They did not meet timeline, changed payment timeline and amounts after contract signed, did not complete the work, kept putting us off saying delays with materials when in reality they were not paying their suppliers or subcontractors. We now have an incomplete project with liens on it because they failed in every way. They have vacated their office and are not returning subcontractors calls. Subcontractors are showing up at our property because harvest has not paid them. I would NOT recommend anyone from harvest for any project. Not trustworthy at all.Attached photo is what we paid in, $50k+ versus what they paid out on our job $30k which leaves $20k+ that we have paid that did not go towards the outstanding invoices by their suppliers and subs as they indicate themselves.The picture attached is what they sent to me so it is definitely not misinformation. I would be happy to forward any other communication they have sent me as evidence supporting my claims and look forward to being in front of a judge with Harvest!Todd Aron who reviewed is actually an owner.

These guys are scam artists. If youve done work for them and havent been paid,file a complaint with the north carolina general contractor licensing board and call the law offices of keiziah gates!

Every one is very professional. They are truly committed to providing and accomplishing what we as a home owner and customer want for our desired dream home. They all are very knowledgeable and conscientious about the correct ideas for the desired space and specific rooms. All are of extremely high character and integrity. I would recommend them to anyone.

Harvest Building and Design do an incredible job with new construction, renovations, etc. They are my go to folks for all my repair and construction needs.
