I found two valuable wildlife paintings by Guy Coheleach, The screech owls, 18x22, and The Young Great Horned Owls 28x34. $6 for the small, and $8 for the larger. Both frames had large photo envelopes on the back with beautiful wildlife Lithographs in them. Last week at another goodwill store I found a painting by Annie Benson Muller, The Song of Happiness, with the original blue frame, another great deal.

Very pleased, new Chaps sweater and knit top, a new pair of Chico capris, new tan pants (Jones of NY) and a few books !

Fantastic Goodwill location. This is where I do all my donations and the staff are very helpful in getting stuff from your car. Inside they have a great selection of mens, womens, and childrens 👕👖🧤🧣🧦 clothing along with housewares and toys. They even have a section with appliances and electronics. They also have ♿ handicap accessible parking and restrooms.

**UPDATE: Goodwill contacted me first thing Monday Morning after seeing my review and although nothing will change my embarrassment from that day, Mandy, head of the stores in the area and I talked and we resolved a lot. Thank you again Mandy for the prompt attention that was given to this matter. I am very appreciative of your time and efforts. It meant a lot to get an apology and the Thermos! Although I wont shop the Jonestown location anymore, I will definitely still shop and donate to the other stores in my area.We stopped in at the Jonestown location on July 10th 2021 at approximately 12:30 p.m. We were donating some items and went to do a little shopping. We saw a Stanley Thermos on the shelf and we picked it up and it looked like it was a good deal. A couple isles down there was another thermos, we did a little research and decided we wanted the first thermos. When we got to the register there was somebody doing a return so the lady told us shed help us on the other register. she picks up the thermos and says oh I need to go talk to Paul and she walked away, she was gone for a little while and then she returns with the manager Paul. He then proceeds to tell us that wasnt the right price and he personally priced that at $15 then he said people are known to change the tags on these things often.... they had also brought up the other thermos when they returned and he offered me that thermos for $5. he said that thermos we wanted is $15. I said well you have three different price tags on that that says $5. Paul then says that his gun messes up often and thats probably what happened, so youre telling me youre gun messed up three times and priced that $5? but yet somebody changed the sticker and now youre looking at me as if I did? I told him he needed to check the camera because it surely wasnt us. We told him we didnt want it and we walked out the door. As I walked out the store I never felt so humiliated in my life, being accused of changing price tags? although that didnt come right out of his mouth thats what he pretty much said.We got to the car and I decided to call the store. Paul answered. I told him how he made us feel humiliated and I didnt very much appreciate it. I also asked for the cashiers name which he told me was Lori.He never offered to apologize or say anything else. I then asked for Corporates number. he then gives me the number to a bank. so I looked up the number myself, it was closed until Monday. Photos are the Rusty one on the Shelf that he tried to give me and the one with all the price tags on it is from him pricing the one we wanted AFTER we left. I would have gladly paid the $15 had he gone about it a different way.

Visited Goodwill 5/30/2020. I found 2 nice size arm chairs in good condition (attached picture) for $1.00 each 😜🤗💞🎊👍 (original price was $15 each). What a awesome deal!!!!Furthermore, people were donating items as I left which should be out on the sales floor as of now.This establishment is very clean with friendly and helpful employees.

It is not what I call a charitable place for shoppers. I do enjoy it and I do buy things but it needs to be deemed a thrift store. I realize they train people for jobs but not to work for goodwill. Therefore I resent the fact that the united way is even involved with a non charitable organization as this.

I feel like the employees here are genuinely nice. Shopping here actually makes me smile. They do their best to make sure things are organized and are willing to help if needed. Great prices, usually a decent selection. Its a smaller Goodwill but I like it.

The selection was great but......the cashier does not greet every customer but didnt fail to ask if I wanted to round up my purchase. This was noticed because he greeted the customers behind me before even finishing with my purchase and I thought that was a bit rude.

I could spend hours in this store. Always finding cute clothes and household items! Also a good childrens selection, I can always find my daughter new shoes, and clothes with tags on!

Has clothing, shoes and housewares of fair quality and condition. The store is pleasant enough. Its location on busy Jonestown Road makes it a little less appealing than it could be. The clothing is organized, but the pants were packed onto racks so tightly it was difficult to examine them.

Great stuff always clean

This Goodwill has recently reorganized everything and cleaned. Layout s are different .Really nice place to shop. No discounts in this area as other Goodwill s have. Most things are reasonable.

Clothes for all ages, books, electrics and toys for cheap. They get new stuff almost every day so you never know what youll find. How do I know, you ask? Well... I did 24 hours of (so called) community service there... Thats how. They should change the name to change-store service or slave labor service. Something that describes what youre really doing.

Very good prices on towels, pocket books and pictures! 6pc towel set for $3.50. Hardly used!

Absolutely terrible. Nothing but junk. Way overpriced. When I asked about why a book was priced for eight dollars one of the attendant said it was because it was vintage. And look it up online and obviously the quality is trash and they are completely wrong. Waste of time. Go to Habitat for Humanity

If you frequent Goodwill stores in the area you may find this location to be lacking in new items, really depends on what you are looking for. I was shopping in the womens clothing section and found that there are nicer blouses, slacks and shoes at other nearby stores such as Yadkinville, Mocksville and Statesville. Keep in mind this is soley my opinion and if you are bargain shopping show up early when they put new items out.
