Made an appointment and got in the same week I called. When I dropped my car off it had a tire with a leak and the other had a puncture from running over a razor blade. I told them Id like to see if they could fix it before replacing it. They did exactly that, they were able to fix it and fix the valve stem on the other tire. Within 30-45 minutes they were done and didnt charge me for either thing! Im impressed by their professionalism, helpfulness and openness to work with me instead of gouging me because Im a woman. I will definitely go back there to buy tires when that time comes!

They were helpful in picking a replacement tire for my car and getting me taken care of. The bill was a little hard to understand. Is seems there were a lot of add one and the price of install seems a bit high.

Top notch service that got me back on the road ASAP after a tough night due to a vehicle issue. Would recommend to anyone who has an issue near Windsor like I did and was not sure where to have their vehicle towed since I was from out of town. If you like your car don’t let these people touch it ... all they had to do for me is mount 2 tires. They torqued my aluminum wheels incorrectly beyond 120 lbs ( 70 is the correct torque) twisted off a lug bolt then tried to lie about it and attempted to charge me $150 to fix it. I believe the mechanic was drunk.

The were able to take me in last minute and get everything I needed done in a reasonable amount of time. The staff was knowledgeable, professional and really made me feel comfortable. I will definitely return and recommend them! Job well done guys 👏

My daughter had a screw in her tire and the guy said she needed a new tire the guy who gave her roadside assistance fixed the tire and only charged her 20 dollars. This place tries to RIP people off by making them buy a new tire instead of filling the holes. Not professional trying to rip off a teenage girl.

Took my car into them for tire alignment and they came back and said my car needed 2000$ worth of work in order to align my tires to stop them from wearing so aggressively. Took it to another shop because my F150 with 60k miles on it shouldn’t need ball joints,shocks, struts. These guys are dishonest don’t let them touch your car. Les Schwab tires in timnath is a great alternative.

The Family Tire team changed the winter tires on my Challenger to Summer performance They accommodated all my requests and were friendly and professional. Most of all they didn’t do any damage to my rims which I’ve had happen in the past at other places. Will be back!

I asked to put some tires on a bit bigger wheel. They did it. I appreciate them doing so because no other place would touch the new wheels. Apart from a couple minor scratches on the lip of the wheels, I am happy with the final result and I appreciate their work.

There was a leak in my tire, the guy found a small piece of metal in my tire, he told me that it cant be repaired because of weather cracks. He told me I needed to buy a new tire that was $100 and it would cost more because work and alignment. The first time I went here, they sold me a tire that was 80 something plus work and alignment, so it totalled to 120. This guy wanted me to pay well over $100 to get a new tire. I decided to go and get a second opinion, and the other place just fixed it right there and did it all for free. I almost got scammed out of $100. Never going to do business here again unless I absolutely have to.Update: Owner reached out to me and said explained my experience to em, they apologised for my experience and told me that hell be talking to the team about what happened. The owner was super nice and considerate. Great customer service.

They did such a good job and helped let me know other complications of my vehicle and didn’t push me to get any other maintenance than what I absolutely needed done. They were courteous and very professional as well.

I wouldnt even give it one star. This place is absolutely horrific! Have purchased 4 sets of tires through them over the last couple of years and whenever we need a service done, they find some reason not to do it. Paid for the protection plan on all the tires but they wont warranty them, wont rotate them, wont fix one that has a leak because they cant find the paperwork that we purchased them there. Said the one that was leaking air had a nail in it but sent us on our way without fixing it because they dont have the paperwork. Stopped at another shop. No nail in the tire. This place has had 4 managers that I know of in two years. Customer service sucks! Talk over you and insult you. Worst place I have ever dealt with!!

Pretty disappointing. Stopped here because I just ran over a screw on the road and wanted to take care of it immediately before my tire went flat and apparently this tire shop isn’t equipped to do simple plug repairs same day, or maybe it just isn’t worth their time. While the employee was nice it’s pretty unprofessional of a TIRE shop that is supposed to be dedicated to tires to not be equipped for such an easy task. I was told to come back tomorrow when they have more people .... for a tire plug. Not exactly what customers with pressing needs would expect from a tire shop.

I found a giant piece of metal in my tire on my way home from Fort Collins to Westminster. I, unfortunately, stopped at the closest place I could find and long story short ended up with a bad repair job. I decided to comea little farther off of the interstate and found this great place. They got me in and out quickly and did an absolutely amazing job without even charging me. I couldn’t have gotten home safe without Josh’s and Tire Pro’s help and would give them 10 stars if I could.

DON’T GO HEREMy mother went in there to get her her tire patched, she noticed she caught a nail. When she arrived they immediately pulled the nail out and then informed her that they didn’t have the right machine to put the tire ( which is total BS). So my mom told them fine put the tire back on So she can go somehwere else. The informed her that they can’t put the tire back on because it is no longer hold air because they pulled the nail. So they pulled her Spair from under. And wouldn’t put her other tire back over.very inconsiderate. Not helpful at all. They take advantage and are lazy. DON’T GO HERE

I can’t begin to tell you how awesome these people are. I needed to have my brakes fixed, and they quoted me a price much lower than the ‘other guys’, but more importantly, they were smooth and efficient. As s female, I often worry about being taken advantage of, but no fear with this organization. I have since gone back and had my oil changed and my windshield fixed.I HIGHLY recommend this business, particularly all women out there. I promise you, you won’t be taken advantage of. Please do not go here for ANY of your car needs. I went in for a simple tire repair and an oil change and was told I need nearly $2,500 worth of work. Luckily I did not simply comply and instead double checked with other professionals in the business about what they were saying needed to be done. I had MANY professionals tell me that they were trying to rob me blind. Since then I’ve heard from several other people who had the same experience. This place will try to take advantage of you, especially if you are a female. Please do not support this business.

