Great gas station. We had a cashier so friendly that she made our day 🥰 Good prices. They have a variety of drinks and non dairy cream for coffees. Great food too and few slot machines. We were recommended to use the rewards program and we will do it. Wonderful experience after few mean people at another gas stations. ⛽

Good place to stop for much needed break on road trip. Bathrooms are pretty clean. Store has typical convenience store items. Friendly staff. A grassy area with tree towards McDonald’s is a good pet potty spot.

My gas meter was running low and a Flying J Travel Center appeared in the horizon. The gas was reasonably priced and the Cinnabon bakery was amazing.

One of the best Truck Stops, I usually stop here for a break, very friendly staff and clean store but there are not many parking spots.

Really cool that you get a Good Sam discount, they have an RV dump station and dedicated RV fuel area...if only it wasnt full of cars!

No service available for propane, lost 3 hours waiting to get fuel and propane. I can understand they had maintenance going on and a lift truck was blocking RV fuel pumps and propane tank, but then when I was able to get fuel for 3 RVs could not get any service. After waiting for technician to come off break, employee stated he did not feel like messing with the propane. I was told when he come off break that he would do it. Then when another driver went in there it was a different story long story short nobody got any propane and we lost 3 hours, making us late for our timely delivery.We run into this a lot and I believe it is because of the lack of training they received in fueling of the propane. The service button doesnt operate, and today coming back through card reader not working at RV pumps.This place is in dire need of a facelift it is going to end up like the old TA down the road a few miles back that went out of business.Not a happy camper, tried to make a phone call to Pilot Fying J corporation and was on hold with 40 people in line ahead so hung up. Hoping that someone from Flying J Pilot well see this and do something about it. Have a blessed day!

One of my stops when I was driving over the road from Marten transport Schneider national for 10 years many times I would spend the night here in the truck stop I like there restaurant and stuff course its all changed maybe now this was strong 1989 to 1999 drove a million miles over the road with a semi

Waited over an hour for shower when a reserved shower past its 10 min still remained reserved, this reserved one that was available was not mine!

Restrooms were nasty, even smelled when you walk in the door. They used to be cleaner, maybe it is to busy being Labor day?

Staff isnt friendly, just sees you walk in and stares. Showers are fine, light water pressure which isnt great and the casino is small and basic. Womens bathroom is so dated and unappealing, smelled terrible. Not a great spot but theres laundry and a tiny drivers lounge. Lady at the casino looks so over working there.

Needed fuel and was heading to another station when I saw the Cinnabon sign. I like that they have dedicated gas pumps for RVs. Easier than trying to wrangle into the regular island.

The cashier handled money then food without washing her hands. She laughed when I brought it to her attention. The manager told me the employees dont have food handler cards and they use tongs.

This is my favorite rest-stop/gas station on the trip from Nevada to Idaho. The parking lot is big enough to handle the traffic, there are just enough gas pumps, and it is a nice, relaxing place to chill before the next leg of the trip.

Super friendly staff. Loved the girl at the cinnabon station. She was able to multitask and help me both quickly and efficiently. Special ordered a pizza and stocked up on supplies. Best travel plaza in winnemucca undoubtably Best place to gamble when waiting for someone to be done in the restrooms and best clean and well maintained bathrooms my trips to Reno always include a stop here without any delay when I enter winnemucca and more than half of my stops have resulted in a purchase and a stop in the restrooms half of them resulted in a casino run but when you want a good place to stop with out any hassle stop here it is more than worth your time and effort to be a customer in fact the staff here are friendly courteous and kind and they know how to treat customers and the one thing I love about coming here the products are well maintained and the layout of the store well planned I love coming here and more than often I would really reccomend the gambling there no question way to go guys keep up the good work guys you rock

Disgusting the dirtiest restroom Ive ever been to restroom was a wreck completely nasty .The little garbage for the kotex was extremely full to the point it didnt close toilet with blood around it.Thats how you spread dresses...And a lady was by herself attending the customer and about 20 min a man showed up in a black shirt to help her when she had 7 customer on line.God have mercy they need helpI

Super clean showers. The showers were super hot too! No hair or grime, they keep it very tidy and sanititized.

