I come here 2 times week always fast. clean trailer. no problem. on time. no problem.no damage. no problem. people mad at reject trailer but sign everywhere say no holes no dirt is ok for food! nichol is very kind she helps everyone and treat driver with respect if they deserve and not rude. good job!

Dear Drivers, Please do not waste your time in here. They will keep you for the whole day, if it’s loading or unloading. The one lady who works there is so rude (with tattoo). Smallest thing can reject your trailer. This is my second time here and both times I spent here 12 hours just for loading. I will report them to bbb as well.P.S Owner of the Company, please have a conversation with your team, just because their life sucks doesn’t mean that they have to ruin it for others.

These guys are great! The lady with all the tattoos was not only very helpful, but professional as well. IF YOU SHOW UP WHEN YOURE SCHEDULED TO, it’s very easy and they make sure you’re in and out. Clean and friendly environment! Thank you!!

We were doing empty cans for 5 years. 2013 trailer like new. Got rejected because they could see light coming between the laminate floors hair thick gaps factory made, five other trucks in front of me got rejected also. They were Ukraine, Russian, Bosnia and Puerto Rican, yet first American guy came and he got loaded.

Trust me, you will lost your entire day for them.They will put you infinite excuses to reject your trailer.This is out experience:1st- They rejected our trailer because there were a little debris, they asked to wash out and go back. We did it2nd- The trailer was wet so they checked and rejected, one more time, they asked to let it dry to load it. We waited for them.3rd- They checked the trailer for 3rd time and rejected again the trailer because they were not sure about it, so they told us to leave the place because they wont load us.Awesome place to lose your time.This is not the first time that this happened to us in this exact place, but this time we are really mad with this situation. Totally not worth it. Avoid them at all cost.

This place is a joke and a waste of time. Been here for 3hrs waiting for a dock even though I was on time. Just got told to leave the dock they told me to get in and come back in another hour. Other trucks have been coming in and leaving all day. I am told to expect another 3hrs when they actually start loading me. The loader is very rude and there arent any restrooms available. Owner operators beware. This place should start by firing everyone in the shipping department. 6 plus hours to push cans into a truck is ridiculous. Now Im sitting on the street completely out of hours so I cant move. Never again.

Ring the bell, the go in fill out the sign in sheet. But no one answers the bell. Slower than molasses’s in the winter. If you can’t meet your orders in a timely manner & get them loaded in a timely manner, so accepting orders!Truckers are on a 14 hour daily schedule! You run us out of hours waiting & we are the ones who get screwed, not you.Hire some people that can actually do the job.

This has got to be one of the RACIST shippers, I have ever been to. Specifically the older Caucasian lady, who wears glasses that checks you in and inspects your trailer. She tells me that my trailer is dirty on the side walls and used a glove to show me. Really the side walls? And inside of where you put straps in, if one had to strap their load. Funny thing is, when I cleaned those areas the person who inspected it afterwards, never, even looked at those places. He just asked me to sweep the trailer out and he would load me up. The white guy, who came in, when I came in initially, never even got his trailer inspected, but still was able to get loaded. Also as I was getting loaded, a white guy came in after me. They stopped loading me up, to load him up and then came back to finish loading me up. I am a black gentleman by the way. I will NEVER return here to pick up a load. They MOST definitely discriminate based on your race here.

Usually very quick if get here on time and not late.

Old lady that works at night is a huge problem causer. Said the smell of pine was a weird smell. Even after trailer washout refused to load. “I can make you pull out of the door” okay. Why do you have someone that just causes problems working there? Two reviews down. Same thing the old lady at night.Thousands of dollars of waste to our society because she has personality issues and gets off on telling people no.

This company is not worth any stars. 6h and counting on delivery. Avoid if you can.

Its a Saturday afternoon the Budweiser plant was down and these guys loaded me a day early both shippers were nice and friendly and easy to deal with
