I cant recommend this location highly enough. Madison was so extremely helpful when we had to get a document notarized quickly. We only had a few hours left in Winston Salem after dropping our son off at college and she really came through for us in our time of need. Thank you, Madison!

Terrible place. Nothing but bad experiences here. They wanted over $900 to ship a laptop to Texas, I went home and was able to ship it with stamps.com for $47. Another time I overnighted some important medication, and these guys just let the package sit in their office for FOUR DAYS and then shipped it regular shipping speed, NOT overnight. The package arrived at its destination AFTER the recipient had already left! I would avoid this place at all cost.

I ship items on a regular basis and have a mail box at this location for my business. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The printing services at this location is top notch! Need some banners designed and printed? Business cards? They got you covered. Great selection of cards with animals on them if you need to get a card for any occasion on hand as well. Keep up the great work!

Madison is amazing! She helped me greatly through getting an insulin pen to my father quickly. I had the wrong zip code and she went out of her way to find the correct address. Stellar customer service on a Sunday afternoon, where every other shipping place is closed.

I highly recommend getting your packages processed at this UPS Store location. I received the best customer care service I have ever experienced at a UPS store ever. It took me 35 minutes to reach this location, so when I arrived at this UPS store, it had just closed 2 - 5 minutes earlier. I was disappointed, because I thought I wouldve had to make the trip again. Amazingly, a very kind, caring lady accepted my package. I didnt need to travel back to the store because she processed my package the next day. Thank you, I greatly appreciate her awesome customer service!

This place is great! I was in a bind and the employee there stayed a few extra minutes for me (after the store has closed) to ship my item by close of business. Ive been here additional times since then and the staff always does an amazing job, are very helpful, and are always able to answer my questions. I would recommend this location to anyone!

Have you ever just wanted to hug someone -- but it would probably be weird if you did? I have had two experiences at this location in the past week when I was helped by Melvin and both times he was just so sweet that I really appreciated his kindness. He is so personable and helpful. Melvin makes an errand enjoyable and Im grateful to have my interaction with him during an especially busy day.

I highly recommend this store. The owner is very customer service oriented and friendly. When my daughter was attending Wake Forest we shipped our boxes from Chicago to her store and were able to keep the boxes there for several days until we were able to pick them up. This way we were able to ship the boxes a few days early and weren’t concerned about the boxes not being in Winston Salem when we got there to move into the dorm. When my daughter moved out of the dorm, a store rep dropped off boxes and tape, and then picked them up at the dorm and shipped them back to Chicago the morning of my daughter’s flight home. This made moving out much easier for my daughter. It also saved me a flight down just to pack up and drive the boxes to the store. I would highly recommend this store.

I had a VERY important package to overnight. The staff went far above & beyond to make sure it would get delivered to the correct place on time. The gentleman was on the phone and on the web to verify the physical address and timing of delivery. No doubt Barefoot Hiker will get her boots ASAP! If I could rate this shipper 10 stars I would. I frequently go downtown, so if I need a shipper THIS IS THE ONE!

THEY WERE AMAZING. I went in last minute on a Friday night and they zipped through my ridiculous number of Amazon returns VERY quickly without any problems. Kind, polite, efficient. I hadnt figured out how to return all my items in one label and they never made me feel like I was an inconvenience or a bother, even though I brought in so many packages last minute. Thank you!!!!!!!!! Also, parking was very easy for anyone who avoids downtown because of that.

My daughter (student at Wake Forest) has used the College Summer Storage service through UPS Store 6702 for the past two years. Its been a lifesaver for us. Being from California, we arent close enough to drive there to help her move in and out each year, so she has to handle the packing up herself and needs to be able to store most of her belongings there over the summer. This service has given me, as a parent, complete peace of mind. They delivered the packing supplies (boxes and tape) to her about a week before packup. It was easy to schedule the pickup and subsequent re-delivery times. They came to her room and carried all of the items away; it was a very efficient process. And then re-delivery happened equally as efficiently, on schedule. Both years, all of the items were in good shape after their storage over the summer. And Amy-Ruth was easy to work with and always available to answer any questions I had. Weve been very happy with UPS Store 6702, and would definitely recommend the College Summer Storage service to other students and parents.

Ran in on Friday to ship a return order back. I was assisted by a young black gentleman who seemed okay at first. The item that I needed shipped, which was a pair of shoes was only in the original box and was told I would need to purchase another box to ship it in. No problem....except the gentleman told me the box would be $20. So I say $20???? Are you kidding me for a box to fit a childs size shoe. I politely declined service because for $20 I could have made my own box. I eventually went to the UPS store in Hanes Mall this morning to ship off same item and was told a box would only cost me $7.85. The employee there told me that he doesnt understand why someone would have tried to sell me a box at the previous price. So to end this rant I honestly feel like the store downtown was attempting to scam me out of the rest of my money. Will not be returning to that location EVER!!!

