We were both excited and dreadful. Most people tell you buying a mattress is like making a purchase at a car dealership. High pressure sales and trying to squeeze you for every dollar. I would know a bit too, because I’m in sales as well.With Jessica M, it was nothing like that at all!! She asked if I wanted to try pillows, I said I just wanted a mattress, she immediately only showed me beds as I requested. She didn’t waste my time or pressure me uncomfortably. She asked for my budget and I said 600-800 when all the showroom floor beds we’re going for 1500-2000. She didnt make me feel bad at all and immediately showed me beds within my range. I was quite picky and she probably lifted and changed at LEAST 4-5 mattresses until my wife and I agreed on one. She was so patient and kind through the entire thing. She fully informed me of all info I needed to know on the bed.She got me on a bed that comfortably met my budget at 499 and got me a cover for 15. I went home happy and in my budget with a brand new 8inch memory foam KING bed. She made it painless and infact a pleasurable experience. Shes what good sales people strive to be.Honest and ready to do a FAIR deal. She deserves a raise. I highly recommend her.I had such a negative outlook on big mattress brands. I have never shopped at mattress firm before until today. I was a bit hesitant at first because I was worried I would feel pressured into trying to buy the most expensive mattress. Staff at 2 Mattress Firm stores were extremely helpful to explain differences between inner spring & foam mattresses, recommended best for my needs. Buying mattresses is more expensive & complicated than we realize. Its very important to make the right choice.

Waited months for our purchase with 3 different delivery dates. Once bed arrived there were manufacturer defects and had to wait another day for the correction. My father is a disabled vet who needed the bed for his care after a major surgery. The company did nothing to rectify the issues and left my father without a bed for a night. Never will I purchase anything from this company.

Buying our recent mattress was an easy, stress-free, and seamless process (unlike many things now a days)! We walked in to talk to an associate about a mattress I saw online for a really great deal (we knew they didnt sell it in the store but wanted to try one that was close to the feel). - We were promptly greeted by Jessica M and she showed us a few options that were similar.
