I chose this place to fix my car after a collision because it was recommended by a relative. Got my car back almost two weeks after the estimated date. The car looked good when I picked it up but a week later, my fog light feel out of the socket and inside the whole I can see where they tried to glue my fog light back into place with some type of silicon. My fog light was untouched by the accident. It looked like an attempt to cover up a mistake. Don’t use this place.

They did an excellent job repairing a damaged rear fender on my Tacoma.They completed the work as promised and kept me informed on the progresss.

Although my car was totalled and AutoNation wasnt able to do the work, they were very friendly to my wife and I. I hope I never need them, but if I do, theyll definitely get our business! 👍

Great Experience. I am always apprehensive going into a body shop or garage. I have finally found a place I can trust. People who do good work. People who accommodate my sometimes crazy work schedule. Someone whos willing to work out payment options. The price has always been better than a dealership or any other shops in the surrounding area. Sadly, Ive had to take my car here 3 times (none of the accidents were my fault). I have always gotten my car/truck back on time, and the work done to perfection and Chris has always worked out a good price for me.

Initially I thought this place did a great job with my car but just a few days later I had to go back. First there was a strip around my headlight that was coming off. I went back and all they did was glue it back down. A few days after that I went back again because a strip by my window was falling off. Of course they glued that back down as well. Now my back bumper is falling off and my side mirror is loose.

Very professional, nice and friendly and did a nice job at fixing my damaged car would recommend to someone else!

They were only open 8-5, and I worked those exact hours. They were really great about staying a little longer after 5 to wait for me to get dropped off to pick up my car! They did a great job too, couldn’t even tell there was any damage, it looked new!

Very pushy, be careful, they try to get you to use them even if you dont want to.I went in for an estimate as they are a USAA approved shop. I let them know when I was getting the estimate done that I already had a different repair shop I was using and would be out of town in the coming week so I was waiting to get it repaired. Later on that day I got my estimate and figured that was the end of their part. For the next two days, I got emails telling me I that an appointment was set up for me to drop off the car (the day I was already out of town) and they were ordering my parts for the repair. I emailed them back to cancel my appointment and stop the order since I hadnt authorized them to do the work.I feel that I was upfront while the estimate was done and they still tried to force me to use their shop to do the repair.Overall, it left a bad impression on me but the people were friendly while I was dealing with them face to face. In the end, I will be staying far away from this shop in the future.

The AutoNation location in Winter Garden replaced my windshield. They were efficient from start to finish: on time, polite and went the extra mile to secure my inspection/emissions stickers from my home state of PA. The windshield is perfect, my SunPass intact and my rearview mirror attached securely. Bryan came to my location and the job was complete in about an hour. He left the front seat/floor/dash of my vehicle clean, in order and not a speck of dirt. Highly recommend!

Scratched the bumper of my brand new Lexus SUV. Chris H. at Autonation was professional and honest with his advice and since I wasnt going the insurance route, he got me a price that didnt break the bank. Dropped off the car on Monday and had it back in three days. The bumper looked brand new again, they even gave the car a nice wash and wax. Its rare to find such excellent customer care and service, they truly did an incredible job of fixing my dumb mistake!

Held off for a long time posting this, but if there was less than one star they earned it.Had my new car in for a collision repair, this shop fixed it and it didnt take a long time, was not any structural damage.However upon additional inspection, they didnt line up the hood or door properly, as well as not putting on the emblem on my car.Additionally the buff job they did was swirly.I took it back to them and they assured me they would fix the deficiencies.They did not, I can actually see written in pencil waves on the my rear quarter and over spray on my front passenger side near the front quarter.They said it was guaranteed for a lifetime, bit tbh I dont trust them enough to take it back.Its an in and out as quick as possible place.Im going to be out of pocket for this for Over 1000 to get this fixed.The body shops I went to wont even touch it, they told me to bring it back to the shop that did work on it, that says a lot.And when I brought it back the last time, they werent as friendly, kind of like your car will never be the same.Not a good business practice.2 body shops told me they took my money.n And I went to the other shops to get a touch up on my bumper since I recently got rear ended at a stop light, they noticed this as i did.Never had an accident before.Guess I learned the hard way.Ill know better next time...

