A really friendly local business. They offer a wide range of services including shipping and notary. They also stock products from a bunch of other local small businesses such as Bella Rosa and Golden Kettlecorn as well as the usual stationary supplies. Additionally they have Private Mail Boxes for secure mail holding.

Highly recommended. Before driving 16 minutes to the nearest FedEx mailing center, I thought I would swing by here to see if I could accomplish the same task. I could, and so can you. This is an official FedEx drop off location.

Came to Windsor and had several wines to send back home. Susan was so helpful and gave us instructions of what is expected and price. Then Susan would ask if that was okay to proceed. Susan made sure to make the most of the box and not trying to upsell us. Definitely a place to consider for shipping.

After finally conceding all the gifts for family all around greater bay area were going to be relayed by others after a ZOOM/Covid concerned Xmas, I was dreading the typical scene of long line patience and minimal assistanceto be found at most shipping/mailing sources.Glad my hunch was to walk in door at Pack Ship& More in Windsor. Even while standing in line, my armload was acknowledged with a friendly gesture, and requested guidance was provided to get ready.Great service with a smile I could see through the masks we must wear,made me an extremely happy guy! I love this place Ive had a couple issues with packages that have been returned to me but theyve been great and theyve helped me in every way that I needed help and since I moved to the Windsor area I wouldnt go anywhere else.

First time Ive been into Pack Ship and More I needed to FedEx a pkg. Great customer service😆The owner took great care of me and was polite, friendly and efficient. I will definitely go back to use their service again

They gouge their customers! I went in to ship 2 packages, which I prepared. One 2lb box and one 20lb box, going to same address in NC. They recommended 2 different carriers (FedEx/UPS) for each package going ground (1-week delivery). They charged me $96 for both, which I thought was very high and the interaction and employee vibe made me feel skeptical. A week later I got the UPS application on phone and simulated the estimated shipping cost. UPS charges $49 for the 20lb own package that this store charged $76. While I realize they have to make a profit as a business, that was a $27 markup to put a label on it and send. I will never do business here again!