I have been dealing with Family Tire in Windsor for 15 years. Until recently, always had good service. However, about 6 months ago, they changed management and the service has gone downhill. A few weeks ago, I brought in a utility trailer to purchase new tires and get the bearings packed. They called later claiming that the bearings were rusted and pitted. Trusting their word, I let them install new bearings. I did ask to see the old bearings. The one they showed be had no signs of pitting or rust. When I asked them to show me the rust/pitting they couldnt find any. At that point they claimed that the bearings were loose. Basically, they charged be $100 for bearings that looked fine to me.Today, I stopped in when they opened to have my tires rotated. Since I bought their tire warranty, it is supposed to be done for free. Mark their new service manager, informed me that I had to make an appointment because they were too busy to get to it. Yet he could make an appointment an hour later and that would be fine. In other words, he chased me off for an hour just to make a point.Be careful of this shop. Do not trust anything they say about repairs to your car. Be wary of Mark as he likes to play games.

The only honest business I have been to in years. They stand behind their products. They are a honest business. We have taken all three of our vehicles there for tires and some auto repair. Their prices are lower than a couple other places in Windsor. My son took his truck somewhere else last year to get fixed, he was quoted 950.00. so he took it here and only 350.00 to get it fixed. I highly recommend this place. Chris is an awesome person.

I found a small screw in my work truck this Saturday and could not find some one who had time to do it today. Mark and Ray made sure it was taken care of, and because the screw had not caused damage, they did not charge. The whole crew was very friendly and professional and pointed out some other issues. Chris was amazing. I had a very unusual issue with my Escape. Took a video of what was going on and it was not something that had been seen. Chris told me that it would be fixed and he would get to the bottom of it. It took him a bit to find the issue but his team worked it from every angle to find the issue. In the end it was the steer column. It is 100% fix and back on the road. I will not go anywhere else for repairs. Honesty from the start

My valve stem was broken on one tire. I called a Loveland business for a quote. I then stopped at Family Tire on the way home for a quote.I spoke with Mark. I went to this shop last week to see about swapping out my spare tire. They were a bit rude on the phone, but it was close and I wanted to support local, so I went in anyway. Customer service was great while I was in the store, but my tire was supposed to be delivered same day and wasn’t. No big deal as I was fine coming back at a later date. However, they were supposed to call me next business day to let me know the status of the tire, but they never did. I tried to support local and was very disappointed. I was also surprised they never did get back to me as they were trying to sell me a tire that was way too expensive for my needs and I figured they’d want the money for that ridiculously inflated price. Again, I wanted to support local, so was going to do it regardless, but as they thought it was ok to overcharge me AND brush me off after I’d already given them a second chance after the attitude on the phone, I’ll have to go somewhere else. Three strikes and you’re out.

About a month after getting new tires through Family Tire, I pulled over because my car was making weird noises. I only had 2/5 lug nuts left on my back right tire, because the other three had come off while driving through the poudre canyon. I’m not a fan of giving bad reviews, but I’m pretty bummed that their poor service could have sent me and my car into a river. I won’t be coming here again.

I had a lot of issues with my car and it is an older model. They were so fast about getting it taken care of and they didn’t charge me more than what they quoted me (even with finding other things wrong). They fixed it up and it drives like new. So friendly and very professional with very reasonable pricing. I will always be taking my car to them.

These guys are the best. I wrecked a rim on my van and had to spend the weekend waiting for a new one. When it came in they put the tire on the new rim, put it back on my van. Then they replaced the spare tire which was a job! When they were done with all this work for a someone that is not local, but in a bad spot, they didnt charge us a thing. They really do mean family!! Please use these them, they are good people!

Was on my way back to Cheyenne on Monday evening when my tire pressure low warning came on. stopped @ T&T at 5:31 pm and was told: we are closed, cant help you but you can check Pikes down the road. ended up there @ 5:37, guy behind the counter finally looked up and said: cant help you, sent all my guys home already but you can check Family Tire on your way out of town. ended up @ your place around 5:50...was told that the tech will be right with me. had my tire fixed and was on my way 15 min. later. thank you so much for getting me home safe that day. always thought that Windsor was advertised as a family-friendly community but some of the businesses sure lack the family values. your guys are absolutely awesome and i have and will continue to advertise your name to whomever wants to listen to my story. thanks again and you are a 5+ star in my book any day.

Under new management - BEWARE! I was Ripped off! I absolutely do not recommend. I took my car in because it was leaking coolant & it was under warranty for a water pump replacement in May. Charged me $392! My research says it should have been $150 at the most! We have bought tires & had a 5 years of maintenance done. Always recommended now we will advise all to avoid. Will not be back!!

Service was pretty quick, but expensive. And they don’t always mention certain pricing things upfront, for example I purchased the tires that had a “55,000 mile warranty“ but then they wanted to charge me $14.50 per tire for a store warranty.Next time I will be going to Les Schwab. Their prices end up being less and service better.
