So I come here because its the only place that I can find jumbo scallops and then one day I purchased a giant red snapper and it was amazing

Nice store and location, you also have Public’s across the street. It’s always clean and typically well stocked, but the selections aren’t as wide as Greensboro. I’d like to see a more extensive selection of vegetarian/produce options. Also Wholefoods is great at ordering food that they usually don’t carry, ex: Oysters mushrooms. I put in an order over 3 weeks ago & no word, but Lake Norman and Greensboro has them, so that leads me to believe someone dropped the ball.

In the deli / salad bar there is this vegan chicken fried tofu dish - amazing! It doesn’t taste healthy though, it tastes like chicken fried everything else (but better). This Whole Foods always has fresh sushi available too… yay!

With Amazon the prices are reasonable. The quality of the food and the cleanliness are great.

Unfortunately as of October 25 2021 Whole Foods has changed its policy and now charges $10 for delivery. I’m sad that I won’t be able to shop here. My lack of mobility and my fixed income make it improbable. I have to downgrade my rating as a result.As an Amazon Prime member I get free delivery a benefit I have been taking advantage of because of Covid-19 and my health problems. Great customer service!

I havent been here in years and I went today for an Amazon return drop-off and decided to look around.* The store smelled like rotten produce and rotten fish. Not something I want to walk into.* I passed at least 12 employees, not one said hi; how are you nothing.* I decided to get a steak from the butcher counter. He never looked at me, said hi nothing. He was packing to-go orders for online orders and took about 10 minutes of me standing there before I just walked away. I understand online orders are important, but in person should take priority.* The aisles are so tight and jumbled its so hard to find anything youre looking for.* I found a few snack items I wanted to buy and they had 1 register open at 5pm (aka rush time for any grocery store). They finally opened another register right beside it meaning everyone was about 2 inches from each other. I would think they would open every other register to practice social distancing.I really dont get the hype of this store.

I used to LOVE going to Whole Foods. Its a little further from where I live so I would make special trips just to stock up on my favorite cold press juices, snacks and other things. Service has gotten really bad. The cashiers are pretty friendly but the people in the food 2 go section are another story. I stood at the pizza counter looking at the limited selection and was never once did the guy ask if I needed help. But as soon as other customers would walk up, he had no problem asking if they needed help. Repeatedly. I stood there invisible I guess. Even when I made an attempt to ask a question, the employee would hurry off to the back as if he just remembered that he has to do something important. Im hoping this was a one-time experience.

A bit of a rarity. A Whole Foods fitted into the space meant for an old-fashioned neighborhood food market. Not as many SKUs as her more corporate siblings. But she more than makes up for it in friendliness and good order. Many longtime associates says something, though Amazons purchase several years back took the wind out of some of their sails. Being a local market in a corporate world aint always easy.

I’ve always found what I needed here. It’s well organized and clean, and the staff are friendly. We do a lot of our food shopping here due to dietary allergies and there’s a good assortment of items for us.

It appears to be a much older and smaller location than the Whole Foods in Greensboro. Thus, it lacks a lot of the things I go to the Greensboro location for and its not as clean.

Pricey, but always delicious. Plan to leave with more than what you popped in for, unless you have amazing self control.

Whole foods is and has always been awesome! I love the chic classic feel of the market. It is always clean and they keep a full staff that are eager to assist. I love the homemade soap bar because of the variety of product offered. The lemongrass soap with the bits of grass and other earth particles create an instant spa, leaving your skin and body clean for hours!

Narrow aisles, too many people allowed in store at a time and inventory all over the aisles make for an unpleasant visit. This store is way too costly for an unpleasant shopping trip. Not worth the effort

I love the great team they have! So upbeat and helpful!The store is also kept really clean and I know that I can count on them to have a good selection of healthy options for what I feel like eating that day. Highly recommend!As a side note, sometimes many of the parking spots near the front door are taken. That just goes to show how many other local people agree with me that it is a great store. With that said, I have always been able to find at least a relatively decent parking spot.

It’s January 24, 2018 6:19 pm. It’s dinner time and the salad bar is near empty, not maintained and disappointing. I’m hungry and I guess I came to the wrong place. This continues to happen. My advice to the store manager, use common sense and have the salad bar completely stocked at lunch and dinner. It’s so annoying to drive all the way over here and to see a half ass salad bar. You can do better!

