I always have really good experiences here. Most of the time an employee named Anthony is working. He is so nice, he stops what hes doing to help the customers and other employees. This one time I needed more coffee beans in the maker and he was literally clocked out and leaving and he went back and refilled the coffee beans for me.

I love Wawas, so imagine my disappointment when I walked into this unit. Overall cleanliness was average and the mens room was disgusting. Smelly, toilet paper everywhere, seat cover dispenser empty and broken, hanging open. Faucet was old. Floors dirty. I will continue going to Wawas, just not this one.

What to say about the Wawa on Colonial Drive, Winter Garden?Big gas station in very good location between Downtown Winter Garden and Winter Garden Village areas.There are many pumps and ample space inside with bathrooms, food, coffee, and good service as this brand is already known for. The outer floor needs some TLC. And they encourage mask wearing and have hand sanitizer stations to avoid the spread of COVID-19.

FYI no longer providing coffee to first responders, so we are again marginalized. Notice the thank you healthcare workers on the window. No, thank you Wawa for nothing. Saying thank you and meaning thank you are two different things! It is not your beliefs that make you a good business, it is your actions. Please respond! Let me know why, in this era of horror (pandemic nurse) you have decided that we no longer matter? I do love Wawa, but today you don’t deserve 5 stars.

Wawa is a good store to purchase gas and coffee. They have several gas pumps and their coffee is always good. Clean store with friendly employees.

I don’t really understand all of the hype but I agree it’s better than most gas stations and the fact that it has ethanol free gas as an option is huge in my book. This alone to me is worth battling the crowds and paying the premium. With ethanol free gas you don’t have to worry

They changed over to them instant coffee machines … bad enough they are not a real deli as they were originally now the coffee is bad . Really no reason to go here anymore

Great and clean location to get gas and some quick food. Staff is pretty friendly and Ive never had an issue there so far. This location does get pretty busy at times, so just be mindful of that fact if you are in a hurry.

Dont bother trying to come for food at night, 4/5 times they arent offering food service. Which tells me they cant retain personelle which also makes me question how well the store in general is run

This location opened last week. Gas prices typically cheaper at Wawa . The wawa employees seems to be always in a good mood. The hoagie sandwichs are very good. The store are typically always clean. This store was quite busy and seemed to be under staffed. Im sure they will get everything in place in time.

I am so happy Wawa has their pumping spice latest back. It makes me think fall may be coming soon. In Florida that means in two months. I wish they werent so good too many calories.😋

Not sure what the point of advertising all over the place and having signs in the store for Boosted Blend coffee is when 2 weeks in a row I go in and they dont have it.

I love Wawa but today I was pretty unimpressed. We have a massive virus outbreak ongoing in Florida and a mask mandate in this county. During my 10-minute visit inside the store today, I saw two employees wearing their face masks around their chins while performing work tasks around customers.Customer service also means keeping customers safe and wearing safety equipment correctly. I speak from experience. What I saw today was unacceptable and will likely affect my choice whether or not to go to this location again.

When I had moved to Orlando 3y ago the staff gave me an unforgettable customer experience and city experience.Back in the days, I had to wake up at 5am a few times a week for work. I was stopping by to get my breakfast, and not only did they offer me my dark coffee but they also had a positive attitude and kind words that followed me through the whole day.It’s a lovely staff! Thank you!!

Nick the night manager helped me out a bunch. My wisdom teeth had just been removed and he warmed a whole pot of the chicken corn soup just for me at 2am, and I bought it all. Made the next few days of recovery much easier.

If you want to stay safe, then dont go here. They dont enforce their required mask policy nor do they even bother asking patrons to put one on. When I asked why not, they said they dont want to upset anyone.

Chicken in cheese steak tasted like canned. High turnover causes frequent mistakes. Had to send an item back 3 times. Just wanted to add the cheese they forgot, but said since I touched the box, they had to remake it. Then forgot different items 2 more times. Use to get one of their frozen coffee/shakes almost every other day. Had to watch them, it was like a different item every other time. Have to make sure they actually put in the stuff you pay extra for. I give it 2 stars because high turnover can be tough with a large menu.////. Update. Going down to 1 star. Came in a second time, nobody to make drinks. And ethanol free gas leaves suit around gas intake hole. This place is awful.

This gas station is enough to get in or out of. The gas prices are very competitive. The store was nice and well stocked as well.

