TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!!! I took my explorer here to get a paint issue looked at. Alex took pictures of my vehicle and said he would call me shortly with more info. A week later I called for an update because I hadnt been contacted after I left. I spoke to Alex and he said had forgotten about me coming in and said he would get right on it. I was called back about 10 minutes later and told my hood was covered under warranty and that it had been ordered and Id be contacted when its ready to put on my vehicle. Almost 3 weeks later I call up here for an update on my hood and I speak to a man named Gene, who informed me that my hood is there but they would not honor the warranty because their man didnt put it in on time. But not to worry that they will talk with their man and tell him how wrong he was for not getting it in on time. Then the General Managers exact words to me on the phone were we dont have honor what we tell our customers. So either way I have paint issues on my hood that was covered under warranty and will soon chip and rust on my car because their inability to handle situations.

I was in a rear end collision. The body work looks great but they totally screwed up the exhaust system repair and are now refusing to own up to their error nor are they willing to repair the issue. I have taken my car back twice only to be told its fine. How is a blinking check engine light fine? They glued and zip tied my turbo. So much for quality work.I have pics to prove.

John took such good care of my vehicle after it was involved in an accident. He made me feel like a valued customer and kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs. Car looks great and was done in less than 3 weeks when another local body shop told me it may be 8 weeks before I saw my Volvo again. Thank you John! Will recommend Carolina collision at parkway Ford to everyone I know who needs work done on their vehicle!

This was a return visit to have corrections made to the paint job after my original repair. I picked my vehicle up the previous Friday afternoon and there were scratches in the new paint job. Adam told me to take it home for the weekend and bring it back the following Tuesday and they would have it fixed. I asked if I needed to contact the insurance company to inform them that I would need another rental car and he told me that they would take care of everything.I contacted the insurance company anyway and they informed me that since it was something being fixed under the body shops warranty, everything should be covered under them. I called Adam the day before to set up a time to drop my vehicle off and ensure a rental car would be arranged and was told by Adam that it was all taken care of. The day I dropped my vehicle off, they arranged transportation to Enterprise for me on Peters Creek Parkway (the insurance company only works with the branch on Stratford Rd) there was no rental car reservation made for me. When Enterprise contacted Carolina Collison Center, they told them it was through the insurance company. I contacted the insurance company and was informed that Carolina Collison had submitted my repairs as completed already and my case had been closed through them, so the body shop was responsible for the rental. They tried to contact Carolina Collison but was unable to get anyone to answer their calls. They decided to cover the rental as a convenience but it took me over an hour and a half to get a rental car causing me to miss 2 scheduled appointments. When I picked my vehicle up from the paint corrections, there were several spots with debris under the paint that had to be buffed out prior to me taking the car. Once I got the vehicle home I noticed a large vertical scrape down the entire length of the corner of my front bumper that appears like something had been scraped across the front corner bumper of my vehicle or my vehicle had been bumped into an object. I did not notice it at the time of picking up the vehicle, as the repairs were all on the rear of the vehicle, so that is the area that I inspected at pickup and did not look at the front of the vehicle. The body shop was closed by this time, so I called the next day and spoke Adam. I explained to him that I drove the vehicle straight home from the body shop and put it in my garage and noticed it after arriving home. He argued that it didnt happen on their lot. When I explained that I knew for a fact that the scratches were not there prior to dropping the vehicle off, he told me there was nothing he could do about it. I reminded him that when he called me and left me a message the day before about picking my vehicle up that he had even said in his message that he would like me to pick it up as soon as possible because their lot was very full and he didnt want it to get hit, which seemed a little suspicious now that it had been obviously been scraped on the front passenger side bumper.

I had a great experience with Carolinas Collision Center! At first, it took them a little while to get back to me, but once we connected - from that first call all the way to the last call, Colter and the team were kind, helpful, patient and efficient. They were familiar with the process of the other drivers insurance company and walked me through every step without making me feel dumb or inadequate. Best of all, when I came to pick up my van it was cleaner than when I dropped it off! That was a fun surprise and nice touch. Ill definitely be sending people their way. My ONLY word of advice is to try and get back to new customers a bit faster (which by the way was 2 business days, so really not that long, but I was panicky). That being said, Carolinas Collision Center was worth the wait!

I brought my Jeep here through Nationwide to have my car repaired after being hit. While they did an excellent job repairing cosmetic damage, they did not fix the mechanical issues. I had a torque pull to the right. After bringing my car back, they rotated my front tires from passenger side to driver’s side and gave it another alignment. They refused to bring it to their service department, instead steadily decided they were going to check it at the body shop, which they refused my request to bring it to service. My car was never diagnosed, and was never checked for safety. One of the mechanics tried convincing me that it was in my head, that my car was driving differently because I was accustomed to driving the rental. This was absolutely not the case, my right axle is broken and the wheel bearings were damaged from the crash. I do not recommend anyone choosing this place. Also, they drained my rainx washer fluid and didn’t even refill the well.

Only take your vehicle here if you want to purchase a new battery at your expense. Brought my vehicle in after someone backed in to my drivers side door. They told me they would have to take the door off and blend the surrounding parts for repair. So they either unhooked the battery or allowed the battery to run down while having in their possession for repair but they claim they didnt do anything with my battery and that I brought my vehicle in with a battery that was already weak. If you can avoid this place then do it.
