your car window - you don’t even need to go inside). They estimated an hour and a half or so, so I dropped off my car and left. My car was done 45 minutes later which seemed quick for a Saturday! They were very professional and took great care of me and my car.

They were friendly, helpful, didnt push any unnecessary services, and were completely transparent on costs (or potential costs) up front, and that is what I paid! When Patty came out to get the process started, her friendly and happy disposition immediately helped me feel comfortable and at ease. A very refreshing experience!

Phenomenal customer service! Would recommend for oil changes over any other place in the Windsor area. Same prices as anywhere else but you get the luxury of having people who actually know what they are doing, don’t try to overcharge you, and are extremely friendly. Got a window wash and a vacuuming for no additional charge.

I can not say enough good things about this Grease Monkey location. My car battery died and they got me in immediately so I could pick my kiddo up from school in time. They are always so friendly and professional! The manager is awesome and Patty is just so delightful and some how makes getting an oil change a total pleasure (even with two small kids!) All of the employees were incredibly friendly, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and they cleaned my car (an unexpected bonus). They didnt push any upsell, which was appreciated. The customer service was exceptional! I will definitely be back.

I had a great experience here. My oil change was done very quickly, and Patty, the woman who checked me in while dropping my car off, and who checked me out after my car was done, was incredible! She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable even though I’m not knowledgeable when it comes to cars. Overall, the customer service I received made this one of my best experiences when taking my car in.

I needed help replacing a headlight bulb and the guys at Auto Zone sent me over to grease monkey. It was a huge hassle last time this happened because the entire headlight has to be taken off the car to replace it. Nick took the time to disassemble and reassemble my headlight to get the bulb replaced. I am so grateful for the help today and highly recommend this grease monkey to anyone in the area.

I normally take my car somewhere else but they were booked and I needed an oil change before a road trip. When I called and spoke to Patty she was so thorough and friendly and helpful on the phone. I decided to zip over and I was so glad I did. Everything was very thorough and done in a timely manner. They reset all my notifications of the oil change being needed in the cars computer system also. Patty was so friendly and sweet that I wanted to just hang around and talk with her- she was that pleasant. I will definitely be back!

Fast service, professional, friendly staff, offered bottled water to me & other quest while we were waiting for service to be completed. Only issue was a service for four wheel drive trucks was recommended to me & I had to remind them it was a two wheel drive truck.

Have been going to the Windsor grease money for many years and they always do a good job with timely service.

Even though they were busy, the service didnt take as long as I thought it would. All of the people I dealt with were pleasant and friendly.

The services performed went well. Front and rear diff had to be tightened a bit. They checked my cabin air filter and they didn’t put a screw back in to secure the glove box. So when I opened the glove box the glove box fell out of its place onto the floorboard and the contents when all over. Easy fix, but attention to detail was not there today.

I thought that the worker who greeted me was very efficient. Then the lady behind the counter was very hospitable and on top of everything. I Left there feeling very impressed. Ill definitely keep coming to this Grease Monkey.

It had been about a year since I brought my car to this shop. Last year, they had broken the trim piece on the front of my hood, so I had been hesitant to return. This time, when they moved my coolant reservoir to access the oil filter, they broke a T-connector, dumping coolant everywhere. It took almost 3 hours for them to get a replacement part, which they paid for. They were very nice about it, and very apologetic. But they also tried to pawn it off on a bad design of my car. One employee told me that Mini automatically replaces the broken part during oil changes at 100,000 miles. I told him my car was at 94,000. So the next employee told me that Mini automatically replaces that part at 80,000. Again, they were very nice, but I lost 3 hours waiting for them to resolve the issue, and its the second time in a row they broke something. I wont be back.

We had such a wonderful experience at Grease Monkey in Windsor today! It was our first visit and we will certainly be back! The entire facility is extremely clean, everything was very quick and everyone was so friendly. The entire process was very easy & enjoyable. Patty was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure my kids and I were well taken care of during our wait and all the guys who worked on the car did a wonderful job from all the stuff under the hood and with vacuuming and windows. They were extremely knowledgeable and let me know about some recommended services for future visits but were not pushy at all which I appreciated.

Taylor and his team went above and beyond I would recommend them to anyone. The service was fast and professional thank u guys.

Sometimes you just have to write a review...this is one of those times (see number 4 below). Took my car in today for its usual oil change plus a differential oil change. 1) Pulled up and was greeted promptly and professionally 2) They pulled my car right in and got to work 3) Comfortable waiting area 4) Imagine my surprise when I looked through the lobby glass and saw the techs not only cleaning the outside of all of my windows, but the INSIDE of all of my windows too (two of which were very dirty thanks to some kiddo passengers) 5) The checkout person helped me to utilize the best coupon of my two to save the most money and was very friendly 6) Back on the road in no time. They did a phenomenal job for half the price of any other shop on the same day. I was not hammered with unnecessary diagnostic fees they looked at my truck found the problem and were more that fair on price. The service and hospitality second to none on the front range.

I used to work at the Main st Windsor Colorado grease monkey with Justin and Jason and it’s a even more professional and better place especially with those two I’ll always get my oil done there because they do it right and I’ve never had an issue with the company or workers .

This location has a great team looking out for its best interest. It was our daughters very first oil change and Im very happy to hear that shes found the only place shell go. Everyone we came in contact with was very polite and courteous, they noticed she had a drain plug that could potential leak and took care of it. This is definitely the crew I want looking after her car.

Just got my oil changed for the first time around 6000 miles. I tried to get them to change my oil around 3500 miles and they sent me away!!! My car is a 2020 Jeep Cherokee w a turbo engine - they told me it didn’t need one until closer to 6000 miles!!! Such honesty - it was so appreciated! Just another reason I always get my oil changed here. Thank you!

The guys always take care of me even though I don’t come in for the usual stuff. Good place. They replaced the belt on my toaster and tightened it to weeks later when it started to squeal. They let you recycle fluids if you do your own vehicle maintenance.

Fast. Friendly. Thorough. Clean. I enjoyed my visit. The techs are knowledgeable and personable. The techs wear face masks in the office and the Lobby was clean and had plenty of hand sanitizer on the counter.
