Honestly I generally dread going into a Best Buy. Dude in the computer department was really cool. He could have just blown me off, but instead he put in an effort. I think he was a lead or Mgr.A little faith restored.
Was looking for a PS5… was told by staff to order online and deliver to store for a better chance of receiving it by the holidays. While disappointed it couldn’t purchase day of they were very helpful and friendly when relaying the information.
If you want basic things that are very common Best Buys place to go. But if you want something specific youre better off looking online.

In the last year I have recently purchased a T.V. and home entertainment system, a new phone, and desktops for the kids and the service here was excellent! Brand new $1800.00 Refrigerator freezer is malfunctioning. First phone call to have it fixed resulted in the driver calling for my delivery, which happened the week before, nothing to deliver on his truck. After he told me he had nothing to deliver and he was not a repair tech he transfered me to the Geek Squad. I set up an appointment. Days later, 30 minutes before the last possible arrival I was notified they were on the way to my apartment in Queens NY. Ugh, hello I bought it in Florida and had it delivered in Florida to a Florida address. Called again and spent 45 minutes on the phone changing addresses giving new dates for service to come to my Florida address and repair after she wanting to just swap out a new one. In todays environment no way. Needless to say, her last words to me were Im going to put you on hold to confirm, dont hang up. Guess what, I HUNG UP 30 MINUTES LATER AND NEVER HEARD ANY THING BACK. Lack of customer service. You have to wait. But they are pretty knowledgeable although sometimes I feel they trying to sell you the highest price product.
I purchased an appliance package (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher & microwave) for almost $5,000 total on July 5 to be delivered on July 10 between 7 am and 1 pm, as I chose a package that was IN STOCK. 2 days before delivery, I receive a confirmation for my delivery. The day of the delivery, Saturday July 10, around 12:30 pm, still nothing. So I called the store and they stated that not everything was in stock and that it had to be rescheduled. I went to the store that day and spent nearly 2.5 hours getting the whole thing rescheduled. I accepted to wait until Saturday, August 21 to have everything delivered. I was given a discount of $200 for this. In the meantime I have purchased a big screen television to be installed on the wall on 08/14 (another $4,500 purchase). The TV was installed on 08/14 and in the middle of the TV install, I received a call that my refrigerator was going to be delivered in the next 25 minutes. They didnt even notify me a day in advance, they just showed up. I didnt say anything that day, hoping the rest will be delivered on 08/21.Today, 08/21, around 7:30 am, I received a call that my appliances will be delivered. When they arrived at my door, I was told they only had my electric stove! I asked them where is the rest, they told me on another delivery. How inconvenient!! When I looked on the delivery manifest, it showed the dishwasher and microwave had to be rescheduled! I can not tell you how much steam I was making!!!! I called the manager at the store and he told me that they were in stock and does not understand what happened. Now I have to wait another week to get my two other appliances, because they cant deliver after 5:00 pm!! The dishwasher was the most important, as my current one was leaking. I wait since July 10th to have my dishwasher replaced.I asked something again for the inconvenience and I just was told that they could not do more, even though it was their fault!I CALL THIS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND APPRECIATION!I hope my review helps for you making a decision before buying.
Khelsea was AMAZING by far the best customer service ever!! We had so many problems and she helped with all of them while being a good sport and fun. She did everything in her power to help us and we actually got more then what we came in for. Give her a raise!!! Would rate 10 stars if I could! The whole store was amazing and so friendly.
The nice man at computers, was super helpful with choosing a computer for our son. He listen to what we need and he suggested us few options, but also explain technical differences... I felt like he genuinely wanted to help and most important - he didnt try to upsell it. Amazing. This was by far Best experience in Best buy.Because of him i will definitely be back at that location to buy computer for my self.
Limiting purchases to only one of anything above 1k so good luck buying two iPads or laptops etc. absolutely ridiculous policy
I usually just buy things I already know about or deal directly with magnolia and those experiences have been great. However, one time I used pacific kitchens, bought a really expensive fridge they said would be delivered in 14 days or sooner. Then said it was backordered and would not do anything to make it right. Said it was going to take 3 months min. So customer service can be shaky depending on which department youre dealing with!
Busy store, well kept, fairly easy to find things. People are helpful, though when it gets busy you might get lost in the crowd waiting for help. Returns were quick and easy. Pick up is usually great, though a bit delayed sometimes. Management could do more to help the workers there when they are overwhelmed and in need of help in any given department.
Super shout out to Zoey (Zoeyh C.) at the Winter garden Best Buy. He took time to understand exactly what I needed for our groups conferencing meeting with microphones, tripods, speakers etc and figured out the best configuration and kept under my budget!! You cant get any better than that. That was superb customer service and I will be back because of that exact kind of personal attention. Thank you so much!

