Great people and great service. I got my phone screen replaced in an hour and another time I had mud in my phone which was fixed within 2 hours. Everyone working is so nice and efficient.

Justin is amazing! Wonderful customer service & actually listens to what the problems are. So, this was my first time in. My dad had been having issues with his iPhone 11. We went to Verizon where we got the phone hoping they could help us & they couldnt, at all. They said it couldnt be fixed & we just had to deal with it. So, we took it to Justin & he was able to fix everything that they couldnt, go figure! My dad & I are so thankful! I totally recommend this place!! Thank you so much!!

My phone battery was draining itself silly, so I opted to purchase a new battery from My Cell Repair. Justin was absolutely fantastic. He not only replaced my battery, but followed up twice via phone call to see if all was operating correctly and if the new battery was holding its charge. His conscientiousness to following up on my problem was commendable. I would highly recommend his service.

The pleasure was all mine when I brought in my Android phone with a broken screen!! Justin helped me get the correct replacement glass and new protective screen ordered and after some challenges with a slightly bent metal case re wrapped up the repair and my phone is good as new!! I had an issue with a screen that I replaced myself on my iPhone, and needed to ask a pro. I went here, yesterday, during the social distancing. Justin met me at the door, and I showed him my box of cannibalized iPhone parts, and explained my issue. He was wonderful. He answered my questions, gave me advice, and was a tremendous help.Under the circumstances with the social distancing, he could have told me to make an appt., and purchase a new screen. I was expecting that. I was very relieved that he was so kind, during these trying times. I wanted to thank him for his wonderful customer service, and kindness. I’ll be heading back today, if I can’t get a cannibalized screen to function.

What an experience!!!I went here after going to five other establishments in the area and not only did he go out of his way to be the best priced... but he actually had the Galaxy Note 10 screen in stock. I know from research this is one of the most difficult phones to repair but the parts are super expensive. He made almost nothing to do the work because I was in such a panic. If this review rating system had 10 stars he and his company would got 11... Bravo and thanks for showing me their is still integrity in the world...

They were amazing. Fixed my iPad and button came loose and brought it back two weeks later fixed for free!! Best cell repair ( besides my husbands old company) that I know!!! Highly recommended!

I cracked the screen on my iPhone 6s, Ive never had my screen cracked before. But I looked up screen repair shops. Just noticed that they had a new shop in Windsor. So I checked out the other locations reviews on yelp, and they are all great. So I decided to check out the shop in Windsor. Rami was the guy that did my repair, and he was very nice, professional, and my phone looked brand new at the end. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing a screen repair.

They are super helpful. They do a good job. I took my cell in to have the screen replaced and they were quick too. They give you a warranty just Incase something goes wrong.

Ive come here twice for assistance with cell phone issues for my kids: a dropped Android that stopped texting and a used iPhone given as a present that needed phone service.Both times, Hakim went above and beyond to research the issues online and was able to find answers quickly. The dropped phone was reset and began texting again. The iPhone was correctly identified as unlocked and cost-effective recommendations were given to get service started on the phone.I really appreciated his help because both times I went to the Verizon store first and they were not as helpful at all. Both visits were fast and friendly. I definitely recommend coming to them for cell phone help.
