Way overpriced for poor quality food. We ordered 4 meals of the 6 peace chicken nuggets. The chicken nuggets where tiny and cold. They came with a soft drink and a small bag of chips. We also ordered 4 mini blizzards. The kids who run the place left our blizzards on the counter for too long and by the time we got them they were like soup. They also didnt flip our blizzards. When I asked if they dont do that, the kids working said we are supposed to, but we dont, because people laugh at us. This dinky meal for 4 came to over 47.00. save your money and go elsewhere.

WAY TO GO ROBYN!! I’ll never forget the time I ordered a large banana split blizzard only to realize I was not able to eat it as fast as I thought. I was going to be so disappointed that I couldn’t eat all of my favorite blizzard before it turned to soup!! Robyn the manager ran eastwards so fast that the earth spun in the opposite direction, turning back time and allowing me to order a small banana split instead!! Then when I was walking out I tripped and broke all of my teeth out of my head. The other managers on shift Jason and Carter then proceeded to pull their own teeth out and give them to me!! How considerate! Great experience and fantastic employees! Way to go Windsor Dairy Queen!!

Try to use a “deal” with the DQ app and they wouldn’t take it because they didn’t know how to use the systems. Didn’t offer to try helping or give the deal anyway. Just not great customer service or helpful. If you don’t know how to use your own systems then maybe you should honor the deal anyway.

Great service and treats. They are doing an excellent job running their drive-up window. This DQ cannot find enough employees to open their front lobby...if you are looking for a job, they need you and it would be a great place to work!

I keep hoping that this location will get better but the way it’s being managed seems like it’s about to close down. I definitely like Fort Collins location better.

Ordered a basic Oreo blizzard. Bayli the manager, I think, was the kindest server I have ever encountered. I’ve never been a big fan of ice cream but her service is definitely making me a regular at this Windsor location!

Friendly and fast. Always yummy.. Bummer when the orange Julius isnt available and that it isnt a full serve grill. Burgers would be great!

Nice, attractive building with drive-thru service. The dining area was closed to patrons when we stopped by, but this was not a problem for us. We were there to purchase a small ice cream birthday cake after a hot day in the sun, and the employees were accommodating. I wish they had a better selection of cakes to choose from, but maybe they had a busy day. The oreo blizzard cake was good, as long as you avoided the fudge/caramel/? in the middle. An Oreo cookie does not have any of that stuff; has a mellow taste and nice crunch, so Id like to see DQ adjust that recipe.

Downgrading my review significantly due to their response to COVID. I have no problem with restaurants taking extra precautions (I even think its a great idea), but the way theyve done it has made it much more painful to be a customer there, while likely not even improving their safety in a meaningful way.First off, they still have not reopened the lobby. I have to assume this is a COVID thing, but it just doesnt make any sense to me. It creates 30+ minute waits at the drive-thru, and I dont think it accomplishes what they are hoping for. If you are trying to limit dining-in, why not do what countless other restaurants have done (Starbucks being the best example) and remove indoor tables/chairs and only allow for pickup? If youre going to claim that its because of short staffing, why are there always 5+ kids working whenever its just the drive-thru open? It just doesnt make any sense, and I cant tell you how many times Ive drove there, seen the insanely long line at the drive-thru, and went somewhere else instead. We actually found another ice cream place that we like more and this move could end up turning us away from this DQ long-term.Also, if youre going to limit customers to drive-thru only, at least make the experience a little better by upgrading the drive-thru equipment. The menu is often out of date, and the speaker system is a disaster to use. Its constantly either Van-Halen-concert loud or library-quiet, and I often have to repeat myself multiple times before they can hear me. Finally, install some sort of pressure sensor or camera that allows your employees to tell when someone is actually at the window. Ive seen multiples times where employees are talking through the speaker when cars havent fully moved up yet. Ive also had employees welcome me after I complete my order, not realizing that cars hadnt moved at all yet.Overall, this location needs to seriously rethink their COVID response and decide if its really helping or hurting. For this customer at least, its led me to shy away from DQ probably 80% of the time.

Ordered grilled chicken sandwich combo and got home and took first bite and chicken was ice cold. This after waiting extra time for order. Stick to ordering ice cream only. At least you expect that to be cold.

I recieved the worst tasting bizzard tonight. Instead of creamy soft serve it was more like ice milk :( And the cost of a small is almost $1 more than a blizzard in greeley and the cup was barley 3/4 full...to say the least very disappointed!

I love dairy queen but the windsor one fails because its the most overpriced dairy queen Ive ever been to. Why is a medium blizzard $5 at all the others Ive been to but one here is $6.50. Its a shame.

I only give one star because I have to. The Windsor location should be open for walk in. This is the second time in the last moth we have driven in for ice cream and it is only drive through. Unbelievable that they are still not open. We will not be back.

Service was great. Just wish it wasnt ran by young kids. Had a blizzard and both mine and my sons were made the same first few spoonfuls were good and then the rest was just icecream. No m&ms for the rest of the blizzard. Same with the bannana split blizzard first few spoonfuls were good and then the rest was just icecream. Kinda disappointing.

The ice cream was great, as usual, but I was not a fan of the rotisserie bites. They were luke warm and rubbery, wont be trying those again. But we will be back for some sweet treats!!