Went yesterday to get help with our Verizon phones and we waited and waited. Front door attendee said someone would come to us. Knowing we were the only people standing in the Verizon phone area for over 10 -15 min waiting, no one ever came to us, we decided to leave, since they obviously dont need our business. While seeing us leave he said but shes there, who, why wouldnt she come to see a potential customer. Why? Because she was on the phone and decided, na, I m not on commission, why bother. My granddaughter had left her laptop for school and my pit puppies decided that it had to die. And Best Buy was my saving grace. The cord was worth more than the laptop but still had to replace it. The young man who helped me was very considerate and was able to get me the part and out of the store with in 15min.
Love Best Buy. Im a tech guy so this where I go to find the newest stuff I need. Employees are always friendly and helpful.
Terrible customer service. No wonder why their business is shriveling up. Store after store after store closing…Treat customers without a mask like a criminal… it’s gonna leave a lasting impression on their business long after the virus is long gone. I hope they know that people remember how you make them feel. Last I checked we live in the United States of America. Has many signs for help wanted. However the employees were just standing around avoiding helping customers.
Shopped first time for a TV sound bar. Sales clerk sent me to an isle where we can select and hear different models. Some had higher volume and sounded much stronger than others (regardless of price). I walked back to sales clerk, who was busy and said he would walk over to the demos to talk to me when he could. I realized the reason for big differences were some sound bars had their sub woofers engaged and working, others did not. Make real comparisons impossible. After 15 more minutes it was clear the clerk was not coming back, and another clerk who heard me talking walked by but said nothing to me. So I picked out a system (where the sub woofer was working), walked around and found the box for that model, found a cart and did the rest on my own. Not too impressed with lack of service.

Went to buy a sound bar and within a minute an associate approached me to offer assistance. I already was leaning toward a certain one so they only helped solidify my decision. Checked out in about 5 min or less thanks to the amount of associates working the registers. Was a great store. Winter garden was on top of their game

Andy is arrogant, and had me cancel a phone line before telling me I had to have someone else present, and they had to pull credit for it, when all I was doing was adding a phone line! Wasted so much money, and time here.
The place itself is great but I needed to rent something to get around the park with due to a injury to my leg. They are 100.00 for the motorized ones thats crazy expensive considering how much it is to get in. Si i rented just a wheel chair that half way around the park it became unstable and unsafe. Options there was none not happy

During the beginning drama of covid-19: You need to call ahead and make a reservation. They told us they were short on employees. Waited in line, which totally drives me nuts. Wait in line to spend my money! Certain games and computers were in short supply. We were helped by salesman who knew about microwaves, and he was nice and friendly. Anyway Id call first.
Chose curbside pickup. Super easy. Staff came out fast.
Went in to buy a computer and the sales associate Gio was so patient answering all my questions and helping me pick the best product for me and then Jessie at the geek squad was so nice taking us even though we didnt have an appointment and setting us up so all the files on our old computer get transferred onto our new computer.
I talked to the very knowledgeable salesperson for about 45 minutes about smart home security products. He educated me on many things I found very interesting.. I have Alexa products and he told me the differences between Google and Alexa and the pros and cons of each. He mentioned some things are on sale. The SimpliSafe video doorbell was a special price with the Best Buy rewards program. I thought I would get one and put it on my SimpliSafe system and be able to see who is at my front door.
Weve visited Best Buy all over the country and this Best Buy doesnt disappoint when it comes to staff knowledge and helpfulness! There is always someone around to answer any questions we have. I love that I dont have to go on a hunt to find good help👍
While the store did not have what we were looking for in stock, I want to commend Eddick in the computer section for his excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to scour the store trying to find what we were looking for, and we got there right at closing time.

Quite possIbly the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a retail location. I’ll agree with a previous review stating that this location doesn’t answer their phones, this is true. When I had to go into the store, the sales associates made me feel as if I was inconveniencing them by asking a question. With the accessibility of online shopping, there’s really no reason to shop in store unless you need to talk to a sales associate, but don’t bother coming here. A child would be better at helping you find something at this Best Buy than the people employed here.

Selections on console accessories are slim to none. The store was pretty barren in the areas relevant to me. Movies, CDs and gaming.
Left a similar review on another Best Buy location that I also tried calling...No one answers their phones at Best Buy apparently. The phone rang until it because clear no one was going to get it. All I wanted to know is if an item was at the store. Please improve your customer service. Advice to fellow consumers-Don’t call this store unless you have a desire to listen to elevator music indefinitely.
Love this Best Buy I make a little bit of a drive up here to recycle my old electronics, batteries and ink cartridges. I noticed they have all their recycling bins temporary removed from the front not sure if they are getting new bins or what. A employee of LP took my ink cartridge and old watch to the geek squad for recycling for me she was very helpful. I buy a lot of electronics from here and I love the fact they offer open box electronics here. Who does not love giving used once or never used but not with the original packaging elections a second life.

