The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because of the young lady that helped me. If you need an upgrade dont go to a privately owned metro. They would rather lose you as a customer than give you the respect of $29.00 that a loyal customer deserves.

I had a problem with my cell phone and went to the store on waughtown St in Winston Salem NC And the young lady working there got me the best deal on a new phone,I love metro
