Great selection of flats, crocs, and sneakers. Converses galore. The dress shoes and heels doesn’t seem to be their bread and butter inventory. They do carry some Michael Kors, but if you are looking for a sexy pump might want to check other places. Inventory can be low if you are in the more popular women’s sizes of 6.5-7.5. The staff is top notch.

One of the ladies that work here offered to place an order for my size in hightop converse after asking if they were out of stock. That was nice of her to do but i kinda needed them the day of. I wanted these shoes specifically for a trip. I was going to every store in search for them shoes. Shouldve just ordered them instead like i was going to do instead of doing everything last minute.

They have great sales on shoes

Big store, Very clean, had a great variety of shoes for the whole family. Came during the pandemic so store hours were a little different than advertised. Wish it stayed open a little later so we didnt have to rush.

Its ALWAYS buy 1 get one 1/2 off and they ALWAYS tell you when you walk in...Im sure its company policy but they act like its a special deal for that day. shoes are always out which is nice so you dont have to keep asking for different sizes. However theres nothing really much for them to help with because all the merchandise is out. They can check with other stores and have it delivered there to pick up later. Great location at Thruway.

Rack Room Shoes is my favorite place to go when buying footwear. They always have a large selection of shoes including boots - tall and short, athletic, formal, casual, name-brand, kids, women, men - all at affordable prices. The store is neat in appearance and the shoes are all right there for you to see and select color and size to try on - not in some backroom storage area. The staff is friendly and attentive, but allows you to browse and try on as many pairs as you wish on your own. They have a great incentive program that gives you a generous discount on your first pair once you join. I highly recommend them!

I just LOVE Rack Room Shoes! A great variety of shoes and I can always find what Im looking for and always the perfect fit. Usually you can leave with 2 pair of shoes for under $100.

Do not I repeat do not waste your time shopping here! I ordered shoes for both of my children wait 3 days for them to come in was never told the table come from another store so I assumed which is my fault that they would come from the warehouse hey they came and they were dirty both pairs! So when I bought this to the attention of the assistant manager she immediately disputed the fact that they have been worn when dirt was clearly in the crease Halfway Around the shoe and on the bottom of the shoe! I dont know about you all but I dont remember there being Apollo dirt for people to try shoes on in at Rack Room so why would the shoes be dirty I merely return the shoes which she was clearly upset about but hey its my money I worked hard for it and I can spend it how I want to! Im not going to go on and on but just know I did call corporate and I feel like they blew me off as well which is why Im writing this review long story short they say if the shoe fits wear it but if its dirty dont buy it and dont be ashamed to tell them that is dirty and return it!! And if youre an assistant manager you should know the angel room and working in customer service juanialys the customer maybe wrong in certain ways the run a successful business theyre still always right!!

Lots of options, especially for sneakers. Their buy one, get one 50% off signs in the windows lured us in. They could have a few more benches for sitting and trying the shoes on, but other than that, the place is neat and clean
