These guys are the best! They are so nice and polite every time we take our vehicles in, and do a great job quickly getting us a repair. They always treat us like we are special customers and call us by our first names when we come and go, but when other customers come in they get the same treatment. I would highly recommend them over other local competing businesses.

I went to old town auto shop for a custom job after hours and after having it partially done and just needed the finishing touches was told to just take it back to where I got it installed mind you I stressed how critical it was I needed it done I told him I was going to be 20-25min late because of traffic coming from out of town he said it was fine and completely understood I’ll never come back for that type of treatment

These guys Brett and Mike gave got to be the most honest mechanics Ive known since Ive came to NC. They will let you know ahead of time whats wrong and ask you if you want it fixed. If it needs to be fixed for your car to be safe they will let you know. Ive used them for over 15 years and Ive never had anything other than the best treatment from them. This place has been referred to me 3x. 2 of those times, they were so busy that the wait time was 2 weeks. They should probably hire more mechanics. Im sure the quality is excellent and they were nice . I give the low rating because theyre never able to help.

This shop is hands down the best auto repair place in town. They have fixed not 1, or 2, but 3 of my vehicles that havent had any problems since. The staff is very easy to get along with. Certified techs and mechanics are knowledgeable and thorough. The best part so far is that they didnt keep my vehicles for a long time before they called me to tell me that they had me all set to go.

They are dependable, efficient, and friendly. They are also fair in pricing the work they do. I dont trust my car repairs to anyone else.

After running over a large nail late Monday, I was able to call them and get estimates for 4 new tires the next morning. They ordered my tires for me and I dropped off the car Wednesday morning without an appointment and they took ~1 hr to complete. They were extremely nice and knowledgeable, competitive pricing, and squeezed me in with a lot FULL of other vehicles. I am new to the area and came here based on a family friends recommendation. Friendly and reasonable prices

Called about my car shaking, was told it was my rotors so I expected to have them replace along with my pads, but they called me and told me that they just needed to be resurfaced and that the pads were fine. Shaking is gone, breaks work better than ever and I saved a few hundred dollars. I went there bc people told me they were trustworthy and they were right.

I drive out of my way to bring my vehicle to Mike & Brett. These gentlemen are honest and great at what they do. The advice and recommendations they give are as if they are working on their own vehicle. I own an older car and they are the ONLY ones I will bring it to because they keep it running.

While I have had minimal work done here, my experiences with them have felt honest . I have had multiple minor services such as brake service and coolant hoses replaced here for a 1999 Audi A6. I also brought my 96 Roadmaster here for a 2nd opinion to confirm what another shop had told me. They were able to confirm the the service and didnt charge me for looking at the car. If you have a foreign car that needs work, I would start here .

Like the other reviews say, Mike and Brett run an honest shop and the mechanics do great work. I blew the head gasket in my 99 Eclipse a while back and they fixed it right away. They also didnt try to overcharge me or replace parts that didnt need replacing. I will continue to use them for all my car maintenance needs.

These guys arent good ... theyre superb.Heres the setup: my wife had a noise coming from the right rear, seemingly the brakes. We havent had the rear brakes done either for a very long time, or at all, on a 2006 car with 78K miles.What could they have done? Replaced the brakes, and drums. We wouldnt have known.What did they do? Inspect and clean the brakes on all four corners, tell us that the rear brakes had plenty of miles left on them, and sent us on our way for $30.These guys have customer service running through their veins. They could teach customer service. For the expense of a full brake job, theyve earned a loyal customer.

These guys are the ONLY shop Ill take any of my vehicles to this side of the Mississippi River. Ive come in with 3 days worth of work on my truck and had it back in my driveway in less than 24hrs and drove better than I couldve imagined. They came in under estimate (everything on the estimate was completed) and still beat any other shops quote by more than $300. And I had it backdays sooner than anyone else couldve. These guys are straight to the point and get it done very quickly. Most trustworthy mechanic shop Ive ever had the pleasure to do business with. I recommended OTAW to anyone I know and encourage anyone I dont know to come out here and give them a chance. Theyve never let me down on anything Ive brought in.
