Sarah is an excellent jewelry designer. I brought her a pendant necklace that was dated and I didn’t wear. She designed several necklaces that are stunning using pieces from the pendant. I love luxury watch shopping. No other jewelry store in the triad comes close to the experience we had at Windsor. Ive been to them all over the past few years. Some are filled with sales people who just want to make a commission and move on, and some play waiting list games and want you to spend tens of thousands just to become a preferred customer before they are willing to sell you the watch you want. I lost my wedding band. Shopped several stores locally for a replacement to no avail. It was originally purchased at Windsor but I tried to find one that was less expensive. That was a mistake. We went back to Windsor and was greeted by one of their associates, Jen. She was more helpful and professional than anyone else we had previously encountered. She spent a lot of time with us and helped us make out decision. Should have done that in the first place. The new band was more expensive that the others we looked at but it was exactly what we wanted. They are our jewelry store from now own.

I love to cut Australian Opals as a hobby. Every once in a while, the result is a gem worthy of mounting in a pendant. Many jewelers hesitate at mounting Opals due to their soft nature. My spouse and I have been in this store on severalImportant occasions and have always been impressed with the level of knowledge that each employee has about the products that are carried in this location. I came in with a broken ring to see if it could be fixed and it unfortunately could not be, but Sarah went out of her way to find a setting I liked and they took the main stone from the broken ring and put it in the new setting.