Busy truck stop, but limited selections compared to what I often find elsewhere. For example, liter-sized bottle drinks are very limited, as is protein sources like eggs and cheese sticks. It wouldnt hurt the clientele to have a selection that included a little whole grain or dense, unprocessed protein like cheese or HB eggs.

Only one cashier working and she was far to busy counting coins instead of helping customers get were ready to pay. Will be going to loves next time.

I told them I’ll take a shower “if one is available” which the app said it was. They happily took my money, 9 showers 2 being used and 7 dirty with no one cleaning. Asked for my money back and am still waiting for it to appear on my card... ha if cleaning showers is beneath you then don’t take people’s money for them and not refund it!

Nice place to stop and fill up gas, get something to eat. 3 star rating due to most Flying J are getting older, and the facilities are not as clean as they use to be. Like all older venues, these roadway stops need to be renovated.Been stopping at Flying J for over 20yrs while traveling from Co to CA

The flying J in Winnemucca is great! The newer coffee systems result in amazing coffee even if you are drinking decaf. The convenience food is great and tastes fresh, the bathrooms are clean. What more could you ask for in a gas / snack stop along the way? ROAD TRIP!!!

I only give a 4 star review because this flying j is kind of small. It does have a small casino if that’s your thing. I choose to stop here for fuel because there’s not much choice in the middle of the night when I drive through town. The customer service staff is definitely friendly and courteous. And flying j always has great fresh coffee.

I thought about getting a Fountain drink but changed my mind after seeing how dirty the area was. The restroom wasnt much better.

Showers work good but need some remodeling and the bath towels didnt have any fresh scent smell.I sure hope they used laundry soap and bleach disinfectant in that laundry wash machine. The towels smelled like rags.

Fuel is good price. Food and conscience store are good.Restrooms need attention. Come on customers.... clean up after yourselves. There is no excuse to leave used TP and feminine products on the floor for others to clean up. And there is no reason to damage the walls. I cleaned up two stalls so they could be used. No fault of workers. I think they do their best to check the restrooms on a schedule.

This is a very busy travel center right off of I-80. If you try to sleep overnight, you will hear the noise of the freeway and there is a lot of activity in the morning. It is a good location, though, as there is also a McDonalds right next to it. You can eat or use the rest room at either place, and the Flying J has really great gas prices.

One of my favorite places to stop for gas in Winnemucca! Raena, is a very attentive and caring lady. I so appreciated her first aid when I cut my finger, getting out of my car! Will always stop there, when travelling through! 😎

Usually a good place to get fuel and bathroom break. Today there was only 1 cashier working and it was busy. The mens bathroom had an extremely large amount of urine on the floors, so no potty for me. Coffee cups smelled like they were from a landfill and coffee area was a mess. Its normally not this way.

Worst flying j ever been to. Hauled cows for 13 years. They have 10 showers and 6 are empty and dirty. Been waiting a hr for a shower. Walked up front they have nobody to clean them place is horrible 1 cashier and lines out the door people waiting.

Had 4 of a kind won wheelspin qualifier computer gave it to wrong machine employee went to that machine where there was no one couldnt fix it so I lost my spin so look out .could happen to you. Its to bad I played there alot .that sucks favorite spot jipped me out a spin

A nice truck stop and travel center, conveniently located for easy access from the highway. It had the best price on gas. Friendly and efficient staff. plenty of service pumps. And clean bathrooms!

On my way to Idaho. Good coffee. Friendly checker. On the way back, many travelers were doused in foul liquid from prior nights rain kicked up by the wind and whipped into the bays from above. It was brown and sticky and covered our clothes and cars. It was horrible smelling and looked like it would stain. Apparently locals know not to gas up on the end bays, as this happens after the rain. The staff on Wednesday thought it was quite funny and said of the woman before me, “it was karma,” as they made fun of her. I tried it go about it in a more friendly manner as I had three more hours to drive, I was hoping for a car wash and was going to change clothes. No car wash. The checkers laughed and said, “welcome to Nevada”. Winnemucca is a stop for many travelers and truckers, and perhaps the dimwits working that day are not aware where their pay really comes from? I will let my Family and Trucker family know this happened. May not make a dent but I won’t fill my tank there again. You are welcome for the hundred plus spent and I’ll stick with Chevron from now on. If the roof was properly maintained it probably wouldn’t be an issue. Stuff happens, but the response was appalling.

