We are originally from Winona, MN. We now live in SE Missouri. My wife was visiting friends and saw this 2021 Dodge Challenger on their showroom floor. We decided to trade for this Challenger. Larry Siddell was quick to get with me, 600 miles away and work with my wife to get the deal done. When I arrived at the dealership to finalize the transaction, everything was in place. All we had to do was sign papers and drive off the lot. Took less than an hour from start to finish. Very professional and friendly staff. Would recommend doing business with this dealer to anyone. Larry took his time ensuring I was familiar with all the new features in the vehicle. All in all, a fantastic experience!!!

I will never go back to this dealership. They are in it to rip you off. We leased from them in 2018 and returned our vehicle in 2021. Both experiences were awful. Their sales people don’t know what they are talking about and they couldn’t care less about customer loyalty. Our plan had been to lease a new Jeep when we returned our 2018 model, but the experience was so poor that we opted out of leasing or purchasing anything at that time. This month we were ready to lease again and decided to give whitewater Jeep in St. Charles a try. The experience was much better than the Winona dealership. I am kicking myself for not returning our previous Jeep to Whitewater. We could have saved around 2500 bucks had we brought it back to whitewater. Don’t go to Chrysler Winona. They were disrespectful and didn’t even know the process of returning a leased vehicle. Whitewater had seasoned staff who knew what they were doing.

I’m glad some people have had good experiences with Chrysler Winona. I myself have not. They have great mechanics working there clearly. The staff working the parts department on the other hand worry me deeply. More than once I’ve had the wrong thing part ordered, recently it was my Oil Indicator a few years ago mine broke off in my car and I got it replaced. After a recent oil change, and inspection they noticed the Oil Indicator was the wrong one. I had them order the correct Oil indicator. At first I was told 2 weeks, I called to see if the part arrived. It had not yet been delivered. No big deal this went on for months. I call today to see if it had arrived. I was told it had been there since sometime mid 2020. I’ll never bring my car back to Chrysler Winona ever again.

We had a very good experience. Everyone was helpful and professional. The price was competitive. They installed several options on our truck and all look wonderful. Even got a complimentary hat and sweater but had to ask for them so dont forget to ask for yours.

While I didnt end up getting a car at Chrysler Winona, they did help me through the process! I car shopped for almost 3 months in person and online for 6. The last time i bought a car i needed to buy so i couldnt be picky, this time round, i was able to be picky and had no timeline. I dropped by Chrysler and Jesse helped me test drive a few different vehicles. None were it. Fast forward a few more weeks and I found myself back at Chrysler trying out a Jeep Cherokee Latitude. I did like the model, but this particular car didnt sit right in my spirit. Jesse helped me try another, and again, it just wasnt a fit, but from this experience i knew i wanted that make and model. Jesse continued to reach out and check in on how my shopping was going. This last time he checked in, i had actually found the car i was hoping for in the same make and model. Thus, while I didnt get the car i wanted at Chrysler, they were instrumental in my search and Jesse was one of the best individuals to work with throughout my entire shopping experience. I went roughly 15 different dealers, and i can tell you he was on the top of my list of reps that were helpful, considerate, and not overtly pushy all while keeping tabs on the progress. I was dealing on a ford ranger and called to let them know I was on my way and was driving 60 miles one way to check it out (and was planning on buying it) and he said ok will see you soon and when I got there that salesman that I talked to had disappeared and the ranger was nowhere to be found on the lot.. I had to speak with another salesman who had said the ranger had a deposit put down on it earlier this morning and was in the detail shop getting it ready to go! If I had known that the truck had a deposit put down I wouldn’t have wasted 120 miles of driving for nothing!! They don’t even deserve one star but I had to put one just to post this

Purchased our 2020 Dully last week and couldn’t have been any happier with the fast Service Our sales guy Dereck, Monica in finance and Eric the Manager did to speed up the process. Parts were ordered and was put on and we picked it up the same week. Very impressed.

Purchased an 09 Dodge Journey with my girlfriend that was owned by the service manager we were told and it allegedly had no issues at all. Less than three months later we’ve had issues with power steering lines, airbag fault system and starter. All used vehicles have problems, but very convenient timing to trade in a supposedly well maintained vehicle right before all these problems suddenly appear. Not impressed; would not buy another used vehicle here. They offered no support of any kind.

This is a dealership I can highly recommend when shopping for a vehicle. Salesman was extremely knowledgable, totally up front and very courteous. There was no pressure whatsoever into buying a vehicle, which is another huge reason why I gave them a 5-star rating.

I have recently purchased a 12 Silverado from them. Jesse my salesman was great he also told me he was still new to it so he wouldn’t know everything about the vehicle which I was fine with because my dad has a 18 Silverado so i know quite a bit about them. Monica the finance lady was excellent she tried very very hard to help get the loan for this. The point where I am not the happiest is not even a week later the wheel sensor went out, granted they did fix it but I had to drive well over and hour for them to fix it and now you can hear it squeaks which it shouldn’t do that, they also definitely could’ve had new tires put on because the ones on the truck are very low tread they definitely should have people check them out a lot more throughly.

Awesome experience! Since I live about two and a half hours away, most of the business was handled over the phone. Eric was great to work with. Great price on the vehicle I was interested and their offer for my trade-in was what I was expecting. When I got to the dealership, they had the Jeep I was interested in in the garage all cleaned up and ready. I took it out for a spin, and they test drove mine. All was good! Signed some papers and I drove away in my new Jeep! I was in and out of there in about 30 minutes!

Great people. I bought a used unlimited Rubicon 2 weeks ago and expected a few issues. Chrysler in Winona really worked to get things going and at a very low cost. Redid software in computer, updated it and checked everything over for only 120.00. Anyone who has had to have issues done with their vehicle knows this is a more than fair cost. I also overheard Paul, in Service, talking to a customer about tires. He told her, only 5 bucks above their cost. I hit him up about tires and bought 5 for the Jeep. During this service I also had to wait for awhile because there is an issue with one of the rear wheels and not having the key for the rims, well, made things more difficult. Brooke, also Service, mad sure she checked on things and that all was going well. Just fantastic service all around.
