Great Company. Is always on time with my salt. I never have to call them, they just email me when they show its time to refill, and let me know that someone will be there to put in salt on a certain date and time. I dont like people going in my home when I am not there so I get the option to just send a preference on where I would like them to leave it, super convenientWould recommend this company to others!

We had issues with our water and sediment forming. Eric came out right away and instantly found the problem! Hes going to follow up with us in a week. Very knowledgeable and presentable, showed up right on time....great service and would definitely recommend them! Thank you Eric!!! Side note, the office girl was great too, within minutes of submitting my request i got a phone call to schedule! Great team all around!

Living in the country and having our own well, we dont have the greatest water. Its safe, which is a good thing, it just seems to have a lot of iron in it. I think we have everything that we could possibly have to help us with this, thanks to Culligan! The service people are always very cordial and more than willing to do what they can for us. If it werent for their products and help, everything in the house would be ruined.

Called them to come repair my water softner they showed up the next day to order the parts that was in Middle of October. Have not seem them since repaired it my self today. No use for a company that drops the ball.

I am very unhappy with the service. my system has not been working for 3 weeks now going on the 4th week and still no serviceSo who do I talk to get some service . Very unhappy they say they wil l.j call back and dont. Very poor service .
