Simply the best. Not to knock any other KK Shop at all, but the Stratford Rd. shop is THE one to hit up if youre anywhere near Winston-Salem.

So good as always. We got the Hershey’s s’mores donuts. Oh my gosh they were so good. And of course we got dozen for the road.

Halloween dozen doughnuts did not taste fresh. Icing and doughnuts were hard.The dozen glazed were fresh and hot as usual.

I watched the glazed donuts being made. You can ask for the fresh, hot donuts right off the line. Everything looked so good and it was hard to choose. Store was very clean and staff was friendly, despite the overload of customers.

Fast drive thru and great donuts. My favorite are the cream filled chocolate donuts and the regular glazed. The pumpkin spice donuts are great when theyre in season.

Wish there was more variety today but what they do have is a good start. Staff was friendly. We always come to this location since they have a variety of fresh doughnuts.

Home of Krispy Kreme donuts!I used to stop by here when I was pregnant with my children, they are both in their 20s now and I stop by when I can. Its only 1.5 hours from my old house, now its over 4 hours away, but I stop almost every time!It may look the same after 20 years but good thi go should never change!I was a little disappointed they didnt have crullers, or tractor tires, but they still have my creme filled chocolate covered donuts!

The wait wasnt too long in the drive thru and of course they are delicious. Original glazed was perfectly soft sweet and melty in my mouth..one glazed didnt make it to the office lol

This location always has any donuts advertised we tried the island donuts and the plain iced keylime. These donuts were good but not my favorite cream filled chocolate iced. They did have a cappuccino one I liked but it never stayed and they never brought it back either. Sorry to a good thing.

The staff is very friendly especially (keisha)! The app is awesome I used it to order this time for the first time, and when I arrived sadly there was no raspberry donuts that I ordered, but I was compensated for the issue. Overall I am satisfied and I will be going back to visit this donut shop.

The doughnuts dont taste like they use to. I was a little upset about that. The girl that fixed our order used a glove that she already had on. It was the same glove that she checked 2 previous customers out with and then used that glove to pick up our doughnuts when shes suppose to use the stick. I had to say something to her about it for her to take her gloves off.

Nothing beats a “hot now” Krispy Kreme doughnut! Location was very clean, staff were friendly and responsive. There was a short line but no one had to wait. It was a good experience. I will certainly return.

We typically dont have issues here, but today was a bit off. We had done some birthday shopping and my husband wanted to get doughnuts before going home, but I really had to go to the bathroom. KK had their doors locked so we left to go to McDonalds. Returned to buy doughnuts. They gave us a dirty box with filling on the outside that got all over my dress. Opened the box on the way to discover our 4 original doughnuts and 8 chocolate iced order was incorrect. We somehow got two chocolate iced and 10 original doughnuts. My husband wasnt happy.Again, not our typical experience... its usually great.

They have all flavors here. Line all long when hot and now sign on but totally worth it.

Havent had but one complaint about KK in last 63yrs. When they sold out the original building & moved further down Battleground they didnt post an historical marker. Someone slacked off terribly. Other than that I hope angels will have a KK up there 😇

The Krispy Kreme Experience (Drive-thru Edition). If you go to this location when the HOT sign is on, you may wait. But when you have their original glazed doughnut, it is like your eating pieces of goodness. Before you know it, you will have inhaled two doughnuts back to back with temptation for another one. If you want the best of the best Krispy Kreme doughnuts, the Stratford location is the best stop. Unfortunately, I cant say every Krispy Kreme is created equal. This store has the recipe down pack, and when the HOT sign is on confirms that by the long lines.

Got a dozen donuts. Were really good. 13 dollars. But when you get your receipt you get an offer for free dozen glazee donuts. So thats pretty cool. Customer service was good.

Dont bother trying to order a latte at this location. Consistently bad. I think they just dont know how to make them or bother to learn. Went in to order inside one night and watched the confused lady making mine mess around with the machine for a minute and then just ended up pouring me a black coffee. I returned it and the manager was called over. He asked her if she knew how to make a latte and she said no. Manager seems like a good guy. He showed her how to make it, but that was the last time Ive had a good latte here.*Update: They also just gave me the wrong order. Service here is really unreliable. I also just went to the Clemmons location to order another latte and make sure Im not going crazy, and it was in fact correctly made. Maybe you guys should see if they can train.

Krispy Kreme is our favorite donut. The employees were very friendly. We purchased some of their seasonal donuts. The pumpkin cake was the favorite. Their hot light was not on, but the glazed were so fresh and they still melted in your mouth. We couldnt wait to get home to eat them. I got the glaze all over the place. So worth the mess.
