My husband arranged a Spa day for me and his mom at this spa for a Mothers Day gift.We each received a Swedish massage and a facial. I thoroughly enjoyed both. The atmosphere was very relaxing. The massage and facial each lasted 1 hour. The ladies that provided these were Anna(massage) and Shanel(facial). They were both super nice and very efficient at their job. I highly recommend this place.

I went to get a scalp treatment with Keya and absolutely enjoyed every minute of it. Once got there got offered coffee or water. I got coffee and was made to perfection. Was a relaxing atmosphere. Would recommend and totally going again!

I got my first haircut in 16 months here and it was a wonderful experience! Staff take care of you from the moment you step through the door. Chava was great, listening to what I wanted for my hair but also providing suggestions on what he recommended. After my cut, he curled and styled my hair and WOW he did a fabulous job. I was also impressed by their safety precautions: all chairs were 6 feet apart and all staff and clients were wearing masks. I will definitely return here again.

If you have dark hair and want color, please save yourself the time and all your money by not coming here. They will overcharge and if you want color, it won’t show up at all. The second time they tried fixing it, they put 4 strips of blonde hair when I asked for caramel brown coloring on all my hair. On top of that, they charged me over 200$ for that. Worst salon I’ve ever been to.

First time the color was too light and I got hot roots. Second time it was too dark. I feel sad about my hair now. I never envisioned my hair like this.Also, she didn’t even know how to shampoo. The color was dripping from my hair after the wash(see pic of my nails). My forehead and hair line are all covered with black dye now.She had no clue on how to color, cut and wash my hair. She was nice and apologetic though

I had a great experience! Ill be honest, I was EXTREMELY nervous, as I have very curly type 3A-B hair and have had many bad experiences at salons.I had Chava as my stylist and he was very attentive. He first sat me down and had a short consultation as to what my hair goals were. He was pretty skilled in doing a rounded and layered cut (aka he has skillful in cutting my curls!), which was so refreshing because I have had countless stylists try to cut my hair like one of their straight-haired clients! I felt comfortable and confident that I was in good hands during the whole appointment. I would love to come back for another trim in the future! Overall, he did a decent job for the price ($~40).

Went today for Facial and Swedish Massage excellent service so happy! I have had many Facials and Messages today was wonderful! Can’t wait to return.

Laura is GREAT! Lifted my brown, and is bringing back to the blonde of my dreams. Finding a stylist with a decent cut is tricky. I have very thick, curly hair & she managed to give me a GORGEOUS cut, and style. The salon is absolutely beautiful. Very friendly staff the minute you walk into the door. I will definitely be back!

Lorena is absolutely amazing! I got my hair cut and highlights. I havent felt really great about my hair for awhile, until Lorena! She listens to exactly what I wanted and made sure my hair looked absolutely perfect. She waited patiently for the color to set in correctly and was outstanding the entire time. She is very personable and I would recommend her to anyone!! Great experience.

I go to Audrey Willard for my waxing/tinted brows. She is the BEST!! She got my brows to where I really want and Ive fallen in love with getting them tinted too!! Im not a high maintenance girl but this my favorite thing to do and I look forward to see her each time. She also does facials and body waxing. If anything I need done, she will be the one to do it! I love her and you will too!

Courtney is my hairdresser and she does an amazing cut and color. Took a long time to find someone that would listen to what I wanted. I have received so many compliments on my hair. Great salon.

I go to Audrey for all of my waxing services (bikini, brow, under arm). I’ve been to multiple different places in the past, and she is by far my favorite! Last time I went, she waxed my brows and offered to tint them (which I’ve never done before). I received multiple compliments on my brows, which has never happened before! Extremely satisfied with all the services she provides.

My first facial with Audrey and she was thorough and gentle. I didn’t feel as if she was rushing through it and gave me some suggestions of products to use. At 54 my skin is changing and not as oily as it use to be. I was relaxed when facial was done and my 21 year old daughter is getting a facial as well with Audrey. I’m glad she has come to Halo!

Halo is hands down the best spa in the area! I get facials, massage, and my hair done. Also have mani and pedis which is fantastic! The staff are always so nice and helpful. I have been going there for 6 years. Shanda does my facials, and Megan does my hair. So I highly recommend them! I would be lost without them! Thank you Halo for everything you do! Love it!!

Audrey has time and time again done a phenomenal job with my eyebrows service. Since coming to her, this is the best my eyebrows have ever looked. I’m 48 years old and great brows make me look younger. I get complimented on my brows by other women.

Great salon! Had an early morning appointment and as I was led to the waiting room I was offered coffee (which I gladly accepted) in an actual mug instead of those flimsy styrofoam cups. When Megan came out and I told her what I wanted she immediately knew exactly what to do. I’m kind of iffy when it comes to my hair (very curly with a bad temper) but I was so happy with Megan. Will definitely be coming back as a regular.