Called due to being blocked in by a truck for over 25 minutes and she said theres nothing we can do and then said they are probably in the shower click dont recommend stopping here for fuel if they are that rude

I needed to get my propane filled in my RV. Took 10 minutes or so and when I asked if he had a wrench so I could take the valve off the RV tank he told me his manager did not allow them to have wrenches. I have never went somewhere where you can fill up your RV and they did not have a wrench sitting by the fill up station. Im pretty sure this guy was just lazy and didnt want to get a wrench.

The smell of fresh baked cinnamon rolls greets you when you open the door. Nice variety of drinks, snacks, and essentials are available. The bathroom floors were wet and dirty, but perhaps that was due to the curbs outside having some remnants of ice remaining after the last snow.

Its so awesome. The people are kind. And helpful. The coffee is fresh. The food was very tasty. I just love this place.!!!

Best price around this area.I found they have fresh brewing machine. You can see the coffee bean, it grid after you choose your coffee.Its a bit dirty, I think due to the crowd. They dont have time to clean up and empty the trash bins.

Very nice and clean. GOOD service and friendly people . its right next to McDonald on the west side of town. Motel 6 is on the other side of Flying j gas station,Its got a big parking lot and good coffee and rolls.

We always stop here on our trips to and from Idaho. Great place. Always clean restroom s, lots of food and drink options. Souvenirs as well. Attached is a little Casino.

Plenty of truck parking, which is great, lots of green grass for your pups, which is nice! Coffee bar area always seems grungy, and not clean. Restrooms have improved from my last visit, but paper towels were overflowing in the trash. Shower was clean, with lots of water pressure and hot water. Workers were polite.

This place is good for lots of parking... clean inside.... lots of good coffee and all that. If your in an auto and want diesel however, generally right across the street there is a chevron that has diesel for 20 cents less per gallon. Of course the chevron is not a place for semi trucks and as well the chevron does not have much of a store inside.... at all

Stopped in for Gas and bathroom break 6/28/2020 about 4 PM, the mens room was filthy, the floors in general looked like they had not been cleaned in months, every trash bin was full to overflowing. Worst fuel stop on a 7 day trip through 5 states.

The place is decent and way better then the Chevron across the street. However, the bathrooms are small and not very clean, but I suppose its hard to stay on top of the number of people who cycle through them. If people wouldnt be pigs its probably be cleaner.

Wanted a hot dog, all truck stops and some gas stations have hot dogs...not this one. Had a slice of pizza, the worst Ive ever had, took a bite and all I could taste was grease🤢🤮, needless to say, I threw it away. Ill never go there again.

Good restaurant; Updated laundry facilities. Good stop for truckers and RVrs even if you dont gamble. No charge for parking overnight.There are some RV hookups in the lot that are new since my last time through, and I would imagine they have a charge.Decor is interesting. Staff are pleasant. Only downside for me is smoking is allowed in slot machine area next to restaurant, so there is a slight smoky odor in restaurant at times.

Whether by habit or convenience, this the place I stop at when going to, or through Winnemucca. Im usually traveling I80 to HWY95, so its a convenient place to hop off the interstate. I used to travel to Elko from Reno regularly and this is about halfway, so I would stop here. That was before Loves ( or Pilot?) went in. I still stop here by habit. But most probably I stop here because My Donalds is in their parking lot! :)

Fine really nice check out girl she was super friendly and helpful. I gave this store four stars because they were out of the soda additives ie vanilla, cherry. Thats one of the reasons I enjoy going to The Flying J.

The ladies restrooms were clean, the staff were friendly and the coffee is excellent! The mens bathroom was very dirty but they might not have have had a chance to clean it yet. Highly recommend stopping here!

