Way too expensive without a coupon. Even with the coupon its still a little above regular prices. However they do have high quality items.

I ordered online 3 barstools, one was defective and I went to the store to do the exchange. A manager was called and it was a smooth process. Im very happy with my barstools.

There was a lot of good specials. I found a Christmas gift right before checking out. Due to Covid-19 there was long lines but that was because of the 6ft apart rule. All cashiers were being fast and efficient when checking customers out.

Lots of employees working in the store today with very few customers. However, not one of the employees offered to assist us, much less make eye contact and acknowledge us. We werent welcomed or thanked upon entering or exiting the store...including management. Did I mention two of the hand sanitizer sanitizer stations were empty?

The customer service at this location explains why Bed Bath and Beyond was forced to close 60 stores last year. I came to return a shower head that was sitting in a large area marked “clearance”. It was a Moen Aromatherapy Showerhead. When I installed the shower head I learned that it had water pressure equivalent to pouring water out of a glass and the aromatherapy pod worked 1 time. When I came to exchange it I was told to grab the item I was exchanging it for and come back to the register. As we were being rung up and older woman comes barricading to the register shouting not to make the exchange because I purchased an “as is” item. No one told me I could return or exchange this item when I purchased it and again it was marked Clearance in an area with other clearance items. The way this woman came to the register was embarrassing. She says she will have to get her manager who just comes over and doesn’t listen to anything we have to say. She just says I wish I could help you but I can’t.That they are closing 60 stores means they aren’t doing a very bang up business. I would stay as FAR AWAY from the Winter Garden Village location. Nothing but angry old women who are likely bitter they won’t have jobs very much longer. Target, Lowe’s, and Best Buy are among other stores in the same plaza that will have all the same products. Stay far, far away!

We just bought curtains and rods online due to not wanting to go out with covid19 around. It worked out great. I think a lot of people will be doing more online shopping from now on.

Great selection of household items. Good customer service, most of the employees are friendly and helpful. So many options in styles and brands, great place to compare similar brands or items. Also a good place to find those unique treasures and gifts. The broad array of towels, linens, bedding, curtains, pillows, bath supply, etc., etc.. It is worth a visit if you are in the market for a Kitchen Gadget, a New Candle, or need a bath mat. Youll also see a plethora of Never Knew I Needed That as well.

Ok, just know this is a factory store NOT outlet.Prices are full price. That said you can try on, touch/feel shoes most stores dont stock. Also on the sides are clearance shoes at a very good discount. About $20-$40 but choices are limited.

The prices are great especially clearance! There are lots of cute things here. It’s so tempting to buy the things I don’t need. I always find more than what I’m looking for. In my experience the checkout line can be long, but at least the staff try to get you out of there quickly.

Great sale! Was wanting for culinary blender juicer food processor. The plan was to get it for Christmas. Well, $100 off plus $20% coupon made it happen today. Store was clean, sales people helpful (had to get it down from high shelf). Quick easy early Christmas gift.

Super Large selections in Winter Garden!! Awesome

I was not very happy to shop at this store as the stock was very depleted. The baking area was empty and they removed all the foods. I didnt stay long and left very disappointed. 😕

I like shopping here. Always a large selection of products that I use and want. Employees are helpful and they usually provide decent checkout service. Also enjoy the coupons they offer on a regular basis.

The trip to Bed Bath was a pleasure from the Disney area. There was very little if any traffic and the parking was great. The store itself is spotless and like all Bed Bath stores is well organized. The staff was courteous and helpful and we will definitely be shopping here again. Location is everything for me.

They have so much to choose from and they are finally back open. The day I visited there was plenty of employees waiting to help and would even take the time to see if they could order an item. Plenty of close by parking.

Definite five star rating! ANYTIME you pass a staff member in the store, they always ask if you need anything! The store is always clean, and orderly, filled with fun and interesting things. Their coupons are always a bonus, and everything I have bought there is always in good working order.

Disappointed. Stopped in to pick up the dish soap for my motion-sensitive kitchen dispenser which I had purchased there, and as it so often seems, my item was out of stock, but on order for their shelves. I asked if I could pay for the item and then come pick it up once it arrived. I was told they could not reserve restocking items. I could order on line for store pickup but would cost me $5.99 for shipping....whether delivered to their store or to my home. REALLY? The store is out if stock and offers no convenient way for me to get my item without paying? I could call every couple of days and if they have the item THEN they can hold it for me. Left empty handed and ordered through Amazon Prime. Same price, free shipping.

This store is not very well stocked. Whenever I go there to get anything they typically only have half the items I need. The one in Dr. Phillips has a much better selection of products. However, the employees at this location are very friendly and helpful.

My daughter bought a shower curtain the holes for the hooks was on wrong end. She went to exchange it and because she had used a coupon when she purchased it they couldnt figure out how to do the exchange. They ended up charging her $5, plus tax and gave her another coupon for $5. They should have just done an even exchange, not charge her more.

It was horred!!! Cashier did not know what she was doing,at the far end of the store. They took forever to get any help. Then when help can they did not move to customers that where waiting the longest. They just started take people that had not been waiting at all.

They have it all here, from hair pins to Kitchen Aid appliances. The one stop shop for home decor and supplies to make your house needs complete.

I feel like I can never find anything in any BB&B, and in this one the employee didnt even know what we were looking for and we had to show her a picture (were purchasing a cherry pitter). Then I found it before she did, AND the kicker was she asked what it was for (????). Everything is always overpriced at BB&B so be sure to use a coupon (can always find one on mobile if you search for it).