I go to Keya once a week for a blow out and it’s always amazing. I have thick curly “Greek” hair and no one has been able to blow it out like she can. I also go for color and cut and will go nowhere else.Eyelash lift here is great also! Best in Winston

I had an amazing experience in this salon. Its a beautiful, relaxing space. I was immediately welcomed by friendly staff, and drawn in by the ambience. I thought it was so sweet that they had a valentines sweet treat table set up for their patrons. They offered me a beverage, and I filled out a new client survey. I do not think I have ever filled out paperwork for a hair cut. What a great way to document individual notes!I came to see Rebecca W. Upon my friends recommendation, who is also in the hair industry. She was so professional, and took the time to truly listen to what I wanted, as well as the concerns I had. My hair texture is increasingly wild, as my gray hair is coming in, with large streaks dominating either side of my face. Its very kinky and I wondered how it would look cut into long bangs. Rebecca talked me through each step with such patience. She took the time to teach me the best way to blow dry my hair!!!Rebecca is a sincere, compassionate and talented hair artist. The best hairdresser that Ive ever had works at this location. She always takes the time to listen and to look at what Im interested in doing with my hair and she gives honest feedback to help me choose a cut that fits my lifestyle, and to keep my expectations in check. I never feel like she pushes me to buy products yet she educates me on what she is using and why, to help me to achieve similar results at home. She always does a great job with my hair! The salon itself is very relaxing because it has clean decor and it offers spa services so it always smells great since it uses Aveda products. Ive had a manicure and eyelash extensions in the past and was pleased with my services. It is also nice that you can buy Aveda products from make up to hair care at the salon.

Nice salon, good ambiance. I was using a groupon and they didnt do everything mentioned in the deal. The person who was doing my hair was very nice and helpful, but I had gone for red highlights and she lightened my hair which was okay but then she applied red to all of my hair like shampoo..so my black hair turned to burgundy and all of it got exposed to chemicals which I didnt like.

Crystal and Lorena are both wonderul people and stylist. Higly recommended.

Keya is absolutely magical with hair and color. She can tame my lions mane and completely get the white covered. Theres no one else like her. And yesterday was my first visit to Halo, I followed Keya, Halo is amazing. Its HUGE! Quite deceiving from the entrance. Everything was neat and clean. Happily, the front desk couldnt have been nicer, and I wasnt easy to book - I have some travel constraints that meant searching for a date that would work. I contacted Halo Aveda for a birthday celebration in which 6 ladies would be getting mani/pedis. The salon was so accommodating! They arranged for extra personnel so that we could have multiple ladies getting a service at the same time. The manicure room was very nice and comfortable. It was a perfect place for all of us to hang out and chat while getting our services. The ladies who work there are very friendly and professional and we all loved our manicures and pedicures.

First impression was great. My husband purchased a groupon for my birthday to Halo ($69 value) My main purpose was highlights...after discussing my hair the price went up an additional $170.00. I simply could not afford that at the time. Ashley the stylist was nice and thoroughly explained things to me but I was absolutely embarrassed and Rachel at the front desk caused that. She made me feel like Julia Roberts in pretty woman...not valued. She told me I had to call and pay a deposit on the services by next Tuesday...I asked to call on Thursday and just pay in full in advance so that no other charges would be added in at my rescheduled appointment. Then she snapped at me and said no later than Thursday because Ashley was a great stylist and they are not going to hold that spot (implying that I will not show up). I literally left the parking lot in tears and pondered over the way she spoke and acted towards me all night. Thankfully groupon was apologetic and refunded our money. I believe you get what you pay for and I WILL gladly spend $250 on my hair...but not at this salon.

We have both gotten our haircut with Brittany. She is awesome! My daughter and I both look forward to our date nights at Halo!

Wow, Brittany E is AMAZING. I messed up BAD and tried to go blonde (my natural haircolor is really really dark brown) with box color from walmart and refused to go out without a ball cap on until I could get a professional to fix. She spent 3 hours correcting my color, covering up my grays, and doing the most beautiful balyage I have ever seen. I get LOTS of complements on my hair now, and even sent my friend to her last week. Not only that, shes really sweet and makes you feel very comfortable and up to date on the whole process the entire time. 10/10 would highly recommend her, no one else will ever color my hair again.Also the salon itself is very clean, quiet, and soothing. Love the Aveda products.

I will NEVER go here, i scheduled an appt. a couple months back and when my appt. date was approaching they told me courtney couldnt see me that date so i rescheduled, i later on called and told them that time wouldnt work for me and asked if there was anther time/date OR stylist who could see me and they said no. long story short, i couldnt make my appointment and they charged my MOTHER who was a previous customer half of the services because they didnt have MY card on file!!!! courtney was WONDERFUL but i will never recommend this place to anybody