Asking for a tray and lids should not equal asking for an act of Congress! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service, I asked FOUR times for lids and a tray and just kept being handed overflowing ice cream and blizzard cups… now my son and I are both COVERED in melted ice cream and the people we were taking the ice cream to ended up throwing away what we got.

I ordered a six piece chicken finger basket meal and got five pieces of chicken bites and didn’t receive the fries that were supposed to come with the meal. Drive through worker was cute though.

Ordered two blizzards, had the dig with us.Got a dog biscuit in a small cup of ice cream as a treat from them.

The ice cream there is amazing and I do like how you can get lunch there too. The Blizzards put a unique twist to normal ice cream that I do enjoy. The only thing wrong was that the people working there didnt seem very exited and usually talked amongst another instead of talking to the costumers.

This Dairy Queen is terrible, they can’t handle more then 2 customers at a time or they get confused. We waited in line for more than 20 minutes tonight and they had the order wrong. Management needs to step up and train the employees how to pay attention and get orders correct when there’re are more then two people line. I would not recommend going to this branch, drive to Loveland and at least get your order right.

They do great concretes and I love the Dilly bars. Also they do pup cups for your furry friends, soft serve with milkbones on top🙂🍧A great family place where everyone can get what they like, try the Hot Fudge Shake malted!!

Bet the seating arrangement is great in summer. Ice cream tasted fresh like its made from a clean and maintained machine. Hanging some type of banner over the garage style door during winter might help with the acoustics and therefore employees hearing and wellbeing

Horrible Customer Service! Harper is a little teenage know-it-all who doesnt know how to earn peoples business. Never seen a restaurant kick people out while still enjoying their food. FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE!!! They asked 3 or 4 families to leave after their lobby had closed - when they allowed them to purchase their food after the lobby closed. If they are going to start kicking people out at 8:31, then they need to start locking their doors and stop taking peoples money WAY BEFORE THEN. Horrible business practices not deserving of my money or anybody elses. Avoid at all costs if you care about customer service AT ALL. Ive never seen anything like it. Its like a freakin joke.

Multiple times when Ive come into this location they have been understaffed or have even shut down early. I go there because they are one of the better places to get something sweet later in the evening in my town, and they are the only place to get a good hot fudge sundae, but they are definitely nothing special.

Important to note, this DQ is 95% treats and 5% eats (very expensive eats for what you get). Good treats, clean location. Saw several employees cleaning during slow periods. They are great at helping figure out allergies and making accommodations for people with allergies who just want some ice cream!

This place is great. There are a lot of teens running the show but they seem very well trained, friendly, fast, and professional. A nice clean Dairy Queen and happy its here in Windsor.

Love the staff, they are very friendly. Our order is prepared quickly and have not ever had a bad experience here. Highly recommended.

Friendly, fast and effienct. Always tasty. I gave 3 stars because their was no soap in the bathroom which means the staff might not be able to wash their hands properly and they are serving food.

Not sure why it is when I order just a Strawberry Julius they insist on putting Banana in it. Even when I say NO banana. This has happened to me three times, so I guess I wont be going back. I am usually on my lunch which is only a half hour so I dont have time to go back. I never have problems with anything else. If it is prepackaged, they need to inform the customer that they cannot change it.

This past weekend my wife and kids purchased a birthday cake for me from Dairy Queen in Windsor. We love Diary Queen. An ice cream cake in our family has been a tradition for a long time back to when I was a kid nearly 50 years ago. Unfortunately, the cost of cakes has gone up substantially at nearly $30, but like most things you get what you pay for. I think their product is worth the cost. This cake was not up to par from past experience in that the quality of the ice cream seemed crystalized and not smooth. As a regular customer of this store, I decided to call and let manager and owner know of our problem. I thought it might help them to know if there was a problem with their freezer (I dont think there was), and two, we really wanted a cake like we expected. The manager Ksia was very kind and offered to speak to Tom the owner that evening and got back to me in about 20 minutes. Bottom line, the Dairy Queen owner and manager did the right thing and took care of me as a customer. I am thankful that the cake was replaced at no charge with a smile, and that keeping me as a happy customer was important to the owner. Tom you have kept me coming back for more of your treats and cakes. Thanks for standing behind your product.

Went to drive thru, had to repeat our order of two regular menu items 6 TIMES and attendant still couldn’t get it. After enough times of her saying, “wait... what?” or asking her to repeat the whole order and her responding with silence, we decided to pull forward. We got up to the window and had to repeat it 3 MORE TIMES, because she STILL couldnt understand what we were asking for - a blizzard and a dipped cone. How hard is it? We are all speaking the same language, clearly.

A nice shop with the standard DQ menu. We arrived on a hot day with many people trying to escape the heat. The loud voices see a bit overwhelming. Otherwise, a good shop.

This location never follows its hours and is staffed by some lackluster children. They always are closing early (30 minutrs or more than their posted hours) or even with people waiting in the drive through. Twice Ive had a Blizzard dropped or spilled because of the pointless twirl they do and refused to make a new one until I asked for the management.If you like thsee franchises, feel free to go, just stay clear of this location. Then again, it might be closed on you.
