They have an eclectic selection of things that makes shopping-browsing educational. I enjoy looking at the food and drink sections and seeing the differet cultural norms for foods and sweets throughout the world.

Amazing selection of foods and gifts from around the world. The only reason I subtract a star is that I wish there were more gluten free options, however I do love this store, I got all my stocking stuffers here and most of my Christmas gifts. As a side bonus most small food items are under 5 dollars so it’s easy to try new things in an affordable way. Just please open a location in Orlando so I don’t have to drive an hour 🙏

Not very satisfied with the managements customer service! The staff member I asked for help was very helpful and also tried to help me find alternatives. When attempting to purchase a piece of furniture that was in stock the supervisor Melissa said it was on hold but wanted to sell me the floor model which was visibly stained and had hair on it! Request for a discount being I would have to get it clean since I can’t purchase the one that was in the back and was told no they can order one and it will arrive in December! 2 months I drove 45 miles to this store and called to make sure it was in stock and left disappointed!

I like this place. Im giving it four stars, however, because after I decline joining some mailing list club (or whatever it is), I want no further discussion of it.

I never leave empty handed when I visit Cost Plus. They have such a great variety. I love their kitchen ware and dining ware. They also have fabulous wine selections with options from all over the world.

I love this store!! Definately has more of my style kind of furniture than any store i been too. Prices are not as pricey considering that most of these furniture are exported from India, Thailand.Great place to find sweets from other countries as well.

Worst customer survive!I stoped in to do a happy return for something I bought online and pick up a gift for a friend. I was not sure where to go in the store to do the return, at kohl’s it’s a separate desk for amazon returns though it might be the same. I stoped to ask the only cashier working. Before I got my full question out with out even looking at me she rudely told me I had to get in the line. I could tell she was rushing to get through the line of customer but still I just wanted to make sure I was I the right place. While waiting in line another worker possibly the manager had to come up and help with a customer the cashier was ringing up. After helping you would think she would help ring the 6 people standing in line but she went back to stocking shelves. When it got to my turn without a hi how are you or a look up she pulled out a ipad to start my return. So clearly she knew what I was there for. She did my return and turned her back without giving me any kind of receipt. I asked if I would get an email or something she shortly said yes. Needless to say I did not look for a gift and just left. I worked many years in retail including a few in management and this is not how it’s done. Not sure I would ever comeback.

World market has the cutest stuff. My only beef is that theyre really raising prices to the point you kind of have to wait for a good sale or coupon to make it worth your while. They have great bedding but only in full/queen. I still recommend them for great design ideas and when the sales are on its worth it

I like going to World Market for spices and for Gourmet items. I have purchased Furniture items from them as well and been very happy. Their wine selection is very nice. I kinda feel like I am back in the 60s-except for the music.

They didnt have everything we were looking for but they had a lot of stuff we werent looking for but bought anyway freindly staff and good music

Weird store and thats a good thing. I like the various items and food they have. Sales are good especially if you sign up for membership and get emails discounts. They have lots of lamps, pictures, house items and foods from various countries.

They had European things I haven’t been able to find anywhere else in America yet!! The prices aren’t bad either.

I love this store and I don’t normally write reviews but I could not believe how terrible the customer service was. When trying to get help purchasing a heavy piece of furniture and getting it out to my car with my baby every employee was rude and unhelpful. I ended up loading it myself. I love this store and will shop here but I really wish that the customer service was better.

I love shopping for nostalgic and eclectic food, brews, and wines here... Items that I often cannot find anywhere else in town! They also sell crafty games for kids, interesting furniture concepts, dishware, and a variety of kitchen accessories! Their rewards program is fantastic, the staff is always friendly, and the store is very clean and well-organized! I highly recommend checking them out if youre looking for something new and different to try, or maybe even just a bit of the old-fashioned stuff you remember!

A great place to get international foods and items. Being from Europe, I do enjoy coming here and get items and candy you just cant normally get. If you are from an other country or not, this store has loads of stuff you will love.It is totally worth a visit, and I would be surprised if you dont buy anything, because you will be tempted for sure.

This place has everything from food and drink items to funky lights for your patio to kitchen chairs and indoor and outdoor furniture. We love to go in there to look through all the cool stuff when in the area. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We even bought a damaged coffee table off the floor for next to nothing that I could fix myself. The manager was awesome to deal with!

This place should be on evryones Christmas stop! Everything is high quality, items from around the world and unique gifts for all those on your list. Amazing place, check out the wine/beer selections while your there.

Horrible location. Horrible service.1st we asked to purchase a table and chairs, they were having an in store promo 40% off. The manager had us sit and wait. After 30 minutes of waiting, she told us to walk around and return. She tells us the items are on a pallet and will be difficult to get too??? Well even though that’s not our problem we were polite about it.She offered to order the items online at the same in-store promotion for us. Once we got to the car we realized that they ordered them at a promotion of only 30% Instead of 40% and also ordered a set of chairs that we did not ask for. When we went back into the store to ask for it to be corrected they said that we would need to bring the items back once we receive them at home and she could honor the price of the in-store discount. So basically she would need to return them and resell them to us at the correct price.At this point no apologies have still been given. When we asked to cancel the order we were told we needed to call world market customer care that they could not do it in store. When we called even the customer care department was not able to remove the extra set of chairs or give us the correct discount! The customer care rep said that the discount we were talking about did not exist even though we had pictures and we said that we could send them to her to show her the discount code ??VERY disappointed in World Market as a whole. Lazy staff. Lazy management. Poor service in store and on phone. Just go to West Elm and save yourself the hassle.