Ive almost always had good experiences here, but today I went in, and the employee working wasnt wearing a mask. In the midst of a pandemic as our numbers rise this was disconcerting, and I guess Ill have to find another store for now.

The customer service I experienced was poor and inconsistent with other UPS stores I have frequented. Charging patrons $2.50 for less than six inches of tape is a bit offensive, but for businesses overly concerned with the bottom line this makes sense. Also the store manager wasnt available to discuss the matter leaving only one employee to oversee the location.

I rarely leave reviews especially the negative ones because I feel like it’s a waste of my time. But, this time I had to because if nobody speaks up nothing changes. I’ve been using this UPS location for about a year now. It’s usually So easy and the staff has always been so helpful. I’ve dealt with Melton most of the times I went and let me say that For a mom with 2 little kids, running errands doesn’t happen so quick and easy. I loved coming to this location because it’s right up the street but also because Melton is always kind and helpful. He holds the door when my hands are full with kids and boxes and asks if I need help. He also makes sure the packages are taped and packed correctly. He’s so well spoken and mannered, made the trip much more pleasant, which takes a lot from my anxiety of running errands with my little ones. Last time I went there though, I dealt with someone else, which I quickly assumed she’s some kind of manager there as she was speaking so condescending to me and the other staff there. I didn’t appreciate her tone of voice and her knowitall attitude. I simply asked if they have any boxes that they’re getting rid of as it happened to me in the past to get a disposable box at that location. She quickly and angrily responded that NO, we don’t give boxes and that as a matter of fact it’s illegal to give boxes and that if anyone did it she needs to know who that was as in like they will be prosecuted or something for giving a box away. It was just a simple question and she answered so rudely and offensive. I didn’t mind buying a box, it was just the way she answered me and Her attitude was downgrading. I wasn’t sure what size box I needed and their boxes are not cheap. Anyways, she sold me a box, which I didn’t mind paying for if I knew I would use it ended up being waaaaay to big to even ship. Couldn’t return And ups wanted $400 to ship. I was like you have got to be kidding me! It’s still sitting in my trunk. $15 ... bought a bit smaller size box at uhaul for $1 and was able to ship. If you have no customer service skills you should not be in that spectrum of work.

Got there today at 8:05, their hours on the door say 7:30 but no one was there and the door was locked. Came to work and told my boss, he said he saw people looking in the window last week around the same time. Dont go there first thing in the morning, they dont feel like honoring their hours...

The older gentleman Lyle was incredibly helpful and courteous but his associate was rude and did not provide any confirmation that my job was received, an estimate (as I had requested), or that it would be printed larger than I had asked. Hit or miss in my experience

Very horrible experience. Amy was very rude to me. I printed off a shipping label and wasn’t even on the computer for 1 minute. Mind you, no prices posted near the computer or anything. She charges me for 5 min computer access which was 3$. Really? Then I ask her how much a box would be to ship something. 87$. Lol wow. The shipping label was prepaid but you’re charging 80 dollars to pack something? Definitely didn’t get that 5 star experience everyone else had received. So I go back inside to make sure there was no confusion in her thinking the label wasn’t prepaid and asked how much for JUST THE BOX. She said “87$, that’s what I said!” In a rude tone. Lorddddd. I about lost it. Thanks to my mom I was raised with respect and would never disrespect my elders. She was more concerned with playing with her mutt than being nice to me. Who has a dog in their business? Definitely will not be returning. Knollwood location is better.

I was nervous initially because this item means a lot to me but my nerves were quickly eased when I meet Anthony Lowe. Amy Ruth runs a chain of UPS/USPS stores in the area. Marks up all USPS packages to the max. Would never pay for anything at her stores she runs which are N Liberty Street Winston-Salem, NC 27101, 380H Knollwood Street Winston Salem, NC 27103, or 31 South Talbert Boulevard Lexington, NC 27292. Go to your local post office or other UPS location and make sure you arent being overcharged. Im not even sure if she overcharges for UPSs standardized rates depending on weight, size, and destination. Unethical practices that are only meant to hurt the customer and increase the profit margins of her stores.

I have signs printed and posters for my business, the store on Liberty downtown & Knollwood have better big format print prices than Sign-a-rama, Fed Ex Office or the 2 print shops on Burke street because I called all of them - the print quality and paper choices are better tooIm doing all my printing at the UPS shops on Knollwood and downtown -usually same day service if they have the files early
