The staff and owners are so kind and helpful! We love taking our packages and letters to them for mailing. They are so efficient and can be trusted to do their part to make it happen quickly and correctly! They have gone out of their way many times to help us with problems we have encountered and needed help with. We wouldnt go anywhere else! They are the BEST! 5 stars isnt enough to show their worth!

Even after moving out of town, if I need to send something, print something, etc . . . I add Mail n Copy to my errand list. They are friendly and its usually a quick trip. Were paying for the shipping anyway. Why not support a local business and not want to kill anyone afterward?

Always easy and efficient! I love being able to compare USPS and Fedex rates and trust that I will be given correct information. I also like being able to have documents laminated, buy cute cards, etc. Great place, great employees. So glad you are in Windsor!

I have used Mail N Copy twice. The first time was wonderful, so I went back. This trip has proven to be very frustrating. I took two packages down to be mailed USPS, to two different states, as I was selling some items through an app called Mercari. With that app, you MUST ship within 3 days and update the tracking number. When I got home, my receipt didnt have a location on where the packages were heading - just the tracking number, weight, and cost of shipping. I decided I would wait for my tracking to update, as it generally says where the packages final destination is. When the tracking updated, it never said where either of those was going, so I called the store. They are completely unable to see which package is going to which state. I called USPS. The postal service said this is odd. I cant see in my system where this is going.Needless to say, I cant accurately update tracking for the people who bought from me, and I also dont really have faith that these are getting to the correct address, if USPS cant even help me. I would not feel confident shipping future packages from this location.After this review, the owner did call to apologize, which I appreciate, but they still have no way of figuring out which package is going to which state. They told me that “I’m sure it will get there” and “the package on top goes with the first tracking number” as if I remember which package I carried in on top. They were in exact same packaging - a poly mailer - one was jeans and one was a dress. One was 12 oz and one was 17 oz. It is not like one was noticeably larger than the other. The owner also explained that there were two ways of mailing through USPS: one that requires you to enter the address, and one that just requires them to slap a tracking number on an already addressed package. He said they were thinking of doing away with the second option as all it does is get you in and out quickly, but it doesn’t help the customer with questions in the long run. Obviously they used that less desirable option on my packaging. While he apologized and I appreciate that, there was no solution to my problem, as I have to guess which tracking number goes where, so that I don’t lose money through the app. Lesson learned.

Send the same package size, same exact thing, 2 different people on different days. First guy knew what he was doing got the actual charge right, second lady wanted to charge me $15 to even get my 0.01 lbs envelope shipped less then 400 miles away, after that she wouldn’t even give me a tracking number I needed to pay extra for that also. This lady wanted me to spend $18 to send out a little envelope package… that’s almost more than what I sold the item for. I will just take my luck with Usps

I really enjoy working with Mail N Copy. I work for a local company that often needs to turn around print jobs quickly and they always deliver! The staff is always very helpful and super friendly.

Local library is closed down again, so I cant here to print some paperwork instead. Only 15¢ for black and white, and 35¢ for full page color. I was definitely expecting it to be much higher.

If you are shipping something and need help packing it up, go somewhere else. I can go to FedEx and have them actually help me with packing material and taping up the box no problem. My husband asked me to have something shipped via USPS but did not have the materials to pack it. I thought no problem, FedEx is always helpful, Im sure this place will be. Absolutely not. They were surprised I came in (with my mask securely on)a when I asked for help packing it, I was asked Oh, you need to buy tape? FedEx doesnt ever ask that. I was so flustered, I got the distinct impression they were unhappy to see me. I will not be stepping inside this store again.

Amazing customer service, work and timeliness. I needed brochures printed for a project that was due the next day. I sent them the file and they told me I could pick them up before closing. They had them done way before 6 pm and they were beautiful.Thanks Guys!!
