Ben, our driver, is very accommodating with a friendly morning smile! Paula, office manager, is exceptionally helpful and welcoming of us. Yes, the water is amazing and so is their staff. :)

The owners, Jon & Paula, are crooks. They steal from & lie to their customers by not returning bottle deposits. They instruct their drivers not to leave invoices that show that Water Systems owes money for bottle deposits. GO TO CULLIGAN; DO NOT BE A VICTIM OF WATER SYSTEMS STEALING FROM YOU!!!

The lady who makes the phone calls is extremely rude, and I personally find customer service to be very important!However, Matt is an awesome delivery guy and provides outstanding service!