Horrible customer service. Placed an order online for pickup only because 10% would’ve been taken off if I picked that option. Payed for the item, got sent a confirmation email. Waited hours only to receive another email saying that they had no more in stock even though the website told me they did. I purchased the order online hours before the store even opened. I sent an email to world market about the situation a few days ago and still haven’t received anything back. What I ordered was on sale and isn’t available for shipping so it’s not like that’s even an option. Customer service is what makes or breaks a company and it’s really breaking this one based on other reviews and my experience. Really disappointed.

Was shopping today and after waiting in a long line I am rudely cut in front of my an employee who turns out to be a manager because “her purchases is more important to the customer.” As I’m waiting at the register for the manager to be cashed out another register opens up and Carmen rudely yells at me “the line starts back there” telling me to get in the back of the line I missed my chance. I replied with I’ve already waited in line I was rudely cut in front of after being called to the front of the line. She went on to tell me me that it wasn’t rude and I should just wait because the employees only get a 15 min break and that my transaction doesn’t matter neither does that fact that I am also on a break from work and only get 15 mins to shop. Customer service at this location has always been lacking at this location but this is a new low.

I come here once a month, only because I would be broke and homeless if I came more often. This place is awesome! They have a great selection that constantly changes, and they dont price gouge. Looking for something out of the ordinary? Give them a try.

So many great products here and so many tasty treats from all the places i have been around the world. They have a rewards program and we will see if i get anything valuable out of it.

Worst customer service I have ever had with an online order. When I went to the store to pickup my order with the confirmation email, the first employee looks at me like a deer in the headlights and then finally calls another employee to find my order. After waiting a few minutes this second employee arrives but has the wrong order. I follow her to the back so she can find the right item and I even offered to just grab it off the shelf, but she said no, that she would find the order in the back. After waiting outside the door for over 10 minutes, I go back up to the front to have someone radio her. I tell the cashier I have been waiting a long time for the employee, and she said the employee had brought my order to the front a while ago. I had been waiting at the door she went into, so the employee must have used another exit even though she knew I had followed her to the back. Now I am finally able to check out after I have now spent over 15 minutes total waiting, which defeats the purpose of ordering online in advance for convenience! Throughout this experience, never did an employee apologize for the inconvenience or even smile. The employees were very unorganized with the online order and also careless about providing customer service. I love the products at world market, but this store needs to improve customer service drastically.

Every time we come here there is always something great to pick up. This time it happened to be a 12-pack of Schofferhoffer Grapefruit beer. One of our favorite. Normally only ever see it in a 6-pack or a 4-pack of 16oz cans. Always a super tasty beer to have around the house! Lots of great foreign treats and foods to try out.

Had what I needed

Pretty nice and unique things. Having spent a ton of time in Hobby Lobbies this place had way cooler decor but I heard someone wanting a lamp and it was going to take 2 months to come in. Better than others who only carry whats there I guess. The bathrooms were clean but alot of things were broken.Overall a cool place.

I love shopping at World Market!!!! They have the most durable furniture at very low prices, especially if you take advantage of their 25% off furniture coupons. We have two of their dining sets, a media center, buffet sets, and many other pieces and people usually think we paid much more for them than we did. And even with lots of use, the pieces look like new. Im so glad I found this place and plan to shop here for many more year. And not to mention their exotic foods and drinks are amazing especially for our family who has a child who is gluten free. There is lots of options to choose from. Cant say enough about this store!!!! We love it!!!!!!

Just a fun place to shop. Its where Pier One meets Fresh Market and Home Goods. Some prices are a bit inflated but you can still find some good deals not to mention stuff exclusive to this store.

At first I thought it was a grocery store with a variety of foods that you couldnt get at a standard grocery store. But to my surprise it wasnt, I was a little disappointed at first. As I walked through the store I found unique household decor and really neat looking silverware and plate settings. They did have a section of food type items, assorted beer and wine from different countries that you wouldnt find in a standard grocery store. Needless to say, I didnt walk out the store empty handed. I even signed up on their club card and got a discount on my purchases. I would be back again 😁

Selection not as good as it used to be

I could spend hours at this store, and its not even that large! They have eclectic furniture and dishware but I like to go for the international food selection. Theyre one of the only stores that sells Torani sugar-free syrups for teas and coffees, which saves me a bunch of money which would otherwise go to starbucks

Worst online shopping experience!!!I looked up a small terracotta grill online, I called to see if they can ship it to the store near me. The rep informed me that they dont have the option available for this item, but they can ship it to my house for $8.59 shipping charge. The item came in, it was smaller than the specifications on the website. I returned it to the store. The cashier refunded the price + tax, and told me sorry, I cant refund shipping fees. She called the manager and he confirmed it. I will never shop there again.
