Just visited the Windsor location, and I can say this was the best experience I have had by far. Jaime the store manager was incredible. Super welcoming, answered all my questions and was able to set me up on my own plan while being able to get me a great deal on a new phone! Very personable, and easy to talk to. Definitely recommend, 10/10 will be returning in the near future! :)

I will go to this Russell Cellular store for all my phone needs from now on. . It turns out that another Verizon store I went to in Loveland sold me the wrong size case. I do have a negative review posted of them because I had multiple issues. Jaime at Russell Cellular was professional, friendly and provided great customer service. I got everything done that I wanted to do. It’s so nice to have a local place to take care of my phone needs.

Warning!!!!!! Do not shop at this store ! They will not provide services promised when buying from them . All they want is your money then when you have a problem they tell you to go online to get it resolved. I was told if I had any problem with the things I got from them to just come back and they would take care of that here it is 32 days later and I get told I have to go online fill out a warranty request and pay for it to be shipped to me . I’m not paying more money to have a defective product replaced. This place is way overpriced and don’t stand behind there word . Just go online because that were your going to be after they take your money . What a joke of a place . Save your money and go somewhere else . iPhone 12Max pro, screen protector lasted less than 30 Days I took it back at 32 days to get fixed and was turned away . Was told the day I got all of it if I had any problems out of anything to bring it back lol what a terrible place to shop at . DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!

Amazing guys! I really dont write reviews because I dont have time and dont usually have an experience to write home about. But here you go; Jamie and Al are amazing and way more worth going to them than a Verizon store in Foco. We were upgrading two phones to phones and watches, so 4 devices total. Jamie was on the phone with Verizon for over 2 hours trying to make it so we didnt have to come back, as we wanted to take all our devices home that day. Even when Jamie was talking to the gal at Verizon, Al was friendly and made conversation with us. Ive been to regular Verizon stores before, probably corporate, and I know I would have never had this experience. They made us comfortable the entire time, even let us go eat while Jamie was still on hold with Verizon trying to get us taken care of. I will never go anywhere else for any service or device. I really appreciate the time you took to take care of us!

He finds the first place for me to sit while he is helping another, if he is. He is more knowledgeable than corporate stores when it comes to the phones and my needs. He opens the door when I leave. Asked me if I can make it out to my car OK. Watches to make sure that I make it to my car. Customer service is fantastic with him. THANK YOU Jaime!!!!!!!!!! I should have gone there before I went to the corporate office in another town.

The service at Russel Cellular was awesome. I walked in was served immediately and had all my many questions answered. Jamie set up my phone, changed my plan, got the payments set up quickly and easily. I was avoiding getting a new phone because it’s usually such a hassle, but this was simple and easy!

Very rude, and obviously clueless about customer service...Only one other customer in the store...I waited for 20 minutes and was never even acknowledged by the employee. I finally asked how long he would be and he responded that he would be busy for a while. What a waste of time. Anybody with any common sense would have at least acknowledged me and informed me that there would be a long wait. I will never go to this place again..

Do not come here. I was asked to arrive at 9.30am. No one yet and its 10.30am. Sign says hours changed to open at 10am but still no person. Update: still locked at 10.45am. 11 customers came and went. I was concerned for safety or some health issue that was happening so I stuck around. Saw clerk, Jamie outback trying to hide. Bizzare. Wont come back here

I waited over an hour to be seen. You need to at least have 2 staff members working at all times, this was obnoxious. The girl working copped an attitude when I asked an estimated time and said I could dial 611 on my phone if I couldn’t wait for her. I was there due to my watch needing to be sent back in under warranty, dialing 611 won’t magically send my watch back, what an inappropriate answer. Do yourself a favor and go to another Verizon store that has the capability of properly staffing their locations and giving a better answer of 611. 👍🏻