I think my expectations for Whole Foods were maybe a bit too high. I was expecting to be along the lines of something like Fresh Market which is the nicest grocery store Ive visited thus far. This is the first Whole Foods Ive been to but it just didnt offer anything that any other grocery store doesnt already provide. The prices seem a bit higher. Probably comparable to Publix but the selection was much smaller than id hoped. In fairness, the cashier I had was very friendly, the had a good selection of spices and sauces, and they have a nice size parking lot.

I used to love Whole Foods, but the quality has decreased dramatically since Amazon bought them. I frequently receive rotten avocados, frozen foods that have obviously thawed and been refrozen, and rotten cabbage (this is particularly disturbing since cabbage has a very long shelf life). Ive only used their delivery service since Covid, so that may have something to do with it, but I would not recommend anything here besides pantry items.

Great choices, decent prices, great staff! Many food and product selections you simply dont find at you local Wally-World store. Try it, youll keep going back.

Only go here for one item, but I dont get anything else due to the prices being high.

I have always loved Whole Foods. As a vegan it can be a little difficult to find certain items. I can always find what Im looking for there. It can get really busy in there so I usually have my groceries delivered.

Store was organized and tons of friendly helpful staff. Found everything I needed. Aisles were marked to help with social distancing. I have also ordered from this store via Amazon multiple times and have always had a positive experience.

The meat department has serious issues and Ive complained to management numerous times to no avail. So, maybe they will listen now. Here are a list of the problems:1. They do not change gloves between meats.2. They do not wash their hands.3. They refuse to give you ice with your meat like the Greensboro store.4. They have no fear of cross contamination.5. They do no wash the knife before cutting the meat or fish.6. They touch the weight machine with with gloves on after grabbing meat.7. They hand you the meat with gloves on after handling several different meats.8. I have to order my yogurt from here but they refuse to call and let me know when it arrives. So I just grab a case in Greensboro.Finally, last time I went here, I got so upset, I left my fresh cut cross contaminated salmon in the freezer and decided to just drive to Greensboro instead where they follow safety precautions. This is the worst Whole Foods Market yet primarily because of unsafe meat practices and poor customer service.

Didnt have the hair conditioner my wife wanted, but the check out was very welcoming.

Ive shopped at Whole Foods for many years, and I am very pleased with the quality of food and the variety. The customer service is also very good.

One of the smaller whole foods but I’ve visited, fully stocked but hot bar is sparse, good service decent parking location in a busy area.

The layout of this specific location makes it difficult to shop without crowding.I went in for lunch and was very unhappy with the food. The clam chowder and veggie soup were both cold. The flavor was ok but hard to stomach when so cold. The squid and seaweed salad were ok but killed my stomach. I would have returned all the items but the place was pretty busy and I didnt feel it was worth the time.Some of the staff was friendly but most just seemed like they didnt want to be at work.I would recommend finding a better location when it comes to spending that kind of cash for somewhat high end food.

Love this whole foods as well as the one in Greensboro. Both are up to standards.

The disability acccess is unacceptable. The handicapped parking is too far away from the store. I spoke with the manager and she suggested I take care of the situation and call the owner of the property...she was not interested in helping the situation. I am appalled.

Why does it cost so much to eat healthy?

Sterile and cleaner than a hospital. Good looking meat and seafood. Well organized shelves. Easy to find things.

Still a good place for just about anything you might need

Crazy parking lot but good selection of healthy foods inside. They did not have fresh carrot juice on 8/11/2020. They had a bottled carrot/turmeric juice that was good.

The staff is very nice. I did not do any shopping here. They have Amazon lockers and I picked up a package.

Very courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. I couldnt believe how nice they were, it was such a pleasant shopping experience. The store is very clean throughout, with a variety of pretty much any grocery item you could ever want. The food and salad bars were filled, with fresh-looking and delicious smelling delectables. It has a very pleasant and upbeat atmosphere, which made shopping there not feel at all like a chore or errand. It was my first time there, and I do look forward to going back.

Ever since Amazon took over, the selection has thinned out. Also, the staff has pretty much thrown in the towel and really act they could care less. It is hard to watch as I have been a customer since the early days in Austin, Tx.

Least efficient Whole Foods I have ever been to (been to locations in 4 different states). Only 2 registers open, both had LONG lines and VERY slow.

