I work for Sears and this is the only appliance part store I would recommend going is the one off Burke St in downtown Winston the service is always outstanding Joey always makes sure our parts our ready togo with minimal waiting so we can get the customer fixed in minimal time. I personally highly recommend this store they have taken care of me and our Sears appliance team for years other team members would agree this location is worth driving out of the way because the customer is outstanding. New to town and so glad I did some digging to find a quality parts shop local to me. Called yesterday to inquire about an idler assembly and belt for my dryer, the guy (I wish I had asked his name, tho my receipt says Joey) remembered me today, and even had those parts set aside for me. I didn’t ask him to do either! Super friendly, great prices, and in and out service. You can’t ask for more. I’ll definitely be back the next time an appliance takes a turn for the worse. If I could rate them 6 stars, I definitely would!The appliance companies themselves could take a lesson from D&L on customer service, that’s for sure!

I came home yesterday only to find that upstairs was an inferno. I mean, it was unnaturally hot. Even heat loving creatures would be upset. You know...the ones from horror movies. So I called a HVAC service company. A great one by the way. They scheduled to get me in the very next day. Thats awesome, right? So I slept outside because it seemed cooler than my home...kidding but it was truly cooler outside. I could pay a service fee plus who knows what for parts and labor the next day. Instead, I woke up and decided to do some research. I diagnosed the potential problem as the capacitor.If youre reading this is because you are a DIYer or tired of paying exuberant fees. I got in my car...took a nice ride to Winston. I walked into D&L Parts Company. With all the big box stores and online giants, it was great to see what a true customer experience should be. I pulled out my phone and showed a photo of my capacitor. In less than 60 seconds I was already paying for it! Friendly staff, fast service, and not to mentioned, I paid a fraction of the cost for what I would had paid the service company. I truly felt that I needed to pay a lot more just for the experience. I got home..put in the capacitor and now Im sitting here as cool as a polar bear writing this review. Without a doubt, if youre looking for parts and excellent customer service, start here first. Im glad I did because they won a customer for life.

Have to agree with the other 5 star reviews. GREAT customer service; friendly, convenient and the part I got cost 75% less than what I found it for on Amazon (I know they are not a part store but still...) Im hooked. Thank you all at D&L Parts for what you do and for being fo friendly : ) !!

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Love that they have inventory and model number lookup online, made it super easy to find the part I needed and they even retested the part I was replacing just to be certain it was the culprit. Definitely recommend.

They have a great selection, very good prices, and best of all the folks that work there are awesome. If you call first you might have to wait on hold for a while... But still worth it.

I called for a drain pump for my wash machine and they quoted me over the phone. I went in and they ACTUALLY pulled it like I asked. I cant stand when I go in and people dont pull it like you ask. They did, they also gave me a discount on the part and caught me off guard and they said Thank you for your business and we hope you come back! I am very pleased!!!! This will be my go to from now on.

Amazing. Seriously. These guys could charge a fortune for the ac capacitor I needed. And they charged me 10 bucks less then I could get it on line. Made my whole week

Now granted I have never been to the winston Salem location but I frequent greensboro. I literally called 20min ago asked if they had a tank cradle. I was priced the entire kit and told but I aint looking for that so go try gas place on liberty CLICK.The guy hung up. I was taking back by this. Because it is so bizarre for my dealings with dl gso I had to comment, hopefully someone will respond.