The work on the car was great. They did exactly what was needed, nothing more, nothing less. Their texting communication system was off from what I was being told over the phone and when the representative that had my account was out sick no one else took it over. I had to call to get the update and upon her return they made it sound like I blamed her. I was merely trying to give them feedback and they were pointing fingers. All and all the work itself took a while but was good.

Were a household with three cars, and weve had a need for body repairs over the years ................... By far, AutoNation Collision Winter Gdn is the the best body shop ive used. GREAT job

The workmen ship was very good. They replaced the front bumper and front headlight. The left light was replaced, but the right was not. They did buff out the right light, but we will need to replace this ourselves. My biggest concern was the lack of follow through on completing the project. The windshield had overspray on it, and I did not notice it until I was on my way home. We called the next day and was told to bring it back and they would take care of it. My wife took it back, waited and when she left there was no improvement. We dont have time to keep bringing our car back for things that should have been done before we were told the car is ready. We cleaned it ourselves and had to replace our wipers that were damaged by the overspray

Roger (Autonation Staff Member) is extremely unprofessional and extremely rude by the way he speaks to his customers. I went to fix my car, left the car for a week (way too long) then 2 days later he calls leaving me a voicemail stating that one headlight needs replacing. So I called back as soon as I heard the voicemail and asked him how much for the other headlight so it can look even. I dont want my car to look uneven. He says Itll be $156 with tax and installation included out the door I said Ok, order it he also tells me the car should be ready by certain date and it was, but when I arrived that certain date, I greet him politely, Im excited to get my car already. He comes up and tells me its $256 for the other headlight. I was like WTH, thats not what he said on the phone when I spoke to him. I told him I was not paying for that much since thats not what we agreed on. Then he has the guts to tell me that I would have to leave the car 3 more days to get it replaced back to the old one. What an idiot, first off, hes a very bad liar and second, starts to argue with me in front of other staffs in the building office. I asked to speak with the supervisor and he replies back with Supervisors do not give their numbers out or speak with the customers I was like WTH IS WRONG WITH THIS PLACE. So he decided to lower the price to $179, WOOOOWWW!!!! Never ever will I bring my car there again. This place needs to be sued. Oh and I got a witness that heard him saying the price was $156. Get real, and get fired! Sorry place to work for.

My AC was not working after my accident. I told Brian multiple times that it was a big concern of mine. After two weeks of having my car I was told it was done. I picked it up and the AC was not working. They didn’t even bother to mention it upon pick up, I guess they just hoped I wouldn’t notice or say anything.

They were very fast at doing their jobs the only fault I found was the glass to put in was not the original original Audi glass and thats was not cool at all.

They always do a great job with any repair!

They did a good job on the body work. I was in a rear end accident so they had to do some work on the front end, radiator and AC condenser. Found that my AC wasnt working at idle any more. Took it back, no real attempt to fix it, was told to take it to Honda for warranty. After leaving got a strange call from a local number claiming to be USAA, again pushing me to take it to Honda under a warranty claim. Called USAA they had no record of the call. I eventually figured it out myself that they put the wrong model year AC condenser fan in my car, put a `13 fan in my `14 and the fan was blowing the wrong direction. I was referred here by USAA and wont be returning. A frustrating experience would be an understatement.

Took my car here because the insurance company of the guy who hit me recommended it, I was a bit worried seeing how they dont have many reviews, but my concern quickly went away by how they treated me. They addressed all the concerns I had and kept me updated throughout the whole process. When I went to pick up my car there was a small scatch on the headlight from the accident and after I addressed the concern they took it back and buffed it out in 15 mins. Great customer service and experience, will definately be coming back if something else occurs.

Worst customer service. After waiting 3 weeks for estimate and several phone calls not returned was told by Chris that he didnt like the way I was talking to him and i should take my car elsewhere to be repaired. Hope his supervisor reads this!
