The cookie dough blast is fantastic and will likely replace DQs blizzard as my go-to. However, we pulled up to a car hop spot and went to order and then were told they werent doing car hop service at that time. Not a big deal, but itd be helpful if they could display a message on the screens that says that so customers dont wait around needlessly. Otherwise, great stuff!

Pretty good. We were the second to last car of the night so we waited a good 20 minutes for our food. Everything was correct but they were out of spoons so eating ice cream with a fork was a challenge. We will be back, probably when they have spoons. Lol

Actually, a zero. This place is terrible. There is no customer service. You can see people in the building doing stuff, but theyre not serving customers. We pushed the button, it indicated that someone will be with us shortly, 15 minutes passed and no one came. It was like 8:00pm on a Tuesday. We joke about how the business is a front for another type of business.

Really irritated by the quality of service and food lately. We ordered blasts and they literally filled the cup with plain vanilla ice cream and then sprinkled a few toppings on top. Consistently long wait times and poor service. I seriously have no idea how this place is still in business.

Wow! Just had the rudest experience here. I tried to pull into the drive-thru but a van was parked at the entrance. I wasn’t sure what was going on so I waited. A woman came outside and yelled at me that it was closed and seemed upset, like it was supposed to be obvious why her van was parked there. I wasn’t sure why she was yelling at me so I was like, “maybe a sign would help?” And she told me she couldn’t put up a sign, she could only park her car there. She was so rude! I’m still not sure why a sign couldn’t be placed on the van, but whatever. Tried to give this place another chance. I won’t be going back.

Is pulled up to order nobody ever answered after pushing button.. So decided to go through the drive to sat there for 15 minutes before they answered. No this period nobody was in the drive-through and there are maybe 3 cars in the parking lot and one person sitting outside. Got our food after a while cold wrong order and a big hair in 1 of the hamburgers. You spend $50 on fast food for your family and go away with not being able to eat most of it. Tried calling several times kept getting hung upon and now calling and getting a busy signal.

Very poor service and food quality. As a culinary professional I dont expect fast food to be up to the standards of a more upscale restaurant but I do expect some integrity when serving the public. With this location you either get under cooked or burnt food. You wait over 15 minutes just to order and even with an online order you wait 15 min for your food to come out. Store manager is just barely out of high school and you can see everyone inside playing around and not making your food, including the manager. This had been brought to upper managements attention on more than one occasion and still nothing is done and this location is still rapidly on the decline. If I was able to give it zero stars I would have but had to leave one start to leave a review.

I ordered a footlong chili dog and after paying was told it would be a couple minutes to warm up some chili. Ok, I waited 10 minutes then 20 minutes and then at the 30 minute mark they opened the window and asked if I wanted something different. The chili simply would not heat up. Microwave? I asked for my money back that is when the snotty girl who I am guessing was in charge told me my money would show up on my card in 3 to 5 days. Interesting since I paid with cash. The girl at the window was very nice.. The staff at this Sonic obviously needs training with the chili heating up machine.

Tried giving them another chance because I wanted a sonic blast and the ice cream machine was broken. Ive honestly never had a good experience here. Ever. This last time takes the cake.Ordered a burger and a chicken sandwich but when I pull up to the window I am given a burger and a chicken wrap. I tell them this isnt my order and I kid you not the girl says we cant make the chicken sandwich, itll take too long, we have to make everyone elses order LIKE WHAT?!? And to tell me with the stank attitude she had.... definitely dont go to the Windsor Sonic if you can help it. Truthfully, they take so long to make EVERYTHING anyway that you could probably get to FoCo and back in lesser time.

