Great experience, spent 15 minutes adjusting the action on my guitar, cleaned my fretboard and change my strings all gif just a few bucks. And it’s like I have a new instrument!

Recently purchased my first electric after being an acoustic guy for 30 years. Mike and Joey spent the right amount time over a few visits to ensure that I selected the right guitar for my playing style, expectations, and budget. I appreciated very much the variety of the used guitars in excellent condition that were professionally setup and ready to play and handle. This place is made for exploration! In the end I selected a much different guitar than I anticipated because I found what was exactly best suited to me. Without Mike and his guys I would have made the wrong choice. Highly recommended!

Took my Les Paul and Strat to them to have them gone through and setup. They were really easy to work with and I got them back the next day. Both guitars play better than brand new. Dont hesitate, they do good work.

The shop owner is very knowledgeable and very personable. All of the staff are willing to answer any questions, and they also give lessons to people of all skill levels. Wide selection of vintage & new instruments as well as amps & pedals, etc.

Great small guitar shop. Ive purchased three instruments there in the last year. B (the proprietor) is friendly, knowledgeable, and doesnt put any pressure on you. The selection is all used and consignment instruments, so it changes often and you need to visit at least every few weeks. :)

Ive known B since 2005 and hes super-nice guy that does great work. I just took my Fender acoustic-electric guitar to have the pick-up fixed. Its sounds and plays great! Thanks B!!

This guitar shop is the best in the Triad. The owner Mike and all the guys that work there are fantastic. The whole staff is incredibly Knowledgeable, friendly and honest. The B string is a great place to go if your wanting guitar lessons, gear, or help with your gear. The prices are great!!! He doesnt have hundreds of guitars hanging on the wall or a truck load of gear but what he does have is top notch and when you go there your treated like a friend not like just another customer. So if your a beginner or professional musian I highly recommend you go see Mike, Joey, and Chobie I promise youll be glad you did.

Its ok but like most of these local places you dont have much to choose from and you leave without getting to touch an instrument. Owner was a pleasant fellow.

Just went in there with my sister very excited with $3K cash in pocket for a PRS (which they had) but the owner and two guys in there wanted to chat amongst themselves instead of showing some basic customer service for someone wanting an expensive luxury item easily found elsewhere. I stood looking at the guitar then looking over to them for some acknowledgement I was there, but nothing ? Even when eye contact was made while heading towards the door to walk out, no attempt was made to see if we needed/wanted anything !? I feel its not the buying customers obligation to ask for help, especially since theyre there to spend their cash. I just got the PRS that I wanted on Reverb and saved $850 so its all good but Ill not go there again for sure 😎🎸