Running late for work so I popped in for my Wawa coffee fix. Greeted with nice sounds of Christmas music. Then top it off I went to pay and the cheerful cashier game me a complimentary coffee. yeahhhhh

While I only stopped in for a minute for a soda, the staff was friendly and the manager was personally helping customers and was even talking to guests while they came in. Im shocked to see such a friendly staff at a convenience store and wish there were more places like this. HAD to leave a positive review, keep up the amazing positivity!

My biggest complaint is that even tho they have awesome potato soup... every time I go in any store, they are either not serving it that day or they are just plain out of it. Its frustrating.

This is the second time within the same month that they got my order wrong. while returning my item for a new one they then got that order wrong too. where is the cheese? where is the mayonnaise and spicy mustard? what is so complicated about getting an order right?

Went to this location to use the voucher I received from the Solar Bears game. As my first Wawa experience, I was both impressed and unimpressed. I was not excited with the terrible attitude the cashier had. She made zero attempt to help me with my voucher. Granted it was only for $1 off, but her attitude was simply not helpful at all.On the other hand, the sub was better than any other sub franchise and right up there with Publix subs for a little less money! The ordering process was tight and efficient and there are SO many choices. I love it!Its important to choose the people that represent your business wisely!UPDATE: Went back a different day after work and they did not have a ghetto staff. They were very nice and helpful and the guy on the intercom was having a blast which was great to see!

Restrooms really dirty toilet dirty paper on the floor on the handicap side. Deli area the guy working takes more than 10 mins to just prep a simple salad. Waiting 15 mins waiting.

Just waited 10 minutes to get a cold latte that tasted horrible. I wanted a hot latte but they only have coffee and hot chocolate. Not worth my time..should have gone to Dunkin Donuts.

They have a coffee bar with every addition to your morning cup under the sun. I always get a cup of oatmeal or a breakfast sandwich from the cafe. It’s very good! My kids like the soft pretzels sold by the register

The store is clean and they have good food for breakfast but why advertise breakfast at 5:00 a.m. when I continuously come in after 530 and the breakfast menu has still not been unlocked and you cannot order and get what you want when you are in a hurry to go to work, every single day, I just dont get it

This Wawa has gone above and beyond before/during/after hurricane Irma, we went at least three times because we just wanted a hot meal and EVERYONE there was in good spirits and super friendly even during this stressful time. I applaud you all for your outstanding service 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Managers tag was flipped upside down so name couldn’t be seen. Store was extremely dirty straw wrappers and napkins and management said she could on do what she can handle. Had to speak to employee in coffee areas which was a mess. Night before Corbin was very helpful he degreased the table I needed to sit at because it was black on the paper towel after he wiped it down for me. After managing ”Racetracs” across Orlando I felt that there was no competition. Was not even motivated to buy anything at this store. Really but a bad name in quality today for wawa. Manager did not even ACKNOWLEDGE me and stay focused on being in the kitchen area. It’s a managers job to manage not stay in one place and hide her name. She was a African American female who was very rude by not acknowledged the request of how dirty and unsanitary this “store” was!!

You would think that Wawa would maintain the standard for the fuel pump but i stand corrected today, so pump number 16 on this location 52 has issues. When I hit Regular fuel it was delivered premium fuel. And this is not the first time it happened, this is the 2nd time at the same pump. I really hate to bash WAWA but Jermaya the store manager at the time made fun and said only happens to me. First time I thought might have missed it but second time I made sure to hit 87 octane. Really desapointed with service at this location

One of the baristas is pretty rude accusing of not paying for coffee even know I paid for it.saying that I havent paid for coffee several times which is a lie from now on I will request a receipt so I can throw it at their face I will go out of my way to get my morning coffee.WORTS PLACE EVER.....

Forget about going to 7 eleven when theres a wawa nearby, first off more gas pumps than 7/eleven and drastically more parking space, very good sanwiches, great customization and variety, some cons to note is that they removed my favorite panani sandwich for no reason and they dont got them hot Cheetos, overall its solidly good

Love WAWA and appreciate they were open during Irma. The people at the hot food counter at this specific location were rude and spent more time talking among them self than tending to costumers. Sorry guys if you have a 45 minute wait the only thing coming out of your mouth should be here is your order and have a nice day. Wish I had gotten the young ladies name that rudely threw my order in the counter.