Tried to go to this sonic twice this week (for the first time since moving here. I had been avoiding it due to bad reviews but finally gave in). Both times they told me their system was down and they couldn’t take any orders. The second time she literally said “welcome to sonic what can I get you” or something, and then as soon as I started my order, she told me their system was down? Ok then. Not to mention they had people in the drive thru that had clearly already ordered and were waiting for their food. Sounds to me like they were full of it and just didn’t want to take any more orders. How they are still in business is beyond me

My husband and I went a couple weeks ago, and honestly it wasn’t the best experience... The individual who took our order made us feel rushed and kind of like a disturbance. We felt pretty uncomfortable after that conversation was over. However, the sweet girl who brought out our order was a lot nicer. She was bubbly and made us feel a lot more comfortable. I wish I got her name because she deserves to be recognized.———UPDATE:I took a friend there to give them another chance, and it took 1 hour 15 mins to bring out our food. We went to the drive up area, and after waiting for someone to answer for about 15 mins, we were able to order. But then they never brought out the food…. It literally got to the point where the computer thought we were a new guest and had us start a new order. I told them we had been waiting for 1 hour, and they apologized - which was sweet - and finally brought our food out. But they then ended up bringing us the wrong shake…. Very disappointing.

Do not eat at this store. They have the absolute worse food of ANY SONIC I have ever eaten. The chicken was cold, the tatorntots were cold and the entire crew thinks its a joke to serve people. The fact that we waited in line for almost a half hour with just 2 cars in front of us is whyna lot of people would say our food was cold. But the tots were actually still frozen in the middle. Ive spent the last month trying to get my money back for this horrid food bit everyone I speak to thinks its a joke and just keeps passing me around. Eat here at you own risk

Terrible wait times, been here 3 times now. Only 2 cars in ALL of the pull in slots, and only 3 cars in front of us in the drive through. Took over 20 mins just to get 2 limeades. Its not an isolated event either, as all 3 of my visits were essentially the same wait times vs amount of cars. Do NOT go here if you only have 30 mins for a lunch break!!

The service in this town is absolutely appalling! First, i pulled into a car stall and hit the button to order and waited...and waited. Then when that failed i tried going through the drive thru thinking the stalls werent working. An hour later my 2 item order was handed to me. There were only 2 cars in front of me, who also had small 2 item orders. If i could give 0 stars i would, this is NOT the 1st bad experience Ive had at this location. I will not be a returning customer Ill happily drive elsewhere (outside of Windsor) to get food and better service

Ive been coming to this one a couple times a week for the last 3 weeks. Has been ok until this week. I order the same thing every time and every time its gotten worse. I ordered a BLT extra mayo extra bacon. Yesterday it literally had two half pieces of bacon, a ton of brown mushy lettuce and soggy bread. The chili on the fries was hard and burnt. The sonic blast was 90% Nerds so I couldnt even enjoy it because it was more candy than ice cream. I dont expect much from fast food places but this was bad.

Avoid this place like the plague. I have given them lots of chances but they continually fail to meet the minimum standard. Placed an online order today for a very basic order. After 20 minutes of waiting on the “kitchen” and seeing multiple cars come and go I asked for help. 10 minutes later they said they just received my order 30 minutes after I placed it and checked in(?). Finally I received my order (40 minutes for a tea and 4 motz sticks, no way to cancel the order online) but my food was cold (frozen), didn’t have the sauce requested, and the drink was melted. Save your money and go somewhere else. The staff is more focused on each other and their vehicles than customers.

Hope by leaving more negative reviews the franchise owners or corporate or someone will take notice and fix whatever is happening at this location. We have given them numerous chances, but the service is just completely unacceptable and I can’t even imagine how much business they must be losing. To consistently wait over 30 minutes in a fast-food drive-thru for small orders which are then cold or prepared incorrectly is just disappointing and frustrating. Every. Single. Time.

I think the only way to get reasonable service here is by using the drive through. I sat outside for 15 minutes with the order button pressed and did not speak to a team member. I eventually left. My partner told me that a friend waited 45 min for service at this location on a recent occasion. Interestingly, I was in another restaurant in Greely 2 weeks ago, and I overheard another customer, a stranger, complain to someone else about the service they received at this Sonic. Sadly, quality service is not a priority here. Do yourself a favor and use the drive through.

