This place is going downhill, it used to be good but today will be my last time coming to this location.Venti brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso: it was not filled to the top and 3/4 of it was ice… And it cost $6.37

No matter how busy they are they work hard and fast to take care of their customers. The staff is absolutely lovely and I always feel welcomed when I come inside or in the drive thru.

Thanks to this store!!! I wasnt able to pick up the drink I ordered at the intended time. I went back a later and they honored my order and made me a new one!! Love their products, company philosophy and service!!!

Pretty good Starbucks. One of the few places that has a Starbucks across a Starbucks. WiFi is fast and the inside is clean and modern. It has a drive thru.

Pretty fast efficient store. Drive thru service is ALWAYS busy during the day here. Theres usually always a long line but they go chik fil a style during rushes which really expedites service. My favorite drink is usually consistent here. Not always but mostly. This is by far the best starbucks Ive encountered in town. They get you in and out as quickly as possible even though its a very busy location.

Went 5 minutes before closing (bad!) But the lady inside was still very kind and accommodating. Got the nitro cold brew with sweet cream.

Hands-down the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to!! A ton of workers getting nothing pushed out. We got half our order then had to wait about 10 minutes for the 2nd drink. I finally had to ask for it.There was barely any customers in there so you would think the drinks would at least come out fast and together. Another customer that was already waiting a long time finally had to ask about his drink and no one had a clue about it.There was one worker screaming and yelling strange things and making weird noises. He had long hair on 1 side and kept pushing it back with his hand then would touch all the cup and all the topping containers without gloves..so gross.

I have always liked this store. They do a great job and really support those of us that work for the medical center down the street. One of the best Starbucks locations in the area.

Not bad for a coffee shop in a grocery store

This is our favorite local Starbucks location. They consistently excel at order accuracy, customer service, and friendly help. Other locations in the area have had inconsistent hours, but this location is dependable and stellar. Red, Emi, and Janya went above and beyond to make our Starbucks experience great this visit. That is why we love coming here!

A great new (2019) Starbucks on Miller at Cloverdale, Winston Salem, NCYou know what we need, man...come on Starbucks, Inc, all company stores no franchises—we need one on Peters Creek Parkway (PCP) now! There’s a big Walmart out there fellas—we need ya’ now!But we got this new one on Miller St.Miller is sweet!, good drive through, nice people nice tables!Would recommend to a friend.

A good vibes with varieties of healthy snack choices and coffee, hot chocolate and frappuccinos. I personally love most of variety of flavor frappuccinos. Its very pricey (expensive) for you to afford. Its comes with 3 sizes of cups, tall, grande and venti.

I love the atmosphere at Starbucks, coffee mixed with beautiful scenery, what’s not to love? I really enjoy coming to this particular Starbucks due the amazing customer service I have received, Ms. Kia is always very kind and upbeat, I would decscibe her as a human ray of sunshine, she’s amazing. 10/10 would recommend this as a safe haven to a friend.

This is a great location. However, this location is certainly NOT in the Harris Teeter. Some of the reviews seem to pertain to that Starbucks as well. That’s just very confusing. This location is in Cloverdale Plaza (Shopping Center) NOT Harris Teeter. While, there’s another Starbucks in the Harris Teeter (With a different address!)

Took my niece here and she loved it

So I ordered on my app and I accidentally ordered at the wrong store. I was at the Publix at the time thinking I was going to get my drinks there. I found out that I ordered at the cloverdale store. I called cloverdale to let them know I was coming due to my mistake. The manager told me she would have them ready in drive thru. I arrived and when I got to the window the lady handed my drinks and she surprised me with two $4.00 off gift cards for my trouble. I was in shock by the kindness I was given because I am the one that made the mistake. I am truly impressed by the customer service I received at this location. I will definitely be back when I am in the area.

Ordered a drink, the barista didnt know how to make it. It was on the menu. Called manager didnt get a response. Made it wrong anyways and when I asked for a refund was offended. How do you have people working without proper training? As much as the beverages cost.