Best gas prices in town. Separate RV fuel lane with gas and diesel pumps on both sides. Going north on US 95 to Boise you must fill up here because all the stations on 95 are few, far between, and charge an arm and a leg.

This is a typical Flying J, national chain travel center! They had all of the amenities of a class A travel center, including the extensive snack shop, cappuccino machine, hot dogs and sausages.The rest room was clean and well stocked!The only drawback to this place was finding it after you get off the freeway. The sign is high and very visible, but the path there is a bit convoluted.

It has been a while since we have been to this Flying J. Has a casino attached to it so smoking is allowed inside. The bathrooms were okay. They only had one ice machine working, but learned you can get ice and water from the iced coffee machine. Even got pizza, it was hot and fresh and is the only reason we got it. Some employees are more customer oriented than others. I believe I deserve your undivided attention until my transaction is complete.

This is a great place to stop! Plenty of parking, cheap fuel, good food and great staff! I had better luck at their slot machines than any other stop in Nevada.

This Flying J is a must on our trips from Idaho to CA. The bathrooms are always clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a good variety of products so 99% of the time if you need it, they have it.

Very polite staff and great fuel prices (as far as fuel prices go right now lol). I wouldve given them 5 stars but they stopped flying the flag. As a daughter of a Veteran I probably wont return on this one fact.

Good variety of cholesterol blocking foods. Full service restaurant. Truck and car petrol. Desante fuel prices, better than independents. Get fuel saver card, good savings on all store stuff and fuel/petrol.

I travel for work ...and every year I go from Grass valley ca. To Boise Idaho and back into bishop ca. And I always stop here it’s been like a 12 year tradition .... place is well nice .... clean showers nice service ....yep every year ....twice going and comeing, yep traditional spot to stretch out ...👌👌

Great place to stop and get diesel and maybe catch a little sleep. Are there trucks idling/running on APUs there? Yes. Would I come here again? Absolutely. This was one of the truck stops that was on my route to Boise on several trips. Stopped here every time. Prices are alright, they fluctuate but theyre usually good. The store has a good selection of items, not a Walmart or anything, but its good for a truck stop. Staff is always friendly and helpful here.

Absolutely disgusting. Cigarette smoke, hot water ran short at the shower that profusely leaked. To get to the shower you have to run the gauntlet of coughing trolls at the gambling machines smoking their lives away. Next time Ill bathe in a mud puddle. Ill avoid this dump in the future.

When fueling up your RV you can only do $75 at a time. And only twice with the same card. Other stations will allow $150. So I couldnt fuel up all the way.

All of the dang cigarette smoke had my throat hurting. I couldnt even shower without smelling it. Because someone else smokes cigarettes I shouldnt have to inhale second hand smoke while doing laundry & taking a shower. This place is a Travel center NOT a casino. ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING.!!

Stopped to fill up and everything was filthy, pumps were dirty, went inside and the floor looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. I should have turned around and walked out but instead went to the restroom. The restroom was disgusting. The garbage was overflowing, every stall was dirty.

This place has it all. coffee, showers, treats, Subway, hot eats, gas, DVDs for decent price, all kinds of car gadgets. never leave empty handed. try the egg rolls. theyre the bomb.

I was broke down there for a couple of nights and the employees were very helpful especially Tanya she really helped me out alot. She gave me the name of a place I could get my motorhome fixed and get back on the road again. She also helped me out with ice for the meat in my fridge. Thanks to her and a couple of others on staff, sorry dont know their names, I was able to get back on the road and make it to Texas. The rrs were always clean as well as the shower. The shower was a bit pricey but had lots of hot water and was very clean. Plan to stop back in when heading back North. Thanks guys.

I have been through this pilot a number of times in the last few years. I always return to this one for the friendly staff. A good place to walk your dogs around and grab a bite.

No blow dryer available for the showers, I forgot mine and had to go to Wal-Mart before I could shower. Would have been much easier for everyone to possibly provide customers with that option in the shower rooms like the other truck stops do.
