This locale has a parking garage, so grocery shopping on a rainy day is no hassle! Store is well lit, clean and fully-stocked. Greeted by most employees as I shopped. Nice bakery and produce section. Convenient to have Starbucks right off the elevator prior to starting to shop. Great selection of foods for the gluten-free or keto dieter, too.

Publix is Publix, probably the store with the most helpful staff in the area. Also, likely the most expensive, along with Whole Foods and Harris Teeter.Did not have what I was looking for, though -- a non- dairy cheese substitute by an outfit named Miyokos Creamery. Only one Ive ever found that actually claims 3 grams of protein per serving. (Whole Foods had some, right across the street).Back when I was cooking, I was intrigued by a recipe that included celeriac as an ingredient. Publix had it, others didnt. I didnt really know what exactly it was and was shocked at the price when I found it. Remember, I was cooking on an old folks budget, so YOU might not be shocked, but it was a lot to pay for a vegetable. Nevertheless, I bought it and made the dish, which was possible because Publix carried it.They carry a really good frozen gluten-free, dairy-free pie crust, too, which can come in really handy, specially during holiday meal prep.(Hint: DONT try to take it out of the foil plate it comes in. If you do want a top crust, its a lot easier to cut it into strips, drape it over the apples or whatever fruit you might be using.)Finally, where else do you get a choice of riding up to the store in a huge, brightly lit elevator, or doing your stair- climbing routine from the front lot into the store.You probably already know they have the most creative flyers in the business. Go see where the ingredients come from.

First time Ive been in this Publix since theyve moved up to Winston from Florida I wanted to see if they were still is high standard as they used to be I worked on the stock crew in Florida for them for many years back in the 80s and 90s and everything had to look a hundred and 10% before opening those doors and throughout the day. We had to have every special filled before and throughout the day and any empty shell filled with the correct product They did not disappoint me as far as quality and cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff and helpfulness and how cleanly dressed they are in their uniforms. The online negative I may have is that there were two items that are on sale that are empty that I wanted one in Frozen in one and grocery. But there was a young man in the dairy section that was more than willing 2 go over and above what some people would say isnt in your job description oh, and went back and looked in the Frozen and check the grocery I was able to find me my frozen food item and was willing to go through the pallets of the grocery. This is something that no other grocery store would ever be willing to do. They would say its not their section and I would need to see the person that section. So I believe as far as at this prank time and age where employees are so afraid to do more than what theyre supposed to if even that does Publix and get a hundred and 10% for their employee helpfulness and friendliness especially. They may be a little more expensive than some other places but they do have the buy one get one free pay half for one if you dont want both and its well worth shopping in an environment thats so clean and friendly! Nice selection of groceries. Publix has large display of fresh seafood. Indoor parking is nice in rainy or cold weather.

I love this store BUT the Deli has changed 😩 lots of new people and theyre not as clean. Managers welcome complaints instead of compliments. I felt like I wasted my time. I see now! Next time Ill show them the chicken tender crumbs on my turkey sub instead of I had a great check out! The first 3 years was the best! I hope they transfer the good ones back! Yikes!

Theres no lack of personnel to help the shopper, this is difficult to find these days, inturn it creates great customer service! The store was clean another +. Well stocked +, some prices were a bit elevated, but I suppose that is needed to get the +s.I wish there was a Publix on the Northside or in Stokes county. Customer base primarily shop at Walmart now.

Everybody else probably already knows about Publix, and Im just new to the party because it has been in the are for some time now. Well, it was my first time, and I was really impressed with the place. Purchased the pre-made lasagna, and it was really good! The place was clean and very accessible. The prices were great, and after spending waaaaay more in there than my family and I intended, I can honestly say that I will be going back there again, and again, and again!

Staff is friendly but let you shop in peace. Food is ALWAYS good. Grocery is super fresh. & it has a Starbucks if you need ☕🍵🧋

My first time ever in a Publix. They had some great sales and very clean. Love that they have their own parking deck and elevators.

Overall one of the best and most consistently good supermarket chains there is.Their one issue, at least in this location, is their online order process. About 50% of the time the order hasnt even been started by the time its supposed to be done or its just missing from the pickup area because someone decided to take it.