We have lived here 2 years, never been through the drive thru in less than 20 minutes. Will usually go out of my way to got to a different location. Tried it again today, thought maybe the problem had been fixed. 32 minutes, 3 cars pulled out and left. They need a serious fix at this location, from the top down. You can drive somewhere further away, get your food and be back home before you get your food here.

Worst customer service we have ever experienced in Windsor, CO. We are military and seniors and should never been treated with such disrespect. We will never come to your establishment again. We can’t believe your employees would be so mean and unkind. Shame on management for employing such.We ordered 2 large strawberry shortcake shakes. You only mixed one, then told us you could not mix another unless we got in line and drove back around through drive up for a second time. How crazy is that?? We said, “no”, we are not driving around again. We were then told to pull over to the side and you would mix the one you forgot and bring it out. After waiting another 15 minutes, I went to the window to have you tell me that you didn’t mix the one you forgot, had no intentions of mixing it, and that you were not going to give any customer service of mixing a compliment shake. If We wanted the second shake, we could get in line and drive around again. Shame on you!! How very disrespectful to two 75 year old senior veterans. How dare you treat people this way... Ive lived in Windsor almost nine years now, and the service at this Sonic location has always been horrible. The wait at the drive-thru or one of the stalls is ridiculously long. Also, no apologies about the wait, etc, from staff. I simply dont understand why it takes almost 20 minutes for a simple order. Youd think Id learned my lesson by now. Slowest sonic Ive ever been to. We waited 45 minutes on a Wednesday night for two shakes. I added peanut butter to my oreo shake and it was way too peanut buttery for me. You couldnt taste the oreo anymore, but if you like it that way it was still an ok shake. Thats the only reason why I gave two stars instead of one for the rediculous wait time.

Saying “who orders corn dogs half an hour before we close”... sorry didn’t realize you guys had a time that it was unacceptable to order corn dogs.... Would give 0 stars if possible. This place has had horrible, slow service and rude employees for years, but tonight (Jun 13) was especially bad. We got here at 9:50, 10min before they close, (at 10:00). They said they would be with us in a moment, and then didnt say another thing. Finally, at 10:20 (it took them 30min to finish 3 orders ahead of us) we pulled up to the window, where they ignored us for 2min, before telling us they wouldnt help us and we needed to leave. My husband and I always take our 7 year old here to eat because we like the cheddar peppers and the mozzarella cheese sticks. The downside is, They always take a really long time at the drive through, and once you’ve made your order, they take like another 15 minutes to 45 minutes to bring the food out, even when they are not even busy and no one is ahead in the line. Our hamburgers were burnt front and back, both sides, even the bun was burnt. How do people have the ethics to serve such bad bad food? Paying for totally burnt food that is not edible is unacceptable. Can you pay for a burnt hamburger inside and out? How do you expect someone, (even my child’s hamburger was burnt) to eat food that turned out horrible. I am so mad because twice they forgot part of my kid’s order, and twice they forgot my mozzarella sticks, and twice my food is burnt!

Ive been twice and the service is fine. However they messed up on my order both times. Both times I wanted a sonic blast and a strawberry limeade, but both times the machine was down for the blast and their was no fruit in my limeades. My wife ordered a double cheese only ketchup onion pickles. we had to sent it back three times. the first time short meat, second time no cheese, third time they places a cold cheese between the cold meat and sent it back. On the fourth time after talking to the manager they got it right. The friendly service is the only reason a gave it 2 stars, otherwise it would be a 1. Very disappointing since i love Sonics and its the closest one to my house.

Arrived for lunch at appx 12:05, the lady came on the speaker and said: Thanks for choosing Sonic, were looking at about a 20 minute wait, is that OK? I replied yes that is fine - its lunch time thats expected... at 1:20 pm my food finally arrived. The food is BARELY even warm anymore at this point - was it just sitting there? How is this possible?
