They got a Casino clean shower they got the WAY making good subs pumps clean too

Nice people working over there i bought coolant with efs check and scan my pilot card i thought they charge me twice efs and point but no it was just efs check. They explain to me. Cool people sorry ladies . and big parking. A lot for. Overnight. Parking

I came in this morning to grab a little snack and coffee before hitting the road. The place was spotless and Miss Audrey was stocking shelves, we talked a minute and this place is lucky to have her!The other staff definitely take care of this place better than most, the parking lot is clean as are the showers, hopefully the managers know they have a good crew!

If you judged this travel center by the road that leads into it you may end up judging incorrectly. This is a very clean and tidy travel stop. Plenty of parking all around including truckers parking in back. All doors and restrooms are handicap accessible. The C-store is well laid out, clean and always stocked. The restrooms are always clean and sanitary. There is a Subway sandwich shop inside along with the great selection of deli items to feed your hunger upon. There is also a small but nicely kept casino inside in case you want to leave a few extra dollars behind. There is a great and varied selection of goods for you purchase in case you forgot a necessary item at home that you cannot immediately do without. The staff is always courteous and upbeat and will meet any special requests with positivity. All in all I would say that this travel center is one of the best I have had the pleasure of frequenting ever. Top 3 at the very least.

Not sure why this place is getting bad review based upon no cell phone service I have AT&T contract with a USA based number and a Mexico AT&T based number and using facetime while being here but listen up folks this place is clean staff is very nice parking availability was plentiful not sure if it was due to it being Sunday or a holiday but there was a lot of empty spots. Has 5 showers and to me doesn’t seem too busy like other pilot flying j stops its pretty mellow place not much going on so you know you’ll be able to get your much needed rest without any or much disturbances this place is my go to spot instead of flying J that is located within city limits in Winnemucca nothing bad to say about that but to me this pilot seems much better...... just my 2 cents if management sees my post is to add hot food items I was looking forward to buying chicken strips and mashed potatoes 🙂 but other then that its great here will always stop here when passing by.

ATTN Management: My shower had low pressure. The water stream shouldnt be a sloping angle due to low pressure. At max it should shoot a straight jet stream. Please increase just a bit.

Old woman at cash register shouted at me for wanting to use Rewards Points and not verbalizing it, despite handing her my rewards card.Train your staff better. Unprofessional, rude, low class.

Rude discriminatory harassment towards customers subway is the same as cashier i come here almost everyday. I seen many things in just one month of being here daily

Okay honestly its just another pilot. Bathrooms are disgusting but I will say is the casino/bar/restaurant next door has epic comfort food. And I won 2 jackpots there. Will definitely be back.

A decent TRUCK STOP for big trucks with Diesel fuel, SHOWERS, and a small store for quick eats. A subway shop, and a small CASINO along with a quick place to get gas and snacks in a small vehicle and keep traveling down the interstate...WEST EXIT WINNAMUCCA, NEVADA

Best coffee ever! I love Pilot coffee. Oh and the store was clean and everyone was nice. But the coffee is why I go there! And the gas is good. The coffee is excellent. The cashiers are always helpful. I bought a bag of coffee because I love it so much. Definitely try the coffee.

They had great options. It was overall a good experience as far as gas stations can go. Friendly staff who I ended up getting to know more than expected of a random gas station. If I ever end up in this area again and am in need of gas, I will make sure to come back.

Not too bad as it goes but the bathrooms were inexcusably filthy. I was so disgusted I debated on just risking trying to make it to the next stop.

For some unknown reason, Pilot has always been my favorite place for gas, showers, drinks and munchies. They have quite an assortment of things. Pilot is usually the cheapest place for fuel. The staff has always been friendly, courteous and always say hello when I walk in. Keep up the great work Pilot staff.

Dont try to get any shut eye if its been awhile since you ran a lot book or two the whole parking lot shakes hell Im at the rest area 14 miles away and I swear the ground is still shaking no seriously little shake felt like sitting in cab. Very clean seem to be efficient rigs coming and going like clock work its a brisk night and after 40 mins of walking down memory lane not on screw up at least none that slowed down the parade of tractor trailerGood experience just no sleep my fault should have known betterLonesome Blue

I dont like to compare but you walk into Loves and the employees greet you, have a conversation and help you out. You walk into pilot and its like the walking dead. Its like nobody says anything. People skills should be apart of the qualifications. Granted not everyone wants to be talked to at a gas station.

This is the biggest ripoff I just may have ever seen. 2 different machines in this casino shutdown every time I had a good winning hand. The casino hostess just said, oh well, theres nothing I can do What a low life place, they dont get enough from customers they have to steal from them too! STAY AWAY...YOU WERE WARNED!!