Great store, great selection, great staff. Clean, organized, well laid out. The team member here are just super! Team here always goes out their way to make sure you find what you need. It is nice having people show you the location of an item and not point to the other side of the store. The selections include allot items you wont find anywhere in town. Definitely one of the nicest run Publix stores in the South East

Specifically for people who like crab legs. They have snow and King crab legs. Go here if you want to cook your own crab legs. I have gotten crab legs twice now and they been very clean except for one cluster doing my second order. And you can watch them put it in the bag and weigh it. Staff is very nice as well. I also liked the salmon too that was already seasoned. Seafood lovers should come here

The set up of the store is very neat. But the food I cannot eat. The AC is on way to low causing the avocados to have a “vascular tissue”. Which isn’t to appeasing but still edible. But the aloe stalk and a watermelon were inedible. The pesticides that were used are so strong in the food I couldn’t eat it. So in my opinion I wouldn’t shop here again.

My go-to grocery store. Publix offers a wide selection of fresh food, as well as provides jobs for younger people (starting at age 14-15). Their bakery is also very nice if you need a cake for any occasion.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Its a bit of a commute for me but when I need specialty items they tend to have the options I need. The fruit/veggies also tend to last longer when compared to my local, short commute options. Great choice, you wont be disappointed coming here.

Visited Publix to go to the deli..I usually get lunch meat at Walmart. Publix has a much better variety and quality of deli meats. The customer service was beyond excellent.The donuts are also good and baked fresh daily. Definitely recommend for your grocery shopping.

Publix forbids emotional support dogs. While i was in the pharmacy, i was told to leave the store because i had my tiny( morkie) emotional support dog with me. The manager told me they forbid emotional support dogs in their store.Every other supermarket i have been to allows them.

Beautiful store. Friendly staff. One day I was there, however, they were out of Boar’s Head oven gold turkey. So unusual!

This is specifically for the bakery. We have ordered about 5 cakes from there so far. Mostly for birthdays and one was our wedding cake and a anniversary cake. Not only are the cakes beautiful but also very yummy. We ordered a firetruck cake for my sons birthday this week and he loved it. They never disappoint and the cakes are always exactly what you ordered. I definitely recommend to friends family.

Overall great experience. A young Male in the deli tried to pass off prosciutto as boars head rb. He actually told me it was RB. Glad I looked at it closely as made my way through the store of course I took it back to the deli . That was a deceptive business practice . Other associates were polite and check out was easy

Love going here, has a lower parking area that we enjoy just because we are not exposed to the weather when we exit the store. Overall is always clean and the variety of food is usually fresh.

Love this store. Prices are a bit high but I cant complain because I can usually get specialty foods here. Being a German American family, we love zwetschgen...which are basically European plums and we love our zwetschgen Kuchen......thanks Publix for carrying German food every now and then. Now mama is going to bake us a very tasty cake....😊

First time I went to Publix Super Market I loved it, loved it and loved it. ALL THE STAFF and EMPLOYEES are VERY COURTEOUS and HELPFUL. They have a wide variety of Meats, cheeses and Seafood. If you hadnt tried it yet, you MUST.

Only 1 checker.Lots of people trying to do shopping for multiple people at once in the 2 self serve lines.An unfriendly guy was watching to be sure no one steals, but not courteous.I was helped finding 2 items after helping my daughter and son in law move from Memphis that day. We were exhausted. Service would have been nice, but we arent in Florida where the standards are higher.

I went last week for the first time. Have been back since. Will continue to go back. Great food quality. Great attitudes and excellent service. You rate up there with Chic FIL A with your friendly service. Didnt think that anyone would ever compare to Chic FIL A

My favorite grocery store!! The international aisle is nice. The staff is always very friendly, and will help you find something if you need them to. I love their weekly ads. Also I like that I can pay with the Publix app and it applies coupons for me if I have any saved.

Its a huge store, towards the high end of quality but the prices are still pretty good. They have a bakery, deli, seafood booth, and great looking produce. And you can charge your electric vehicle in the garage while you shop. Very nice store.

Store was clean, hot food bar service was wonderful. Deli/Sub/Salad Bar personnel was nice but I wanted to order a freshly made salad and declined when the lettuce in the containers was old and wilted. They even offered to open a new bag of lettuce but it was also turning brown and wilted. How could they not see this?