First off I dont, actually have never, bothered to post a review.Last week I went to Best Buy to have the battery in my IPhone replaced. While doing so the Geek squad tech fried my phone. It took three days for them to replaced the phone but could not set the phone up. After returning for the third time I decided to just take the phone elsewhere. So, frustrated I went to the Windsor Russell Verizon store on main street. While I have always been happy with the service at any of the Verizon stores my experience this time was, without a doubt, the most outstanding to date. I was greeted at the door by Dani as I entered and asked how I could be helped. She listened to my tale or woes and told me to have a seat. She helped the toddler with the previous customer put her coat on and walked them to and held the door as they departed. Hmmm! Dani explained my otions and than with little or no effort at all COMPLETLY set up my IPhone as well as documented all of my new passwords. All while we chatted about this and that and how she liked to fly fish, my passion. And presto in less than half an hour I was on my out the door. I was blown away. She was warm and friendly, knowledgeable, completely professional, and expert at what I needed. Five stars ***** are not enough. Thank you Dani. Verizon, keep your eyes on this one shes a keeper.

I only came in to ask a few questions on insurance on my phone and 30 minutes later I’m walking out with a new phone, and a new smartwatch. Thank you guys for the excellent customer service and for making this transition go so smoothly, I was really worried about loosing my pictures and other important things but, Jamie is a rockstar and made everything fun and exciting.

The worst service I have every experienced in my life! Non- caring, lacking in knowledge only interested in selling and not in service. I had a Verizon hot spot (Ellipsis Jetpack) and the battery swelled, after it was serviced less than 5 months ago) they would not replace it AND I was told that I had to continue to pay on my contract or face an early termination fee. BUYER BE WARE! After this experience I would not use another Verizon product...And the worst part is both of their sales people thought this was amusing!

Stay away!! Sales people were arrogant. When we tried to return an item (a cable) one day after their 14 day return window (they are closed on Sunday) they made my wife wait over an hour before they told her that decision cant be made at the store level (really? An unopened item). They called somewhere and when she asked to speak to the person of authority (?) they refused to speak to her. She was reluctantly given a number at corporate (?) to call to appeal the decision to. Have called and left messages 3 times and no return call. Was willing to accept store credit versus refund-no dice. God forbid you had a problem with a significant purchase. If you need something from Verizon call the 800 number..they are always helpful and courteous. These guys suck!!

The employee was terrible he never once acknowledged us and the phone rang up to 10 time never once did he answer it or even seemed to have slightest bit of concern for the fact that he was not answering it. The guy was more into this phone because it kept buzzing. All we came in to do was see why a phone wouldnt update which is a 20 minute thing at the longest and it took us an hour and thirty minutes just to get the slightest amount of acknowledgement and then the guy made our problem an hour problem.😡😡😡😡😡

I would love to give this store no stars if I could. Absolutely horrible service overall. The employees are not up to speed on actual Verizon promos and dont even know anything about 1/2 the products they are selling. After dealing with them once we had to go to an actual verizon store and fix the damage they had done. Turns out they had lied about certain promos for certain devices that Verizon wasnt actually running and it cost us overall about $700 on the next bill. So after weeks of trying to fix all this and multiple visits to an actual Verizon store in Fort Collins we were able to get everything figured out. I wouldnt trust this store to sell me a car charger, go somewhere else.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst Verizon store ive been too. All I needed to do was get my phone switched back over to my iPhone and they couldnt help me. Lack of knowledge and respect from all representatives there. I walked out and happily went to another Verizon store.

Need a phone or new service youd be ok, however, need to know about the products youre buying, not so much. CSR was looking everything up on his tablet which was one brand, but he was trying to sell me another brand he didnt know anything about.

Go to a corporate store. Dont waste your time here, they arent very helpful with issues.

We have had horrible experience at this place. We have been told to come in and fix a problem. We went in three times, waited 20 minutes, and were not acknowledged once. We have called as well, and we had no help. Along with terrible service, that is the reason we switched to T-Mobile.