Ive gone here a few times and each time has been pleasant. The staff are usually very informative and helpful. Sometimes there can be a wait but I think that has more to do with the fact that this is the only Best Buy between Orlando and The Villages. Overall Id give them a 9/10.

How to deal with a bad best buy if they have a product you want.1) Go to another best buy and order the item in question. This forces the store to share the profit with the other store and alleviates you from having to go to the bad store.2) Profit. (You, not them.)

This best buy needs to change its name to Best Buy Lazy Employees. I guess this is the store they send lazy Employees. The greeter pointed in the back. The person in the back shrugged. I looked around, asked others until I found a found a young man in the left corner near auto section and he went out of his way to help me, the others didnt want to put in the effort. What should have taken me 10 minutes took me almost an hour.
Handicapped parking as been placed one row beneath maternity & drive up ordering.Very friendly, eager, efficient, Masked employees greeted me, while cleaning then led me right to products I requested. Impatiently I neglectfully went right to the checkout, sanitized my purchases & myself while waiting for gracious greeting& checkout. All this for 2 reams of lowest prices premiumprinter/ copy paper.
Went to have my phone repaired and I was told my warranty will still be honored by Apple care. Spoke with Apple about this and I was correct bestbuy can choose to repair under warranty but they chose not to. My guess is that it’s easier to tell a customer no instead of doing their research before turning them away. What a waste of time and lazy customer service.
I drove 45 minutes to get here because this is where I get all of my expensive electronics. I was helped pretty quickly by someone named Scout and they were extremely knowledgeable about all the products I was looking into. They helped me choose my new Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro and the best Chrome book to fit my needs (Samsung as well). I was very pleased with the entire visit... definitely worth the 45 minute drive.
Its best buy you know it has limited stock on items and short staffing. The staff was great just wish the store had more options for some items.

Have to say one of the biggest flaws of walking into these store is that you always end up spending more than you anticipated....not saying its a bad thing. This particular store has an extremely helpful set of staff. Chase from the magnolia section was very helpful in ensuring he could help us select the right product for our needs.
The absolute best experience at this location for Geek Squad. Mr Roman from geek squad provided an absolute amazing experience, one I actually did not anticipate on receiving unless sitting at a genius bar. Made the replacement of my iphone stress free. Definitely will almost never go back to an apple store after an experience like this. Keep up the amazing work guys!
Been here for 30 minutes. Watched sales personnel walk right by me to serve other customers that were here after me. The one that did speak to me told me a incorrect price then disappeared. Didnt know spending $1400 would be so difficult.
Not too thrill with the service here. The gentleman who helped at the end was super nice, but unfortunately he did not know much about some of the equipments. He was still a great person, but the one lady at first sadly she was not at nice.
I enjoy going to this store. Its clean and organized. They have a great selection of electronic products. I like being able to see all the higher end tvs before I buy. This store has a Magnolia section with the top of the line tvs and sound systems.
I purchased a microwave on 7/26/20 with delivery and take away of my old over the range one at the Winter Garden Fl. store. It was set up four weeks out on 8/25/20 due to geek squad schedule, which seemed crazy. The next few days I realized the salesperson set the appointment for the morning when I specifically asked for afternoon because of my work schedule. I called to reschedule and now I had to wait 2 more weeks (6 now) so the new delivery was now 9/11/20. On Friday 9/11/20 after taking off half a day of work for the delivery I get a call at 10:44am call from the geek squad telling me the store didn’t have my microwave so he can’t deliver it and that Best Buy would call to reschedule. Not happy at all (geek squad was super nice, it wasn’t his fault). At 4:30 I start to get texts an emails telling me I need to reschedule the delivery. So Best Buy messes up and I need to call through the phone system to reschedule their mistake? A human can’t call and apologize for the company’s mistake? I waited 6 weeks and they couldn’t get the microwave to be ready for delivery? Now I’ll have to wait longer because they’re probably booked out weeks again. Poor customer service during this purchase and now I’m required to jump and call them when they should be calling me making this right.

Came here, spent 3K on appliances and 1.3K on a phone. Delivery crew for appliances got lost and gave 20 minutes notice before arriving. Then they didnt install fridge despite agreement to do so.Asked for a Manager to call me. No response.Tried to call on the phone today and Ive been on hold for 20 mins.Update: Got the last of our order today. Crew was supposed to be here at Noon. Shows up at 7:30am, calling at 6:55am. Had to refuse stove installation since we werent ready for the stove.I feel sorry for you if youre getting a delivery from here. Will not be doing business with in the future since they cant honor agreements.Update 2: Someone in their office is selling peoples info because Im now receiving fraudulent warranty requests in the mail.
Larger Best Buy and fully stocked. Little shocked they packed aisles in such a way that prevents much of any social distancing though so beware of this. Of course in Florida a few people were not wearing masks properly or at all. Beware of thoughtlessness there.