I visited Salem Kitchen. Hadnt been there in a couple of years. I was pleasantly surprised by the new additions to their carry-out, ready made entrees. Their foods are absolutely delicious. The entire staff was helpful and friendly. Husband couldnt make up his mind. He wanted some of everything he tasted. There was a great sample table. I bought ribs, pasta salads, breads, and desserts. I got a discount from the sweet lady who wrung up my purchases and told me about all the other Goodys and sales. Nice clean place and the food smells so good in there. Raves!

This is for the Miller St. Whole Foods in Winston-Salem. I have to be in W-S multiple times during the week either around lunch or dinner time. The food bar is always disappointing, but I must be an optimist because I keep going back. Tonight by 6 PM most of the warm food was gone. The pulled pork- when they have it is dry. Salad dressings are few. Salad topping selection (nuts, etc) are few. Things are always picked over. Greensboros WF is so much better.

Had a lot of good deals going for Amazon members. Friendly staff. Will say they need a few more working checkout lines but Im sure the flow goes up and down just like everywhere else. Find good local products as well as some of my favorite guilt free snacks.

Failed to update hours of opening due to “snow” thus causing major inconvenience to people and their lives. What would have been the difference in opening at 8am than 9am?

If you cant find it here they probably dont make it. The best produce. Really well stocked fish market. The hot bar,salad bar and deli has something for everyone. They carry items that no other store does. Thats why I drove 45 miles from home because they had what I needed and dont want to order it from Amazon and pay triple for it!

I cannot rave enough about service and quality! I have bought both wedding, birthday cakes, and now a new tradition a cake for thanksgiving! The chantilly cake is hands down my favorite item from the bakery! Thank you for making all my holidays so special!

Employees are usually pretty nice here! Prices are high but if youre looking for something thats typically hard to find youll probably be able to find it here. Also, the gelato is great!

I was impressed even though people had told me it was way over priced. I found that the quality for the price was fair. Organics are expencive at the chain supermarkets with very little variety as whole foods has an abundance of products. Stocker evn stopped me and showed me how to save money with my prime account. Iwill add this place to my monthly health food shopping trips.

Its in a great location and the staff is always willing to help out. They offer a great variety of produce (compared to the location in Winston-Salem off of Miller St). Their hot food bar is also accommodating to vegans and vegetarians, as is their bakery. Making returns is a piece of cake. If I need to make they have a specific item in stock before I come to the store, I call ahead of time. They always have what I need.

I love their delicious deli items and got buffet, Soo very yummy!!! Now some items are very expensive but you are paying for higher quality, some organic items and harder to find items. Love it and you get a discount with your Amazon prime

Love this location. Amazing selection. Super clean. Friendly, helpful employees. Amazing by the ounce bar. A great place to drop by to pick up a quick lunch. You can take it with you, or hang out in their seating area.

Its a little pricey for me. If it wasnt for the gift card my parents got me for Hannukah I probably wouldnt shop here. I eat healthy due to my diabetes but this store didnt WOW me.

Larry the cashier was so thoughtful and went out of his way to explain how the Amazon prime program works… Sincerly a kind young man who enjoys his work. I went over and told his manager Lyle Who is an equally thoughtful and appreciative young man. Kudos to these two for exemplary service.

This store has the most rude, unprofessional, ungrateful, unkind representatives, associates and managers. Their service is, more often than not, astonishingly substandard and sub par. Other than convenience, I would never go to this whole foods.

I go here for specific items: dairy- free cheese (Daiya and So Delicious) and ice cream; unadulterated peanut butter in a jar and occasional gluten and dairy-free foods; food supplements, of which they have a great range and, very rarely, other items.The store personnel and the manager are genuinely friendly. ALWAYS, management has made good on any complaint Ive had - whether replacing a product or refunding money ( not that this happens often).Fresh fruits and vegetables are usually of top quality and organic, with a greater range of exotic foods than other stores. Ginger root, for example, is iffy in other stores, almost always available and of top quality here. All this comes at a price, which is why we go here for specific items only.

I stopped in yesterday to buy some steaks. I dont frequent whole foods so I really didnt know where things were. That said the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The guys in the meat department were funny and helpful. For a guy who hardly ever goes to the grocery store I would say it was overall a great experience.