I stop here whenever I travel back to California... Clean, good prices on gas, and a safe place to allow dogs to stretch their legs. Pilot Travel Center, always seem a welcome sight when on a road trip, the bathrooms are usually well maintained. And the selection of on the road snack are good.

I love stopping a pirate the employees there are extremely kind they have snacks if you need it they have Subway they have a casino kind of a One-Stop shop but most of all are the employees there are extremely nice I have never came across an angry cashier or in a casino someone thats working everyone is so kind there

Who doesnt love a great safe place to take a break. Lots of big rigs so be careful people and take your time. Those truckers haul our food and drink so he nice and yield.

Great spot. Wasnt super busy when I parked there. Lots of open truck spots all night. Staff was super friendly both at night and in the morning. Will be parking here again...

Fuel desk was really nice but the subway personal has alot to desire almost out of bread, it took three staff members about 5 min to make two foot longs if I had my choice I wont be back

Pretty good experience for truck drivers plenty of parking but be advised that there are extreme gamblers there that may approach you to ask for money and reality they need more money for gambling. But that being said its still a great store to stop at. The cashier was asked to advise a truck driver to maneuver his vehicle and she almost slipped and very bad word but it made my night.

So Pilot Travel Centers are all pretty much the same. Just depends on whether the person theres been at the register for 10 hours or if its just started their shift most of them were pretty nice they always had a good decent fast food joint in the place their prices are always a little better than those you can find in the next town youre reaching and the restroom is always clean

Really did enjoy it especially after a very cold day it was nice to be able to take a nice clean hot shower. The service is amazing and the staff is very friendly.

Always clean, the customer service is top notch, and the prices are the lowest in town! Highly recommend stopping here on your way out of town, going through town, or just for any of your fuel!

You can find all your needs, good food, tools for emergency either car or truck, gas or diesel available 24/7.

Not favorite stop. The location was only kind of busy. A manager of sorts was being rude to an employee. Half the drinks were out and the one I got. Dr pepper.. I couldnt finish because there was a weird taste.. 😣

Been stopping here for a while now and most of the time the store is in good order and the staff are 9n top of their costumer service but today July 18, 2018 was a different story.. shower was out of soap, store was not fronted and faced, floor was dirty, cashiers were busy talking about who goes in break first and the management, well never saw anyone who resembled one..3 fuel islands were closed..the rest were not maintained and very dirty..went to subway and had 2 dwelling chalanged people ask if I had extra change..not a good experience at this pilot..

One of my favorite places to stop while Im cruising through Nevada.Its quiet here with a nice big parking lot, the facility is clean with very super nice folks that work here.

This place smells absolutely horrible. The cigarette smell from the casino has travelled through the entire truck stop. The merchandise on the shelves reek of cigarette smoke. They need to build a wall and put up a door to the casino to trap the smell in there.

This Pilot stop had almost everything your heart desires when traveling. Unlike most I have patronized, this one had a nice casino. Everyone was polite and it was a good stop for us. All the normal Pilot stop ammenities were available.

Normal truck stop. Expensive for most items. Seem to have something for everyone.

Got up this morning to getsome coffee and use the restroom, only to find out there is no water. No coffee, no restroom. Pretty sure its illegal to be open without basic bathroom facilities.

Went to subway and was serviced by three beautiful ladies,what more can i ask for? Great sandwiches too

Do you ever wonder if the response from the owner is actually the Owner of Pilot Flying J..? Nope! Just a hired hand running a keyboard.. The Casino was so Smokey and disgusting I almost threw up, I vape now, I quit smoking cigarettes a few years ago, and I can handle the occasional cigarette smoke, but this place was so bad I could barely breathe in there. Why dont you greedy people have a filtration system in there?? Why..? Because we want all the money people are plunking into the slot machines without them winning anything except the occasional jackpot. I thought they have The Clean Air Act at public truckstops/casinos.. The staff and clean restroom were the only things I can honestly say was pleasant about this place.

Friendly staff, very good snack and beverage selection. Truckers area was very dirty from truckers tossing trash but staff was cleaning up after them. Price was a little high for diesel fuel was a bit high for the area.

As far as Pilot truckstops go this is pretty average. Decent amount of spaces for parking. Average number of showers available and they have been clean every time I have used them. There is a Subway restaurant and a casino. My complaint is the lack of a fully stocked PJ fresh. You can get hotdogs, tornados, and nachos but not salads, chopped fruit cups, eggs, or other deli items that many Pilot/Flying Js have. A special thanks to the gal who ran to the back to restock the toppings when I pointed out they were empty.

Typical road stop. Gas, travel accessories and snack food. Easy off and on hwy.

The store is fantastic and the casino super relaxing however personally I would have enjoyed a beer, and I lost all my money. I think it was my personal luck, its a nice place.
